Loveland and serves a broader region including Fort Collins, Greeley, Johnstown,

the Marketplace at Centerra. This road travels into the heart of Centerra with direct
access to the new Medical Center of the Rockies, the Outlet Mall, Centerra Motorplex,

The close proximity of the project to regional employment and strategic location at
Interstate 25 and US Highway 34 creates phenomenal opportunity for retailers. Traffic
counts at this location will continue to grow as the area matures and residential
