In this prospectus, we have tried to give you as much
information as possible and to answer in advance,
your questions about becoming a student at St.
Lawrence Academy, Schools and Colleges. There are

 ‘A’ LEVEL COMBINATIONS
An applicant will be guided to select three of the
following subjects stroking with either Subsidiary
Computer or Subsidiary Mathematics, depending
on whether the three principle subjects include
Economics or Mathematics. General Paper is
compulsory.
VISITATION DAYS
These are normally prescribed in the end of term
circular or at the beginning of term. But for Term 1,
2016, there will be one visitation day on Sunday 20th
March, 2016, between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The Academic Sunday for all parents to come and
discuss academic matters with the teachers of your
child is Sunday 17th April 2016 between 12:00 noon
and 5:00 p.m. To avoid security complications, please
parent fill the visitors’ card provided and return it with
the admission form provided (both fully filled) on the
reporting day.

 CROWN CITY CAMPUS
(Next to Paris Palais)
CROWN CITY is on a low lying and gentle hill
seen clearly from the main Kampala Masaka
road. Whereas other campuses teach both Arts
and Sciences at ‘A’ Level, Crown City Campus
is specialized only in Sciences to give a pure
science atmosphere, thinking and aspiration from
S.1 - S.6.
CROWN CITY CAMPUS is situated on a 120
acre piece of land. So it is quite spacious, with
nice gardens and tree shades. On one side,
there is a school farm with pineapples, bananas,
jackfruits, vegetables and cows at the far end.
A half Olympic swimming pool has been fully
constructed and is operational. There is a newly
constructed stadium for games & sports.
In a nutshell, CROWN CITY is spacious, it is
brightly lit at night, it has plenty of space for
games, it has a standby generator, and it is
well equipped in library and laboratory. All in
all, CROWN CITY is a campus of exceptional
caliber.
 CREAMLAND CAMPUS,
NABBINGO
Only 10 Kilometers along Kampala – Masaka
Road, Creamland is a marvel in today’s Ugandan
educational institutions. From the main road, on
your right facing Masaka, you will see wonderful
green scenery, punctuated by maroon roofs and
cream walls.
Creamland is situated on a 40 acre piece of land
properly fenced with a welcoming “Palace gate”.
The compound is smart and spacious with
elegant buildings comprising among others,
the BOYS’ CASTLE, the GIRLS’ VESSEL
and PARADISE, which are separated by the
beautiful CREAM SQUARE of green lawn and
all weather walkways. There are dormitories with
no congestion at all and all classrooms are large
with modern furniture. This campus is a college
for students of S.5 and S.6 only (‘A’ Level only).

Through the welcoming gate, Horizon Campus will unveil itself on a low hill with a gentle slope
overlooking Masaka Rd. On a 45 acre piece of land, Horizon Campus is purely and exclusively a Girls’
Campus, for young ladies to widen their Horizons, in readiness to restore and maintain the dignity and
integrity of women, in the modern demanding and rigorous world. At this Campus the sleeping rooms are
for two beds only with lockable doors. A swimming pool has been constructed at Horizon Campus and is
fully operational. This is where the Headquarters of the St. Lawrence Academy, Schools and Colleges are
located. Horizon Campus acommodates S.1-S.6.

I am a Kenyan and an old student of St. Lawrence
Creamland Campus. I joined the school in 2008 to
2009. I must say I didn’t do well to my expectations
in my O’ level education in Kenya but A’ level was
the option to make it right and St. Lawrence gave
me that chance with open arms. I learnt leadership
through being given such chance as a prefect to
lead and bring order.
I learnt a lot of virtues taught to me by Professor
Mukiibi our dad. Through this chance am now a 3rd
year student of Law in Moi University Kenya and I
have St. Lawrence to thank for that! It has made a
lawyer out of me.

My name is Nassozi Tracy. Before joining the school,
i was always attracted to it because of the beautiful
