A series of lunchtime concerts given by performance students from
Te Kōkī New Zealand School of Music. 1pm, entry by donation.
Munted is a theatre response to the Canterbury February 22nd
earthquake, derived entirely from interviews with Cantabrians, members
of the media and other New Zealanders. Acclaimed by both critics and
audiences, Munted finds laughter amongst grief.
Pianist Jian Liu, music lecturer at the New Zealand School of Music and
renowned chamber musician performs a solo recital.
A selection of recent films from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Cuba, Ecuador,
Mexico, Peru, Spain, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

The Wellington members of the New Zealand Youth Choir will perform as
a chamber choir of approximately 20 singers with a programme drawn

The bi-annual review of recent works by artists from the Greater
Wellington Region. This acclaimed exhibition showcases a wide range of
media by established and emerging artists.
This exhibition features hand-picked favourites from celebrity chef Richard
Till’s collection of nostalgic tea towels. Can you find your own home town?
A night of history, heritage and fabulous food with a World War I
inspired Regimental Dinner. Featuring music by the Beat Girls and a
gastronomical three course menu using iconic recipes of the era, all
served with due pomp and ceremony… this is one meal not to be missed.
A new musical puppet play about the adventures of Rupert. Find out who
he is… and why he is living in a suitcase.
Upper Hutt i-SITE Visitor Centre invites you to design a tea towel for
Upper Hutt. The winning entry receives a return trip for 2 adults, 3
children and a vehicle on the Interislander with the winning design

Rebecca Holden’s paintings are inspired by the New Zealand Mounted Rifles on
the western front, and draws from the memories of her grandfather.
Visitors can watch Holden at work and contribute to the mural wall.
Tracing the Footsteps from Trentham tells the story of the World War I
Military Training Camp, which turned New Zealand civilians into fighting
men. Paying tribute to the role the Camp played in shaping the men who
became New Zealand’s heroes of The Great War; this exhibition follows
their journey from the tents and training fields of Trentham to the trials
and trauma of war.

Hungry for some artistic inspiration? This exhibition for children is sure to
whet your appetite. Featuring artwork inspired by food ranging from a knitted
tea party to sculptured butter, ceramic popcorn to a portrait made out of
toast, and lots of hands-on activities, this will be a feast for your eyes!
Corrugations salutes three decades of work by internationally renowned
New Zealand sculptor Jeff Thomson. Known as ‘the iron man’, Thomson’s
iconic corrugated iron-clad Morris Minor, letter boxes, and chooks feature
in this award-winning exhibition.

Go on a seafaring adventure this summer with fantastical beasts,
beautiful boats and elaborate battle scenes in this new exhibition for
children. Featuring work by the late Bob Gerrard, children will explore
