I am honored to serve as your president this year. The Chamber Board and Staff had our retreat this week, and we are very excited about the opportunities we have to promote Heber Springs and our local businesses. We are fortunate to live and work in such a wonderful community. We welcome your feedback as we work to grow and improve the Chamber's ability to attract people to our area and customers to your businesses. So much of what we are able to do lies on the shoulders of our membership and our volunteers. New Members
The Browsing Post celebrated the opening of their new location
at 1101 West Main with a Ribbon-Cutting and by hosting
Business at Noon. Guests were informed that they carried
much of their previous assortment of merchandise in addition
to many new products. Also new to the business is their
Buttercream Cupcakery & Cafe. This was the section of the
marketplace that was the site of Business at Noon where guests
were treated to their gourmet cupcakes and other delicacies
offered.

Chamber Board of Directors Retreat
The Chamber Board of Directors recently held their annual
Board Retreat at the Heber Springs Community Center. The
directors and staff discussed ways in which the Chamber can
better serve its community, small business and industry,
membership and enhance education. This year, Heber Springs
can expect quality events to promote tourism, leadership
opportunities, and the continued enthusiasm the Chamber
emits in supporting its membership! We will keep you
informed on upcoming events and information for 2013!

Eligible ages 5-14
2. Country Dance Classes
FREE with Membership, Day Pass, or Convenience Pass at the Heber Springs Community Center. Starting Sun., February 3- Every Sun. @ 1:30 in Aerobics Room.
3. Heber Springs High School will host the following events:
• February 20-23: Regional Basketball Tournament
• May 2: State Track Meet
• May 3 & 4: Regional Baseball Tournament
