A social networking site fully integrated with Facebook is developed with special features.

The project was to develop a beautiful and classy social network website integrated with Facebook that user sign -up via
Facebook connect, the site consisted of following fea tures.
Standard social network features:
- Facebook basics: profile creation, friends’ news feed, ability to ‘Like’ and ‘Poke’ a friend’s status
- Standard ability to ‘Friend’ someone, and standard privacy settings.
- Search by name, email address, profession, location, and event
- Report abusive user
- Messaging functionality between users
- Forums section
Special features:
- Site requires Facebook connect to pull in all your data to create a profile for each user (basic info, picture,
education, whatever else makes sense)
- Special section on the sidebar showing all upcoming events
- Facebook Component: As a user users our site, it should show all his Facebook friends that he is on our site. For
example, when he posts a new status, it will also update his Facebook status. If he friends 20 people on our site,
the site will post that on his Facebook feed, etc. We will figure this out more as we make the site.
Backend/Admin Control Panel to:
- Moderate/rev iew profiles, and monitor messaging (likely a word filter)
- Monitor forum postings
- Statistics to see how many people are signing up and using the site on a regular basis
- Update upcoming events and other notices

Considering the client requirement, we propose to develop the proposed website in following distinct phases:
1. Phase i: gAP Analysis – This phase will describe the functional requirements which are not being covered or feasible
under the ready script. It will also help bridge that space by highlighting which requirements are being met which are not. The
assessment will provide a foundation for measuring the investment of time, and efforts required to develop the website as per the
scope of work defined.
