By PARIZAAD KHAN SETHI Dr Nigma Talib has the unique distinction of having asked every Oscar nominee this year if they’ve pooped. The Londonbased naturopathic doctor poses the question in the first line of her book Younger Skin Starts In The Gut (titled Reverse The Signs Of Ageing in the UK), which was included in the 2016 Oscar swag bag. Her guide to decoding the warning signals our gut is sending us is already a hot favourite with her patients Penelope Cruz and Kate Bosworth.
