By l,etter d1;,ted 15 A~ril 1946 and addxessed to the President of the Council, the Iranian Ambassador commmlicated the text of a telegranl from his Goyornment stating thnt i t l'Tithdrew its cOI:lplaint from the Council. At the thirty-third meeting the Secretnry-GenerQ,l subrotted a memorandum to the President of the Oouncil concorning the legal effect of tho above I letters from .A:m.bassador A. A.
