Unsere multifunktionale Blockhausbaumaschine
ist eine saubere und sichere Möglichkeit,
qualitative hochwertige Blockhäuser effizient,
lukrativ und auf einfache Weise zu bauen.
Es steht fest – es gibt keine einfachere Art,
Blockhäuser zu bauen. Sie nehmen den frischen,
ungeschälten Stamm, auch astig und verbogen
kann er sein und damit unbrauchbar für alle
anderen Blockhausbau-Systeme. Die WOMATechnik erhält die ursprüngliche Gestalt des
Stammes und reduziert dabei das spätere
„Arbeiten” (Verziehen und Knacken) des Holzes
auf ein Minimum.
Mit dem WOMA „Logrounder“ verarbeiten Sie ganze Stämme, auch Stämme, die für andere Techniken
ungeeignet sind. Sie können sowohl große Bohlen bis 9 Meter Länge und 60 cm Dicke für Blockhäuser, als
auch kleinere Rundhölzer für Gartenhäuser, Spielgeräte, Carports, Palisaden, Zäune, Sitzgruppen etc. auf
ein und derselben Maschine herstellen. WOMA kann sogar gerade und auch konisch fräsen. Mit WOMA
benötigen Sie nur eine Maschine, um alle Arten von Rundholz herzustellen – das reduziert die notwendigen
Investitionen auf ein Minimum!
Der WOMA „Logrounder“ führt alle vier
Bearbeitungsschritte in nur einem
Arbeitsgang durch – der Stamm wird nur
einmal eingelegt.
• Vorfräsen des Stammes auf die
gewünschte Größe
• Feindrehen auf die gewünschte Oberfläche
und Isolierdicke
• Fräsen der Kehle für eine luftdichte
Verbindung der einzelnen Bohlen
• Fräsen der Eckverbindung für präzisen
und absolut winkligen Blockhausbau
• Bohren von Dübellöchern,
Leitungsschächten und Kabelkanälen

Die WOMA Fräse wird elektrisch/hydraulisch betrieben. Alles
Notwendige, damit Ihre Maschine „rund läuft“, ist im
Lieferumfang enthalten. Auch ein Transportband für die Späne
ist montiert, damit Ihr Arbeitsplatz immer sauber und sicher ist.
Plug & Play: Ihre Maschine wird fertig montiert geliefert –
Stecker rein und los geht’s !
Werkzeuge wie Fräsköpfe und –messer
sind Standard, Sie benötigen keine
Sonderanfertigungen oder spezielle
Geräte, nur eine gewöhnliche Schärfbank
und Metallsäge.
Die meisten unserer Kunden fertigen Ihre
Ersatzmesser selber an aus
Werkzeugstahl, den wir bei Bedarf zur
Verfügung stellen.

Log Rounder
Our multifunction Log home manufacturing
machine is a neat, clean and safe way to build
high quality log homes – efficiently, economically,
in a simple way.
As a matter of fact, building log homes can’t be
any more simpler. You utilize green, unpeeled,
even knotty and bent (curved) logs, unsuitable for
any other use into logs which will become a log
home. Techniques used to process a log, natural
growth pattern of a tree will be maintained thus
minimizing the cracking and changing shape later
on. Otherwise to cut the life/stress out of log.
By using WOMA „Logrounder“ you utilize the
whole tree even trees unsuitable for sawmilling or other use. Stump cut up to 30 feet in length and diameter
up to 24’ used for main construction. Next cut for smaller constructions, e.g. playhouses, garages, gazebos
or decorations and tree tops for milling furniture materials or fence posts, all with the same machine.
WOMA „Logrounder“ can process even or tapered building logs. With WOMA you only need one machine
to make a complete shell of your log home, thus minimizing your capital investment to one very
economically priced machine.

The WOMA „Logrounder“ is powered with
electric/hydraulic/invertors, all which is part of delivery. Also we
do have waste conveyor fitted into the WOMA „Logrounder“ to
keep your workstation clean and safe.
All supplied and ready to use, just plug it in!
Maintenance of processing blades and
knives is very simple no special tools or
machines are required, just your common
bench grinder and hacksaw.
Most of our customers are making their own
replacement blades from tool grade steel
which we do supply when and if needed.
