Meeting Minutes:
The meeting was called to order
by Donnie Beene, club president
with twenty eight members
present.
RCCC will also participate in the Red
Bank Jubilee on May 8th. Those
interested in participating in the parade
see Jerry Ray for the sign up sheet.
Jackie McDaniel, club secretary
read the board meeting minutes
and approved.
The Strawberry Festival in Dayton is
on May 14th. We will cruise up on the
14th leaving from Tractor Supply in
Daisy.
Larry Johnston read the treasurers
report and it was approved.
Jerry Ray reported we had eight
new members for the month with
total membership now 94
Corvettes and 139 members.
Old Business: Mountain View
Chevrolet paid their fee for club
sponsorship and are now up to
date.
New Business: The club will
have a cruise to the Canyon Grill
on world famous Lookout
Mountain. After dinner we will
cruise to Trenton, GA for their
monthly cruise-in.
The club is planning on attending
the Reeder Chevrolet car show in
Knoxville on May 2nd.
The meeting was adjourned.

hours and is a very scenic route. On Saturday night they usually have a street fair in Waynesville,
NC about 20 minutes from Maggie Valley and in the past they provided special parking for the
Corvettes. This is a great pre summer trip. Some members are staying at the Maggie Valley

Nassau Blue Coupe at their first cruise
in, Trenton, GA. Dennis and Marsha
are avid University of Kentucky fans
and this color works perfectly for
them. Since they are my neighbors I
will forgive them on the indiscretion
on college favorites. They are great
neighbors.
The vanity plate says it all
‘MRBLU2U’ and believe me they are
fans. Dennis has started blinging the
car out. First came the grill inserts,
chrome lettering etc. The latest
addition is the mean KY WILDCAT
hood liner.
Dennis and Marsha joined the club last
fall and immediately became active
members. They participated in all the
Christmas parades and are regulars at
the DQ on Tuesday evenings. Dennis
was recently appointed to the board of
directors, filling a vacant position.
These are great folks, if you have not
met them come on out and introduce
yourself.
