Hendrik Mainka Hendrik Mainka has worked as a Project Engineer for Volkswagen since 2011. He also is a Ph.D. candidate in the Manufacturing Engineering Department of University of Bremen in Germany. Hendrik Mainka earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Otto-von-Guericke University in Magdeburg, Germany in 2008 and a Master's degree in Molecular and Structural Product Design from the same University in 2010. Mr. Mainka was also a Research Assistant at Otto-von-Guericke University from 2010 to 2011. The focus of his current research is on alternative precursors for sustainable and cost-effective carbon fiber production for the automotive industry. Ing. Oscar R. Albin Executive President at National Industry of Autoparts in Mexico (INA) since 2012. Albin has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Monterrey. Today is coursing a Renewable Energies Master degree. Isidoro Mata Cano Director of the Center of Development of Automotive Industry (CeDIAM) of the Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey, campus Queretaro. Isidoro Mata is an Industrial Engineering specialized in Production Systems. He has served to the automotive industry during 42 years. He is a qualified professional in Leadership, Coaching, High Performance Equipment, QSB + (required by GM), Core Tools, Kaizen and Problem Solutions among others.
