Exposing long formatted materials has just gotten easier and much more productive. Unlike conventional
exposure system that require long vacuum draw down times, heavy blankets and glass that can be easily
scratched and broken. The FLSH Frame uses a multi-grooved bed that that supplies continuous vacuum
for fast intimate contact between the Mylar and substrate. The Mylar blanket rolls out to the programmed
lengths while a tacky roller insures cleanliness. Newton rings between the substrates are instant. The
FLSH Scanning Lamp Head follows close behind the Mylar blanket system delivering uniform high intensity
spectrum tuned exposure.
