Speaker: Dr. Khoo Kay Yong BSc. (Malaya); MScITE(HKU); EdD(HKU).
DR. Khoo is the course director of MELS digital learning programme. He has been
involved in kindergarten teachers training for more than 13 years in Malaysia, Hong
Kong and China. During these years, he has conducted more than 350 training
sessions for kindergarten teachers in teaching pedagogy (in the areas of Languages,
Science and Technology, Motor Skills, Moral and Living Skills, Creativity and Art and
Mathematics), learning theories and digital tool applications in classroom and

This is a small session and it comprises of not more than eight kindergartens per
session. During the session, some kindergarten managerial issues will be addressed in
