Things We Accomplished in the Year

Things We Accomplished in the Year
God has created two powerful institutions
for the spread of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
How important are the church and family? These
two institutions are the most powerful formational
institutions in the world, and these are the focus
of our work. We direct our energy at one target –
Connecting churches and families for returning to
biblical order. There are now over 600 churches that
affiliate with the message of the NCFIC.
One Holy Gospel
There is only one holy and true Gospel, and the
communication of it is the most important matter
on earth. Nothing compares with the importance of
communicating the gospel. It is the fountainhead of
life.
Two Powerful Institutions
This why the whole premise of the NCFIC is that God
has created two powerful institutions for the spread of
the gospel of Jesus Christ, and the communication of
the truth of the Word of God. These two institutions
are the church and the family.
I am writing specifically to ask if you would be willing
to consider financially supporting the work of the
NCFIC in the coming year.

MENTORSHIP
2014
MISSIONARY OUTREACH
Internship
The NCFIC internship is a
men’s discipleship program,
featuring various academic
exercises consisting of reading,
writing, and personal study. Interns benefit from local church involvement and
mentorship by the men and families at Hope Baptist Church. During this season
of life, they are engaged in ministry to families and churches across the nation
through their work at the offices of The NCFIC.
Malawi & South Africa
We traveled to Malawi Africa
and South Africa to do
conferneces in Blantyre and
Lilongwe Malawi partnering
with Malamuolo Chindongo pastor at Antioch Baptist Church in Blantyre and
our missionary Frank Maxon who is planting a new church in Lilongwe, called
Reformation Fellowship. We also ministered at Antioch Baptist Church in
Johannesburg South Africa with pastor Tim Cantrell.

GROWTH
Expansion through Decentralization
Supporting the NCFIC means you are spreading a
message that exponentially spreads the gospel
In 2014, we began decentralizing the NCFIC by hiring godly men – Regional Facilitators - in various regions
of the nation in an effort to bring more local ministry and connections for churches and families.
by strengthening churches and families.
First, however, let me tell you what gifts to the NCFIC
accomplished last year.

Power of the Gospel Conference
“Our eternal salvation does not
depend upon some nuance in
ecclesiology or eschatology,
but it does depend entirely
upon the Gospel.”
At this conference we considered the
work of rebuilding the most powerful of
God’s earthly discipleship and evangelism
engines—the church and the family.

A Letter from Scott Brown
I would like to invite you to partner with
us. It gives us the fuel we need to press on
and expand.
Supporting the NCFIC means you are
spreading a message that exponentially
spreads the gospel by strengthening
churches and families. You are
undergirding efforts to proclaim the
sufficiency of scripture for church and
family life through personal discipleship,
publishing, conferences, internships and
film.
As we move into 2015, we plan to make
further investments in interns, publishing,
and conferences. We will continue to
spread the message to churches through
local leaders we have hired to represent
us and to encourage local fellowship,
equipping, leadership development and
events. We will be conducting family
camps around the nation – California,
North Carolina, Colorado, and small
leadership gatherings in many states.
Deborah and I will again host a marriage
conference in our home, as well as a
similar one in a home in Illinois and South
Carolina.
Your gift will go a long way helping us
accomplish these things in 2015.
Here is a special matter of prayer: I have a
rising burden for our national conference
this year, “The Highway of Holiness” (Oct
30-Nov 1). I am asking our speakers to
direct much of their attention to the youth
among us because we will be issuing a call
for holiness to the rising generation. We
will begin by explaining the whole doctrine
of the holiness of God, and then proceed
to unfolding the doctrine of sanctification
and the implications for building holy
churches and families. We also plan to
publish an important book directed to the
youth of a rising generation. As I think
about this conference, there’s a great sense
of urgency and burden upon my soul
especially for the younger generation. The
world is reaching out its arms to enfold
and finally devour our younger generation.
Now is the time to speak.
Thank you for considering financial
support for the NCFIC. I praise God for
His Word and delight in proclaiming the
sufficiency of scripture for church and
family life.
Please help us to strengthen the two most
important institutions for the spread of the
Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
