To acknowledge receipt of this Addendum, Bidders must follow the instructions on the acknowledgement form (page 1). EXHIBITS ADD “Exhibit E ‐ Pre‐Proposal Meeting” QUESTIONS/ANSWERS Question 1: What is the ECHDC’s estimated construction budget for the project? Answer 1: ECHDC estimates a $300,000 ‐ $350,000 construction budget for this project. Question 2: Will a New York Power Authority permit be needed for this project? Answer 2: Yes. Question 3: Will lighting be needed on this project? Answer 3: The Water‐Bike Ferry runs seasonally during daylight hours, so lighting is not a consideration at this point. ECHDC expects a lighting plan in the schematic design phase and will make a final determination based on budget constraints. Question 4: Is survey available? Answer 4: Yes. A topographic survey in Autocad format is available. Refer to Exhibit C in the RFP. However, ECHDC expects additional survey needs for this project to be included in the Consultants fee. Question 5: Can you provide a list of interested firms? Answer 5: The Pre‐Proposal sign‐in sheets are included in Exhibit E. END OF ADDENDUM NO. 1 See Attachment
