Integra’s Oklahoma offices have been actively
engaged in commercial property valuation in
the State of Oklahoma for more than 30 years.
Since 1982 the core personnel has worked to
build a team of 13 appraisers and 2 supporting
staff lead by 4 MAI designated Directors and
6 state certified general appraisers to become
the largest and most experienced valuation
group in Oklahoma. Real estate of all types
have been analyzed during this period
including office, retail, industrial, multifamily,
land, and special purpose. In addition to typical
mortgage lending appraisal practice, individual
analysts specialize in cell tower valuation,
specialty medical facilities, right of way and
condemnation, affordable housing market
studies and appraisals, litigation support,
estate valuation, partial interest allocation,
and market rent studies. The Tulsa/OKC

Project Management Module delivering realtime tracking of assignments and asset details
to all 60+ Integra offices nationwide. The
web-based interface also includes a powerful

property information including rental surveys,
sale transactions, and income and expense
data. Currently, more than 600,000 properties
are being tracked in DataPoint, with more being
added with each assignment we complete.
