HEARTS “BACK TO SCHOOL” DONATION LIST
HEARTS has compiled from teacher lists at all the schools an "official" list of
school supplies they need help gathering for their Back to School project.
HEARTS will be accepting sign ups from parents as early as July 6th and will
need any and all donations no later than July 20th so they will know what
they will need to purchase. They anticipate over 200
students needing assistance, as in years past. A list of the items needed is available on the table outside the Nursery, as well as the table in the side foyer outside the sanctuary. Your donations are greatly appreciated, and don't forget they
will gladly issue a receipt for you to use come tax time.
NICARAGUAN CHRISTMAS IN AUGUST/COVERED DISH MEAL
We will have a Nicaraguan Christmas here at HBC on Wednesday, July 29th at
6:00 PM! Please bring your favorite dish to share. Our mission project this year is to
fill gift bags to be presented to international college students at the International
Friends Retreat at WorldSong Missions Place in September.
Please see Sonja Adams for more information.
PRAY FOR OUR PASTOR SEARCH COMMITTEE
Please continue to be in prayer for the Pastor Search Committee’s five members:
Bobby Bailey, Robby Brown, Anderson Jacks, Tina Riddle, and Dee Pate, as they
work toward securing a new pastor to lead and direct us.
