BHR Treviso Hotel dispone di una struttura
organizzativa di ultima generazione e personale

congressuale, sviluppata su una superficie di
oltre 1.200 mq, è composta da 13 sale modulari
a luce naturale per oltre 1.300 persone.
Il Centro Congressi al primo piano con 600 posti
e la Sala Banchetti per 500 persone al piano

Congress Centre and a highly qualified staff
capable of transforming every meeting into a
successful event. The congress area, covering
more than 1.200 square metres, consists of
13 daylit modular rooms that can hold over
1.300 people.
The Congress Centre with its 600-seat
capacity on the first floor and the Banqueting
Hall for 500 people on the ground floor are the
jewels in the crown of this complex.

Il Centro Congressi situato al primo piano può
ospitare oltre 600 persone. Tutte le sale, con
luce naturale, sono intitolate a rinomate cittadine
della Marca Trevigiana. La Sala Treviso accoglie
in plenaria fino a 500 persone ed è modulabile in
quattro sale: Castelfranco, Conegliano, Follina
e Serravalle. La Sala Asolo con 100 posti a sedere
è divisibile in due: Asolo 1 e Asolo 2. Le sale Maser
e Possagno dispongono di tavolo unico allestito per
incontri di lavoro fino a 16 persone. Dal piano terra
o dal garage interrato con oltre 600 posti auto,
si accede al foyer, luogo ideale per l’accoglienza,
la registrazione degli ospiti e l’organizzazione di
mostre, esposizioni, coffee break e cocktail.
The Congress Centre, located on the first floor, can
hold more than 600 people. The daylit meeting rooms
bear the name of Treviso famous towns. Treviso
Room holds up to 500 people and can be modulated
into four meeting rooms: Castelfranco, Conegliano,
Follina and Serravalle. Asolo Room with its 100 seats
can be split into two smaller rooms: Asolo 1 and
Asolo 2. Maser and Possagno rooms are equipped
with a board table for meetings up to 16 people. From
the ground floor or the garage with more than 600
parking spaces, you can easily reach the foyer, the
ideal place for hospitality and guest registration and to
organise exhibitions, fairs, coffee breaks and cocktails.

Le sale del Centro Congressi sono attrezzate
con le più moderne tecnologie audio e
video, godono di perfetta insonorizzazione e
sono collegabili tra loro in video conferenza.
Dispongono di videoproiettori, maxi schermi,
telecamere fisse per video registrazione,
amplificazione acustica con microfoni a
filo, a mano, levalier e headset, monitor
per l’indicazione delle sale e la proiezione
dell’evento. L’area congressuale dispone
di Business Centre attrezzato con personal
computer, stampante e fax, copertura Wi-Fi e
connessione ADSL.
The soundproof meeting rooms are fitted with
the most modern audio and video technology
and can be connected to each other by video
conference. Each room offers video projectors,
screens, fixed cameras for video-recording, PA
system with table, hand, levalier and headset
microphones, plasma monitors indicating the
way to the rooms or projecting videos. The
congress area features a Business Centre
equipped with personal computers, printer and
fax machine, Wi-Fi internet access and ADSL
connection.

conviviali. La Sala Veneto, situata a piano terra e
dotata di luce naturale, ingresso autonomo, foyer
per servizio di accoglienza e guardaroba è il luogo
ideale per l’organizzazione di banchetti, ricevimenti e
feste private. Il pavimento della sala, in listelli di legno
industriale verniciato, oltre a dare calore all’ambiente,
ben si presta a ospitare serate danzanti. Si possono
organizzare cene di gala fino a 500 persone sedute
o cocktail in piedi per oltre 1.000 persone, ma vi
sono anche spazi adeguati per pranzi di famiglia e
cene di lavoro in salette riservate. La Sala Veneto è
modulabile in cinque sale: Cartizze, Raboso, Verdiso
e Refosco, intitolate a pregiati vitigni veneti
e la Smoking Lounge.
The hotel is also specialised in organising social
events. The huge daylit Veneto Banqueting Hall,
located on the ground floor, with its own separate
entrance, foyer with hospitality desk and cloakroom
is the ideal venue for banquets, receptions or private
parties. Its floor, made of varnished industrial wood,
creates warm atmosphere and it is perfect for dancing
events. It can hold up to 500 seated people for gala
dinners or over 1.000 standing guests for cocktails
and can be also used to create fine separate function
rooms for family lunches or business dinners. The
Banqueting Hall can be modulated into five rooms:
Cartizze, Raboso, Verdiso and Refosco bearing
the name of prestigious Veneto vineyards and the
Smoking Lounge.
