One of our most popular lots is back again for 2014! Thanks to former
restaurateur and avid wine collector, Tom Ferraro we can once again offer
this truly unique experience. Tom and a couple of good friends of ours have
assembled a Miami experience like none other.
Start with a seven night stay for four in a RCI South Florida property; add a
cult wine dinner with Tom and his wife Teri, dinner with Chef Cindy Hutson
at Ortanique on the Mile, and dinner with James Beard- Best Chef of the

Our Honorary Vintner for 2014’s Auction, Paul Hobbs Wines, once again shows
their support of Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation with an auction lot
not to be missed. Start with two nights for four couples at Hotel Healdsburg.
Named by Travel+Leisure as one of the world’s “500 Best Places To Stay”
(2009-2012) and “World’s Best Hotels” (2009-2011). Guest rooms are adorned
with Frette linens, work desks, complimentary wireless and include gourmet
harvest breakfast and valet parking. Beautiful gardens and lawns highlight the
landscaped grounds.
Each couple will receive a magnum of Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The 2012 Chardonnay is a blend of fruit from three of our favorite Russian
River Valley vineyards, including our Edward James Estate, Ellen Lane Estate,
and Ross Station Estate vineyards. The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of
the diverse terroirs of hallmark Napa Valley vineyards, including: Beckstoffer
Dr. Crane, Stagecoach and Beckstoffer Las Piedras.
This trip would not be complete without a chance to sit down and discuss
wine with the vintner himself. The highlight of the trip- a memorable Russian
River Valley experience and dinner at Paul Hobbs Winery.

About the Artist:
It was as a renowned chef and restaurant owner that Justin first expressed
his creative drive. The love he felt for the act of creating was what ultimately
drove him from the daily grind of the restaurant business, to the purely
creative life of the visual artist.
Working now exclusively with pure acrylic paints (no fillers are used) and
using mostly the palette knife, he produces works of breathtaking beauty and
complexity. His technique might best be described as “sculpting with paint.”
Most works utilize colors that are extraordinarily vibrant, but he also produces
wonderful soft palettes of muted tones, sometimes working entirely in white.

one hour of range time. These are state requirements in order for you to
obtain your concealed weapons permit, so the course duration and material

certificate and a copy of the very useful and well-composed “NRA Guide to the
Basics of Pistol Shooting,” an excellent informational book by any measure.
We teach the Louisiana CCW licensing course OR the Florida resident or nonresident licensing course. A Florida non-resident permit will allow you to carry
in ~30 states, even if you are NOT a Florida resident.
