oyote Enterprises has taken the Staun dual, internal,
pneumatic bead lock to the next level. It is stronger, uses
a more durable, better fitting Heavy Duty inner tube, has an
easier to use Air Channel and is MADE IN THE USA.

all the beadlock case a mini-tire and use tire part names. The Staun II
Tread is 9 times stronger than the original Stauns. The Sidewall
material is twice as strong. The Staun II uses a double W sewing method at
the Tread overlap like that used for demanding, failsafe applications such
as seatbelts. Along with the better fitting, Heavy Duty inner tube, these
changes have all but eliminated inner tube failure. And the redesigned Air
Channel eliminates Air Channel alignment problems.

he Staun II has also been designed to be a 50 PSI, 3 inch high tire and
wheel protecting bump stop, particularly in demanding applications like
Hammer and Baja 1000 racing. See this in action on the reverse side.

n the shelf and ready to ship are beadlocks to fit 15, 16 and 17 inch
diameter wheels 7 to 10 inches wide. 13 and 14 inch diameter
beadlocks are in development for drag race and ATV/SXS applications, too.

Internal beadlock prevents tire and wheel damage
In this exciting sequence of Becca Webster winning the WEROC World Championships in Australia, there
is more tire and wheel survival information than first meets the eye.
She launched off the fall to the left and landed with potentially tire and wheel damaging force on the fronts
(A). If it were not for the Dual, Internal, Pneumatic Bead Locks’ 3 inch high, 50 PSI bump stop within, it may
have cut the tires, broken the wheels or both. But, just how hard was that impact?
Note the frame-flex in detail 1, straightening in detail 2 and back to straight in detail 3. That hit was big time!
Further proof that the beadlock absorbed a severe blow is gained by looking at the rebound height (B) and
distance (C). The 7 PSI in her tires alone could not have pushed the buggy up and out that much.
Beadlocks do more than just keep both tire beads on the wheels. They provide impressive tire and wheel
protection.
