at the source: Zoe, Covignano (RN),
Italy. Total dissolved solids: 570 P.P.M.
The Test of Time: The ancient Romans
discovered mineral water naturally
filtered through uncontaminated
mountain channels. The same springs
in Italy provide this lightly bubbled
beverage to us.

4 Degrees of Riesling
New York State has been long known
for our award-winning Riesling wine
varietal. The International Riesling
Federation recently instituted a scale
to recognize the varying degrees of
sweetness with which the wine may be
produced depending on the preference
of the wine maker. To showcase the
versatility of the Finger Lakes Riesling
grape, 3 Brothers decided to produce
one of each recognized levels and
brand the family as their “4 Degrees of
Riesling”.

microbrew.” That was the driving force
behind War Horse Brewing Company
and their line of hand-crafted beers.
Give everyone something to enjoy! Wine
tourism, demographically is dominated
by a feminine poplus. The region,
overall began to see the need to give
their male counterparts something
to enjoy on the trail. The number of
microbreweries along the finger lakes
wine trail has more than tripled in the
last decade and shows signs of growing
at an exponential rate.
