Pampanga--Former Las
Piñas Rep. Cynthia Villar yesterday vowed to help
fight poverty by empowering
farmers and teaching livelihood to residents of Pampanga, including Aetas.
Villar, in the distribution of Philippine Health In-
surance Corp. (Philhealth)
cards here led by Gov. Lilia
Pineda, said that she will
help in the distribution of organic fertilizers to farmers in
the province. The Provincial
Agriculture office disclosed
that there are at least 32,000
farmers in the first-class
province, most of whom are
from this town and the five
other towns that are in the
Second District.
Villar said as a threeterm congressman, she had
established in Las Piñas at
least 60 areas for the development of organic fertilizers. She added that they

Cynthia Villar yesterday said
she will introduce to Kapampangans a waste-to-fertilizer
system, the product of which
can be beneficial to farmers
here.
During her visit to Floridablanca, Villar, along with
Governor Lilia Pineda and
other local officials, reiterated
the importance of waste segregation like the conversion of
biodegradable waste to organic
fertilizer which local farmers
can utilize for their crops.
Villar said every month
her district is able to generate
at least 30,000 kilos of fertilizer thru their biodegradable
wastes. She added that farmers
in their district make their own
fertilizer.

that she, along with the local
officials in Las Piñas, implemented the waste to fertilizer

Final list of Hacienda Luisita
beneficiaries out early February
TARLAC CITY--The Department
of Agrarian Reform (DAR) will release the final master list of farmworker beneficiaries of Hacienda
Luisita either late this month or early
next month.
Emmanuel Aguinaldo, Tarlac
agrarian reform provincial officer,
said they are now in the final stage of
land distribution process and expect
to finish within a month the list of
qualified farm-worker beneficiaries.
Aguinaldo said the DAR is thoroughly reviewing the additional
documents submitted by 1,221 applicants who are included in the provisional list.
“We are processing the additional
proof of their qualification and we
will submit them to DAR Central
Office which will decide on whether
they are qualified or not. Our target
for posting of the master list is on last
week of January or first week of February,” he said.
The DAR has released the preliminary list that includes the 5,365
farm-worker
beneficiaries
who
would be awarded with parcels of
land from the 4,335-hectare Hacienda Luisita in October 31, 2012.
Aguinaldo said the segregation
and subdivision, land survey and
preparation of survey plan are now
ongoing and the land valuation was,
likewise, set in motion.
“At present, the land survey activities are now being conducted by the
FF Cruz & Co. which DAR has tapped
for the segregation of the Hacienda
Luisita agricultural land. Definitely,
within this year. Our target for land
distribution is June this year, “ he said.
The DAR’s self-imposed dead-
line to complete the Hacienda Luisita distribution is more than a year
after the Supreme Court handed
down its decision in April 2012.
The SC order was for the DAR to
distribute the 4,335-hectare portion
to farmer-beneficiaries who are also
entitled to a share in the P1.33-billion income from sale or proceeds of
the 500-hectare lot that was subject
of the August 14, 1996 land conversion order, and the 80.51-hectare lot
acquired by the government as part
of the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway project.
Hacienda Luisita straddles 10 barangays in Tarlac City, the province’s
capital, and the towns of La Paz, and
Concepcion.
It is the biggest private landholdings ever to be distributed by DAR in
the last 24 years. ● (PNA)
N. Ecija cops intensify
Bataan helps
campaign vs. loose guns New Bataan
CABANATUAN CITY-- Local police have notified over
3,000 gun owners in this city
of the need to renew their
licenses or else they would
face legal consequences, a
ranking Philippine National
Police (PNP) official said on
Tuesday.
Supt. Eli Depra, city police
chief, said his office has accounted for a total of 3,393
firearms here through the
“Oplan Katok” or house visit
being implemented nationwide by the national police.
Based on records from the
PNP’s Firearms and Explosive Office (FEO), there are
at least 3,507 “expired, unrenewed, revoked and wanted
firearms,” in this city.
This city, which is eyeing
a highly urbanized status, is
the trade and education center of Nueva Ecija.
Of the figure, 148 have renewed their firearms since
the campaign was launched
on December 10.
“Most them have started
processing the registration
while others opted to temporarily placed them (guns) in
our custody,” Depra said.
Some 114 were to be accounted for as of Tuesday
morning, he said.
Depras urged the public
to cooperate with the drive
against loose firearms “because at the end, we are the
ones to benefit from sound
peace and order condition,”
even as the campaign was
intensified basically to assure safe and free elections
in May.
“We are still conducting
checkpoints so please bear
with your police,” he added.

BALANGA CITY--The provincial government of Bataan has come to the aid of its
namesake in Mindanao, the disaster torn
municipality of New Bataan in Compostela
Valley, by contributing to the relief and rehabilitation efforts of the Philippine Red
Cross in the area.
Bataan Governor Enrique T. Garcia, Jr.
turned over to PRC Chairman Dick Gordon
a check in the amount of P2.5 million to
support the ongoing humanitarian activities of the PRC in New Bataan.
“The devastation wrought by Typhoon
Pablo is so enormous that we are compelled
to commiserate with our brothers in New
Bataan and help them make a fresh start
especially this New Year,” Garcia said.
“After the initial relief phase of the operations in New Bataan, we want to help make
sure that people’s lives are brought back to
normal or even better than before so that
they can once again be productive members
of the community,” he added.

Cities league lauds
EdPam for awards
ANGELES CITY – The League of
Cities of the Philippines’ (LCP) National Executive Board recently extolled Mayor Edgardo Pamintuan
for his commitment to public service
which allowed him to be included in
the Top10 Mayors of the 2012 World
Mayor Prize and Superbrands Marketing International’s Most Outstanding Mayor Awardees for 2012.
In a congratulatory letter, the LCP
said Pamintuan definitely deserves
the awards and recognitions he has
been receiving for the past year.
“The unwavering passion Pamintuan has exhibited in serving his
constituents, not to mention his exemplary performance in governance,
clearly reflects why he is deserving of
the awards,” the LCP said.
The letter was signed by Mayor
Oscar Rodriguez, LCP National President; and Mayors Enrico Echiverri
and Hernani Braganza, LCP National
Chairman and Secretary General, respectively.
“We are very glad that local leaders like you continue to light the path
towards good and transparent local
governance,” the LCP added.
For his part, Pamintuan conveyed
his gratitude to the support of the
LCP, as well as his constituents and
local government officials & employees in Angeles City.
“We had a very successful year in
2012. We had upped the bar and established a new benchmark in public
service and local governance. But we
couldn’t have done it without the officials, department heads, and all the supportive Angeleños backing up our administration, allowing us to be the best
that we can be.” responded Pamintuan.
Last October, the city government
was recognized by the Department
of Interior and Local Government
(DILG) as the number 1 highly urbanized city in Central Luzon and Top 6
in the country, in terms of transparency, accountability and good governance.
Mall execs, green

MABALACAT CITY--As
part of their social responsibility, officials of a shopping mall here have joined
environmental groups in a
tree planting activity.
Officials from SM City
Clark (SMCC) led by Assistant Mall Manager Ana Datu
have joined Green Tags Environmental Guardians and
Madapdap High School in a
recent tree planting activity.
The groups planted hundreds of fruit bearing seed-
lings in a resettlement in
Barangay Madapdap here.
In an interview, Datu said
the tree planting activity is
their way of doing their part
for environmental conservation.
SM Supermalls has been
known as an advocate of environmental conservation.
Some of their efforts are the
promotion of reusable shopping bags to avoid the use
of too much plastics among
shoppers. ●

The late DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo also cited Pamintuan and his
administration as one of the Top 13
local government units in the country for having a consistent high performance in the Local Governance
Performance Management System
self-assessment tool.
The city also received the much
coveted 2012 Gawad Pamana ng Lahi
Award from the DILG.
Pamintuan was also one of the six
Most Outstanding Mayor from Superbrands Marketing International for
his consistent delivery of high-standard public service to Angeleños as
well as his contributions to the region.
He was also the only Filipino who
was shortlisted and chosen for the
2012 World Mayor Prize, an award
given to mayors who made outstanding contributions to his or her community and has developed a vision
for urban living and working that is
relevant to towns and cities across
the world. ● Charlene Cayabyab

A NGEL E S CI T Y-A village chief here
slammed Mayor Edgardo Pamintuan for snubbing business organizations and other local
stakeholders during the
hearing of the city budget for 2013.
In a local radio show,
Barangay Claro M. Recto
Chairman Valentino Lagman hit Pamintuan for
neglecting to invite stakeholders to the budget
hearing, which was held
on December 17, 2012,
and failing to hear out
stakeholders’ comments
on the 2013 budget.
“Ang mga businessmen ay nagsisilbing
‘backbone’ ng ekonomiya ng ating siyudad kaya
mahalaga na marinig
ang kanilang panig sa
usapin ng city budget
dahil sila ay isa sa mga
pinaka-apektado dito,”
Lagman said.
Lagman made the
statement following the
letter sent by several
business organizations
to Pamintuan, urging
the city government to
revise the city budget,
particularly the section
on business taxes and
licenses, so that it may
reflect the actual collection for the year 2011.
In the letter, the
Metro Angeles Chamber of Commerce, Inc.,
(MACCI) justified their
call for budget revision
by reasoning that the
city was not able to realize its budgeted revenue for business taxes
and licenses for the
year 2012, amounting
to P400 million, thus,
it is “more realistic” to
reduce the 2013 budget.
Lagman also hit Pamintuan for holding the
budget hearing session
in a restaurant in Barangay Balibago and not
at the city’s session hall.
“Ang pinangbabayad nila sa restaurant
ay nanggaling sa mga
mamamayan at negosyante,” Lagman said
adding that, “Mayroon
namang session hall
na ginawa talaga para
sa mga meeting ng city
council kaya bakit pa
kailangang gawin ang
session sa restaurant?”
The letter in question, dated December
21, 2012, was signed by
13 business organizations and other stakeholders, who are all
members of MACCI.
In an earlier statement, City Administrator Dennis Albert
Pamintuan said the
budget increase from
P1.2 billion in 2012 to
P1.3 billion for 2013 was
necessary.
Pamintuan
said
some from the additional budget will be
used to the last tranche
of the Salary Standardization Law (SSL) and
the transfer of the City
College of Angeles from
its temporary location
at the City Library to its
new campus in Barangay Pampang.
Some signatories to
the MACCI letter have
also denied signing the
letter. ●
Clark to host 2nd Don Bosco ‘Blue Run’
By Marna Dagumboy-del
Rosario
CLARK FREEPORT – All
roads lead to the CDC Parade
Grounds here on January 26 for
the “Blue Run Year 2: I struggle, I win,” a family-oriented
fund-raising activity organized
by Don Bosco Pampanga Batch
1988 in cooperation with the
Don Bosco Alumni Association
(DBAA) – Pampanga Chapter.
Event chairman and technical director Melvin Fausto of
Batch 1988 said the “Blue Run”
aims to raise funds for the various activities of the DBAA.
Proceeds from last year’s “Blue
Run” benefitted indigent families living in nearby Mabalacat
City, he said.
Fausto also said the “Blue
Run” coincides with the Grand
Alumni Homecoming, which is
hosted this year by Batch ’88.
“It is also in preparation for
the Don Bosco Pampanga Foundation Day celebrations on Jan.
30 to Feb. 1,” he added.
“This event is an opportune
time for all Don Bosco Pampanga students and alumni to get together for a cause-oriented, yet
fun-filled activity,” said Fausto,
who added that the “Blue Run”
is also being held in cooperation
with the Clark Development
Corporation (CDC).
For the “Blue Run,” Fausto
said registration starts as early
as 6 a.m. while the start gun will
fire-off at exactly 7 a.m. for the
2.5-kilometers, 5-km, and 10km categories.
Later in the day, registration
for the Grand Alumni Homecoming will start at 4 p.m. followed by celebration of the Holy
Eucharist at 5 p.m. and homecoming dinner by 6 p.m.
Fausto also stressed that
aside from its noble intentions,
the “Blue Run” also aims to
gather alumni from Batch ’88
“to meet and do some catching
up.”
“It has been two decades since
we have left the four walls of our
high school classrooms to go on
our separate ways. It’s very seldom that our batchmates get the
chance to see each other, which
is why we have organized this
annual activity. More than anything else, this is also our small
but meaningful contribution to
our alma mater,” Fausto said.
Last year, the Clark Freeport
was one of the six venues of the
60th anniversary celebrations
of the Salesian-run educational
institution Don Bosco that was
highlighted by a fun run dubbed
“Run, Jump, Make Noise: Celebrating 60 years of Don Bosco’s
presence in the Philippines.”
Organized for the creation of
a trust fund for eight Don Bosco
Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) centers, the fun run simultaneously
started here and other venues
like the Quirino Grand Stand in
Manila, San Jose in Nueva Ecija,
Nuvali in Laguna, Naga City and
Legazpi City in Bicol. ●

Training
Magalang councillor Elizabeth Gonzales must have been right to question the
municipal government’s supplemental
budget of P1.5 million intended for “training” especially so when it is allocated a few
days before the year was about to end.
The mayor should have a very valid justification where to use such amount when
the current year is about to close. What
kind of trainings, indeed, was in the mind
of those who proposed the budget? Or,
where there trainings held or attended by
any town employee or official right before
the year ended?
Trainings are indispensable parts of
governance. With these, the employees
get to adopt to the changes required in the
delivery of basic services. These enrich
the officials and workers to become effective in their jobs, or sometimes, provide a
breather for the public servants if they included rest and recreation right after the
trainings.
But, trainings are usually held at the start
or middle of the year. It is very unlikely that
such are made at year-end when everyone is already busy on parties and accomplishing their remaining tasks for the year.
But, as valid as it can be, Gonzales’
questioning the supplemental budget will
be seen by some as political grandstanding since she has filed a candidacy for a
higher position. Though she was only particular to contest that part of the P10 million-plus about training, she must expect
to get some criticisms. That’s all part of the
game and her stance in exposing a “questionable” action is like looking for trouble.
She trained her sight on something and
must expect that all eyes, especially those
of his opponents, will all be trained on her.
May she have the will and strength to
correct a wrong she perceived to have
been committed against her town mates
and she deserves some respect from the
people of Magalang.

Ibon-Ebon helps Candaba soar
Upper Cut
Ambet Lacanlale
“Pelayo’s
achievement
for Candaba is
worth emulating
in other towns
and the district
he wishes to
serve as congressman badly
needs the kind of
political will he
exemplified”
It seems that everything is falling in its
proper place for Candaba Mayor Jerry Pelayo,
a strong contender for the Fourth District congress race.
The outspoken mayor from the once sleepy
town is proving a point that a town’s development cannot be hampered when its people and
leaders are hell bent in pushing it forward. Not
even a geographically-disadvantageous location for many can daunt the spirit of a people
whose love for their town is second to none,
even to those whose localities are progressive
cities of first-class towns.
Mayor Pelayo, since the day he became
mayor, made a complete transformation for
Candaba. His ingenious ideas, sometimes
thought by some as highly ambitious and not
doable, have resulted positively for his town.
Unknown to many, what others thought as
Candaba’s “curse” like the annual flooding that
submerge barangays and the influx of migratory birds that feast of farm produce, are actually blessings depending on how you take advantage thereof.
The migratory birds are now among the
main attractions in the town, enticing local and
foreign bird watchers who come in groups to
Candaba providing income for the locals with
the money they spend for food, transportation,
accommodations and other services.
The birds, even Science would bear me out,
are actually among the reasons of the sustainable vegetation in the area that help feed other
animals and, thus, jump-starting a healthy
food chain to the benefit of the Candabenos.
Pelayo’s wild imagination also gave birth
to the Ibon-Ebon Festival to stress a point
that Candaba can boast of the frequent visit of
migratory birds. Funny thing was that a local
politician, in hopes to ridicule Pelayo, blasted
the festival and the migratory birds as bane for
their people. So, that politician’s dream to hold
position in Candaba flew with the birds he tried
to shoo away.
The annual festival has become well-known
all over the country. Ibon-Ebon dancers have
performed in other areas outside Pampanga
through invitations of local governments who
recognized the uniqueness and color of the local festival. Once have the Candabeño performers wowed audience in the Visayas just like how
the Sinulog of Cebu has enthralled onlookers
for so long. This only proves that the festival
has soared high to prominence in only several
years since Pelayo hatched the idea.

Moon talks
To those born in the comfort of modern day communication, when everything about
the weather comes from a central station, what is occurring
these first 24 days of January
will surely make them conclude
it has something to do with climate change.
The older surviving generation born before Facebook and
Twitter and of late the beyluxe
messenger are not enslaved
and at the mercy of the weather
bureau. Aside from the Mag
Apacta calendar developed by
the late Honorio Lopez, there
were other means of projecting
the weather coming to them
just by looking at the sky, at the
moon, among others.
So, let us dig into the moon
topics we can unearth from
oral traditions to songs and discoveries of mankind.
Our parents’ generation
had more than just the moon to
look up to and listen to in their
courtship songs.
… from a trip in the Moon

Fly Me to the Moon and a reverie to Cat Stevens’ Moon Shadow, and of course ding kapampangan e la pailakuan, when

Andy Alviz’s lyrics and sang by

not the least among recollected
songs is one scientific title with
a catchy Blue Moon.
This goes with a famous expression, once in a blue moon,
derived from the rarity of its
occurrence. Therefore, when a
friend or relative chides you for
too rare appearances on family
gatherings one is compared to
the same statement.
Ah, this one, the yuppies
can relate to because a blue
moon is something which the
newspapers, the internet and
the PAG ASA have made topic
of. The most recent occurred
last year August 31, 2012, with
the month having two full
moons.
Going further back, the
fishermen have a way of knowing when the catch is going to
be a plenty, just by following
the moon cycle.
Crab fanatics should know
this. Crabs are at their meatiest when caught during the full
moon.
While the Alimasag, the
smaller white spotted ones are
at their meatiest when caught
a little after the first quarter
moon to the full moon. All
fisher folk know that Alimasag
caught day after full moon are
at their thinnest meat. Fish

Unless we can all be fully human together--until we
can all come into the wholeness of ourselves, neither

Power is a frightening thing. In a society of
educated adults who are capable of thinking
things through for themselves, of coming to grips
with them as a group, of dealing with the implications of them in their own personal lives, it is also
a travesty. Only sheep need to be driven. People
need to be led.
It has been my serious and consistent belief that the
concept of power is based precisely on being able to turn
another person’s world upside down. It is the ability to do
our own will whatever its effect on the other. That is why
power is often destructive: our own will and the means
to enforce it blot out the rest of the world. We become
the god of our small universe. And it is a paltry heaven to
have. (And I hope that LOH-lah and NayPi get to read this
article of mine, hoping that they would understand what
exactly I am expressing here.)
This is power “over” others. This is the power that
turns people into pawns and serfdom into slavery. This
is the power of those people and institutions and nations
and political families and dynasties that are too big, too
strong, too overwhelming, too well defended to be opposed, too politically placed to be bridled. And if you think
I’m wrong, then I can only think that you must be inhabiting a different planet. (And if ever some people think that a
powerful politician is already a sure win even at this early
stage of the election season, well… maybe, but it depends
on what real winning means to these some people. Winning by manipulation of numbers and votes? Winning by
cheating and by guns, goons, and gold? Oh well…?)

Power is a factor in ecclesiastical matters, as well as
political ones. Theology is what it is only because centralized churches have such power. If the poor, the women,
and the dispossessed sat at the tables where theological
discussions are made, there would be a different set of
sins.
So I ask myself repeatedly this question: where does

It happened only once, but it affected a lot
of people for the rest of their lives. In 1976, the
Vatican issued its first explanation for the non-ordination
of women. Why, women asked, could good, committed,
spiritual, baptized women not also be priests? Because,
Rome said, women didn’t look like men. End of discussion. End of theological development. End of the consistency of the faith. But it was also the beginning of an entirely new flood of questions. As in, “Is the Eucharist an
event of the Christian community or simply an historical
drama that we are replaying?” Do we celebrate the Eucharist “in remembrance of Him” or “in imitation of Him?”
Did Jesus “become flesh,” as in fully human, or did Jesus
simply become male, as in a particular gender and for the
sake of that gender? (End of the lecture.)
With all honesty and sincerity, I must admit that it
isn’t that I hadn’t struggled with those questions for years.
In fact, I burned inside at the high-handedness of such a
non-response to such theological concerns. When a former colleague and a classmate of mine asked my opinion
about these concerns, I spoke, of course. But in a way that
completely ignored the inconsistency of the answer. Instead, my official response was short and bland; very true,
yes, but very, very political. The statement that I put out
said, “Now that we understand what the issue is, we can
study it.” It was the perfect answer of the perfect victim in
the face of perfect power. My answer was “nice.” It wasn’t
“aggressive.” It did everything but whimper. And it did
nothing at all to advance the question of the role of women
in the church or to invite dialogue.
And I knew that I would regret that answer of mine,
because Rita Nakashima Brock was right when she wrote:

Having babies...but later
When you reach the age of 24 to 26 and somebody
gets married at your age, you wonder if they got in
there so soon that they never enjoyed a bachelor’s
life and you start questioning yourself “am I douche
bag for not having my own family at this age? Because, up until now, I still can’t imagine building
my own. It’s like, I haven’t paid my parents yet for
my 15 years of schooling and now I’m having a baby?
Building my own family?
Then I started thinking: In the future, should
I send my kids to school? They’d be waiting to finish school and get married, anyway. I asked myself
is this the very essence of growing up and living?
Study for about 15 years and then work for about 2 to
3 years get married raise kids, send them to school
and the cycle goes on and on?
I really don’t know if I should feel sorry for or
adore those young moms. Maybe, I’d never understand the feeling of how they could give up a comfortable life for parenting at a young age. There
must be a fulfillment on their part or is there? Or,
had they just have to stand by the consequences of
their mistakes?
Young ladies, parenting is such a dreadful responsibility. Not that I’m saying here that you don’t
have the ability to stand for it but, having a baby? It
is something you have to be well-prepared for; prepared enough to let go of a comfortable living. It’s
the time you stop buying those stilettos and cocktail
dresses and start buying those strollers and walkers. It’s the time you give up Adam Lavigne concerts
and late night parties and start feeding your babies
in the middle of the night.
You’ve got to provide them a comfortable living,
too, just as how your parents gave everything to you.
You got to send them to a good school. Feed them
with healthy and nutritious foods...yada...yada.
Truth is, I really don’t have to mention all of
these things. The mother instinct in us would natu-
rally come out when the right
time calls for it, but, what
I am trying to say here is
that, you are too young for all
of these. 17? 18? 21? There is
a life out there for you to still
discover and enjoy.
The young adult’s life is
your reward for burning the Pen Talks
midnight oil for almost 16 Aubrey F. Sembrano
or more years. This is supposed to be the time you get

of men. Buy that fancy car and
condominium you’ve always
wanted. Be that career woman every single lady
would envy.
The world doesn’t need another bitter mom with
unwanted babies. But, you have the power to spare yourself from such trouble. The decision is always yours.
Remember: Play and have fun, but always be careful.
Young lady, there is a right time for everything.
Leave the parenting to your mom and dad for the
moment. Yours will come, but not at this very early
stage of your life.
Maurice Chevalier said: “A comfortable old age is
the reward of a well-spent youth.” Enjoy your youth.
It won’t be long before you grow older and you would
wish you had enough time to enjoy life without complexities and responsibilities.
We can only be young once, so while you are,
work hard to be a better you today so you could give
the best for your children someday. But for now, be
young, wild and free. ●

This year’s mid-term election would be as interesting as
ever. We get better and able candidates every election year with
re-electionists brandishing their
accomplishments while contenders staging their tirades and offering themselves as alternatives
who would outperform the sitting
ones.

Of course, the incumbents

their mandates would collate all their reports of accomplishments and show to the electorates what they have

bad at all in telling them to people. If it’s good, it’s worth
knowing for their constituents.

Most of the electorates now are intelligent choosers of
candidates. They, somehow, base their choice on who has
performed well and who has made the difference. It’s one
of the essences of democracy of being able to choose who
will lead us based on free will and taste although many
of our voters of today have their own report cards of their
candidates. It’s up to the electorates on the candidates’
final test--which is the election day itself--whether they
pass or not.
***
Sad to note, some candidates resort to mudslinging.
Some are contenders who aim to put themselves in the
shoes of the candidates they challenge after the elections.
They showcase themselves as better choices other than
those sitting ones. They usually bring in reforms platform for everything they saw to have been neglected by
the incumbents.

Lenovo K900 taps Intel’s
first dual-core phone chip

JANUARY 10, 2013
LAS VEGAS -- Lenovo’s big-screen K900
smartphone is one of the
first to integrate Intel’s
first dual-core Atom chip
for phones.
By smartphone standards, the K900 has a
massive 5.5-inch screen
1080p IPS display. So, no
better time to tap Intel’s
new chip to manhandle
all the pixels in that giant
display.
The Atom Z2580 has
roughly double the performance of Intel’s single-core Medfield processor used in Lenovo’s
K800 phone. Some of
that extra oomph comes
from the extra processor
core, some from the improved graphics chip.
A few more deets
on Intel’s Z2580: it’s a
32-nanometer chip, so it
does not use the 22-nanometer 3D chip tech
seen in Intel’s Ivy Bridge
PC processors. That
22-nanometer
phone
chip will come later this
year, Intel’s Erik Reid
told CNET today.
In addition to the
spanking new Intel chip,
other K900 goodies include 2GB of RAM, up
to 16GB of NAND flash
storage, a 2MP frontfacing camera with a
wide viewing angle, and
a 13-megapixel F1.8 lens
camera with dual flash.
And that camera alone
may make it a contender.
The K900’s camera takes
13-megapixel pictures
using a Sony CMOS Exmor BSI sensor. That
could yield image quality
on par with stand-alone

Microsoft to kill
the Messenger
on March 15
Beware the Ides of March if you are a user of Microsoft’s Windows Messenger Live.
Microsoft announced last November it would
soon retire its instant messaging client in favor Skype, which Microsoft acquired in October 2011. But
today it began informing Messenger users that the
service would go dark for the majority of users on
March 15.
Hello,
On 15th March 2013 we are retiring the existing
Messenger service globally (except for mainland
China where Messenger will continue to be available) and bringing the great features of Messenger
and Skype together. Update to Skype and sign in using a Microsoft Account (same as your Messenger
ID) and all your Messenger contacts will be at your
fingertips. You’ll be able to instant message and video chat with them just like before, and also discover
new ways of staying in touch with Skype on your
mobile and tablet.
Yours sincerely,
The Messenger Team
Skype officials said in late October that Skype
would most likely replace Messenger some day but
declined to provide a public timetable. A blog post
in November indicated the switchover would occur
during the first quarter of 2013.
Skype began testing new Windows and Mac beta
releases in October that let users sign in to Skype using their Windows Live ID, allowing them to send
and receive instant messages and see the presence
information of those using Live Messenger, Xbox,
Hotmail or Outlook.com.
After migrating from Messenger to Skype, users
will be able to use Skype’s instant messaging, as well
as its video calling, landline calling capability, screen
sharing, and video calling on mobile phones.-CNET

Seoul to develop underwater
construction robots
SEOUL -- South Korea will
soon begin developing its own
remotely operated underwater
construction vehicles, the government said Wednesday.
The program seeks to develop two types of underwater
construction vehicles, including a track-based robotic vehicle, by 2018, according to the
Ministry of Land, Transport
and Maritime Affairs.
“Advanced countries are already employing various types
of underwater construction
vehicles, but our country cur-
rently has to borrow all its underwater construction equipment from other countries,” it
said in a press release.
A total of 85 billion won will
be injected into the program
over the next six years, but the
ministry said the development
of indigenous underwater robotic vehicles will help save
over 200 billion won in rental
fees in just five years.
“It is also expected to offset about 610 billion won in
imports of related parts,” the
ministry said.(PNA/Yonhap)
Russia to launch 20
radar stations in 2013
MOSCOW-- Some 20 new
radar stations will come into
service this year, a spokesman
of Russia’s Aerospace Defense
Forces said Tuesday.
The radars include Gamma-S, Nebo-U, Podlyot-K,
Desna and Kasta systems,
which will enable the military
to better detect and monitor
space objects and ballistic and
aerodynamic targets, Alexei
Zolotukhin was quoted by the
RIA Novosti news agency as
saying.
He gave no further details
on the exact number and
whereabouts of these radar
stations.
On Sunday, the spokesman
said that with the Integrated
Space Tracking and Combat
Command and Control System, the Russian military had
tracked about 40 launches of
foreign and domestic ballistic
missiles and space rockets in
2012.
He also announced Sunday
that Russia would build three
Voronezh radar stations this
year, two in Siberia and the
other in the central Orenburg
region.(PNA/Xinhua)

Earlier, Villar offered to

ost housewives, home
buddies and farmers
patronize
backyard
animal raising as an additional
income for the family. Vacant
lots are used to rear pigs, chicken, ducks and other domestic
animals while farmers raise carabao, cattles, cows, and goats.
This endeavor of the Kapampangan people to alleviate their
lives from poverty was witnessed by the provincial government thus, including livestock
among its rosters of livelihood
programs.
Gov. Lilia Pineda instructed
the provincial veterinary office
(PVET) under the leadership of
Dr. Augusto Baluyut to conduct
survey among farmers, households and aetas who would like-and are deserving--to be the recipients of the animal dispersal
program of the capitol.
For this year, the provincial
government has distributed 100
pigs, 2000 native chickens, and
83 pregnant goats.
According to Dr. Baluyut, the
program promotes livestock as a
livelihood especially to aetas.
“Raising domestic animals is
very easy and inexpensive. We
distributed native chicken that
eat left-over foods, native pigs
and goats that feed on grass
because we consider the condition of our beneficiaries who are
poor families, “ Dr. Baluyut said.
Also included in this program
of PVet is artificial insemination
for propagation that benefited
4,919 swine and cattles, that
produced 7,534 offsprings. Furthermore, in order to prevent
diseases and epidemic on domestic animals, the office gave
free veterinary drugs and vaccines on hemorrhagic septicemia (22,613 cattles, carabao and
goat/sheep), porcine respiratory and reproductive syndrome
(14,693 animals) and medical
treatment (4,010).
Data from the provincial veterinary office showed that since
Pineda’s administration, they
have benefitted 104,647 backyard livestock farmers. ●

ARIES (MAR. 21-APR. 19)
This is a day that should find everything running smoothly. Interplay with senior business partners may
take up most of your morning. New ways to communicate or an easy manner will make conversations
and interactions go well. A new technical process will have to be taught and you could spend a longer
time in finding someone for the job than just becoming the teacher yourself. You may find yourself
more talkative than usual. When you are asked to guide others today, remember that knowledge is on
your side. Not only will you be able to help, you will have luck with your mission. Later you will enjoy
gathering with friends or the usual fun group for perhaps some team game. Tonight would be a good
time to enjoy some family quiet time.

VIRGO (AUG. 23-SEP.22)
2 At home, away from the workplace,
9 you may still be thinking3of work and the way work is performed.
When you think of the routine that is the accepted norm, you may come up with ideas to help update
and3
modernize the 4
worker and
6 his or2her tools. You may
1 not be high enough on the totem poll to make
certain changes but you are able to write a report that will create quite an interest. You may want to
end your report with the suggestion that you could save the company money and do the research. This
will4
make you a more valuable part of
5the team. To improve your
8 own work, look at the communication
techniques and what happens to create a faster change. This afternoon would be a good time to put
out a bird feeder with corn or fat.

TAURUS (APR. 20-MAY 20)
You have a3
definite purpose--now
4 you6need2a definite5plan. You
1 could be the one chosen for a special
project today and you want everything regarding that project to be perfect. Your timing should be good
and those around you will find you most agreeable. Your mood is quite fitting--you get things moving
and you are motivated. Others may find you especially witty and ask to work with you. A strong need
for that one-on-one conversation takes precedence this afternoon and you may find yourself in lengthy
conversations with a friend over past vacation adventures. You may feel the need to care for others-perhaps on a public rather than private level. It could be you will work with the homeless or be creative
in helping the handicapped.

GEMINI (MAY 21-JUN 21)
You and a close friend make plans for the upcoming weekend. Together you complete the list for
shopping items that are needed and who will buy what. If your country is cold, you may decide to go
to a warm area . . . if your country is hot, you may decide a skiing trip is in order. Whatever the case a
hobby and a fun change of atmosphere makes life most interesting. Professionally speaking, you are
on top of your game, so to speak. Because you create new and fun things to do in your off-work hours,
you have incentive to work and make a good income to fulfill your dreams. Close personal ties to other
people are a focal point for your feelings--marriage and other partnerships could be a key arenas for
this in the future.
CANCER (JUN 22- JUL 22)
Start the year out right . . . with passion. Love is preferred; however, communication with friends and
family will also work. Today you may not feel very talkative. There is much on your mind as well as
work issues. There are much writing, advertising and computer-related work for now. The reformer, the
inventor, the engineer, the revolutionary--these are important archetypes for you as a new cycle gets
underway in your life. They are icons of the ambitions that stir you at a time like this. Independence,
freedom from past patterns and a daring readiness to innovate are the paths of achievement for you
now. You are a magnet for people. Tonight ends as the day began . . . passion. There are two people
at your place when the lights go out.
LEO (JUL 23 - AUG. 23)
You could be experiencing some emotional changes today as you help a friend or relative with some
difficult situation. Positive thinking can change your life in good ways and that is what you teach. One
day at a time, you can do anything and that is the example you set. You may need to be accountable
to others so . . . say what you mean and mean what you say. You will receive help when it comes to
entertaining others or cleaning up after a big night of entertaining. Talking with loved ones while you
work or listening to music while you work makes the chores go lightening fast. A social life can be
enjoyed this afternoon and evening. You are wise to create meals that are easy to share and enjoy with
paper plates and napkins for easy cleanup.
LIBRA (SEP. 23 - OCT. 23)
Gather facts that will back up your ideas today, especially where a business or financial plan is concerned. Keep your vision in mind and you will reach your goals. You like to be prepared and later today
you have an opportunity to do a little planning and a little catching up type of work. You will find expressions of appreciation from your housemates this afternoon. You may decide that a mutual admiration
society is in order. You go about telling others how much you appreciate them. A busy life for everyone
around you, including yourself, leaves little time for a visit on most days. You enjoy having stability
in your life and will continue to find time to send cards, letters or make phone calls that help update
yourself on family happenings and activities.
SCORPIO (OCT. 24- NOV. 21)
Some negative aspects can be worked through very quickly today--especially if you are paying attention. Give yourself time to see through all sides of a subject before coming up with a decision. This
would be a good day to follow instructions--head down--pencil busy. A new co-worker may have you
confused--there could be a power struggle. Figuring out how to organize projects and people is apt
to become a topic of special interest--and a challenge. Opinions are not enough now: authority or
evidence must back them--above all, they must have practical worth and application. This could be
a time for intense study. Actually, sitting down to a meal and communicating may help to solve a few
problems this evening. Exercise control; balance.
SAGITTARIUS (NOV. 22 - DEC. 21)
You may be right to want to change a situation today but you are going to have to find a way to express
yourself that can be constructive. Someone from your past has come into your thoughts today and who
knows, he or she could be thinking about you. It is possible that this person will come to your attention
sometime in the near future. Put your mind to work and take care of any details that you may have, for
mental discipline should be easy. Problems and obstacles that have been puzzling should find easy
explanations under your keen examination. Get into the habit of identifying the real from the imagined
and you will be able to be most productive. Habits are in a cycle of change; variety satisfies a deep inner
need. Enjoy a movie or dinner tonight.
CAPRICORN (DEC. 22 - JAN 19)
Usually, shortcuts are not a very good idea but today . . . it is the only way to get the demands of work
completed. A helpful co-worker friend is a very welcomed assistant. You can return the favor soon. You may
decide to start keeping track of money-in and money-out this year so that you can see where there might
be leaks. Going through your clothes and putting things in order creates an opportunity for you to mend or
to cull out the things that need repair or cleaning. It is easiest to concentrate on the project of the day when
you are organized at home. Someone who is really very fond of you may do you a big favor this afternoon.
This action on his or her part lets you know just how special you are to him or her. If you feel the same way,
express your feelings.
AQUARIUS (JAN. 20 - FEB. 18)
Someone will give you advice on travel or income and it would be worth your time to listen; this could be fun,
beneficial and educational. There are harmonious energies moving in your direction regarding new projects.
This could mean in the workplace or at home. If you are worried about beginning a new project; relax--there
is fun in discovery. If you are wondering how a new project will fare, don’t . . . just put your head forward and
move ahead. You attract the people that admire your common sense and your knack for handling all sorts
of issues. You may want to consider your talents--there are monetary rewards just waiting, perhaps a book.
Tonight you may talk to the family about building a deck or some other addition to the house.
PISCES (FEB. 19 - MAR. 20)
This is a very good day for getting things accomplished. You may shine in your particular job description but there could come a time soon to consider business changes that will offer a better income.
If you are observant, you will be able to create that change for yourself, when you are ready. You will
receive encouragement and advice from an unexpected source. New ideas may lead in the direction of
education, travel, creative writing or communication. Distribute your energies wisely--laugh! You may
be a bit overly protective with someone this afternoon--careful. Something promised is not coming
forth; the best way to teach someone a lesson for this may just be in verbally expressing disappointment. They will feel it.

ASSISTANCE from Page 1
Engr. Lulu Alingcastre, head of
the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council
(PDRRMC), said the provincial
government will be sourcing fund
from its unspent 2012 allocation to
help the municipalities of Laac, New
Bataan, Montevista, Compostela,
and Nabunturan, all from Compostela Valley, with P500,000 each.
Last December 2012, a team was
sent by the provincial government
to conduct an assessment survey
in Compostela Valley to identify
possible augmentation support to
government and non-government
agencies operating in the area, and
recommend immediate intervention services to families affected by
the Typhoon Pablo based on the results of the survey.
Alingcastre said a resolution authorizing the provincial government
to undertake the plan was being
drafted at press time.
Alingcastre added that the
UPPERCUT from Page 4
planned assistance is a way to give
back to Compostela Valley what help
they extended to Pampanga during
the eruption of Pinatubo in 1991.
Savings from calamity fund
The province’s calamity fund had
reached P76.1 million as of December
2012asperdatareleasedbythePDRRMC.
Of that amount, Alingcastre
said, P27.7 million had already been
spent. The remaining P48.3 million
will be included in this year’s fund.
This is aside from the 2011’s P17.6
million balance which is considered
as a “continuing fund.”
In a meeting held Tuesday at the
Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Alingcastre disclosed that the P27.7
million was spent on the following:
repair and rehabilitation of various
infrastructures--P1.9 million; purchase of medicines, vaccines, and
medical supplies and other health
disaster activities--P1 million; provision and distribution of food and
relief goods both food and nonfood--P20.6 million.
Provision of emergency shelter
assistance--P1.6 million; provision
for supplies procurement, and other incidental expenses--P829,123;
provision of sacks for sandbagging-P700,000; and, purchase of lifesaving rescue equipment and other
disaster relegated activities for
PDRRM office--P877,948.
During the discussion, together
with representatives coming from
different national government agencies in Central Luzon, it was agreed
that a re-program of the 2013 budget for calamity shall be made.
Among these include the establishment of a permanent evacuation center in Pampanga where the
families displaced by the recent typhoons and the southwest monsoon
last year will be housed in.
The proposed evacuation center
will be along the Arayat-Magalang
area. ●

Pineda also lauded Villar for
helping “generate and improve
businesses.” She recently led Pampanga officials in awarding a Most
Outstanding Kapampangan Award
(MOKA) to Sen. Manuel Villar, who
traces his roots in Sasmuan, which is
also part of the Second District. The
senator is the husband of Cynthia.
Villar also vowed to help some
15,000 Aetas based in Porac and
Floridablanca towns and Mabalacat City. She is the partner of Pineda in the creation of a weaving facility in Barangay Nabuclod here.
“So far, we have only one weaving machine in Nabuclod. I think
there should be at least seven be-
fore we start it,” said Villar, who recently hosted Pampanga capitol officials in a study tour in Las Piñas.
Apalit Mayor Jun Tetangco,
Board Members Jun Dimson and
Fritzie David-Dizon, Guagua Councilor Tonton Torres, former Sta.
Rita Mayor Art Salalila and Mayor
Ed Guerrero of this town welcomed
and praised the efforts of Villar to
improve livelihood and farming,
benefitting at least 1.8 million residents of Pampanga.
Villar proceeded to Tarlac after
the distribution of the Philheath
cards. She attended the meeting
of 10 Rotary clubs and she was
hosted by Tarlac City Mayor Ace

Villar said she will partner with
Pineda “to empower the farmers.”
She disclosed that 70 percent of
those who are poor are farmers.
Pineda, in her speech, said
“leaders should have vision and
plans to help the poor.” She was referring to Villar, candidate for senator in the 2013 elections.
She said that “we really have
to help the farmers, especially the
poor ones.”
The first-term governor earlier launched the Pampanga Agricultural Modernization Program (PAMP) to sustain and
even improve the yield of farmers
DHVTSU from Page 1
It was learned that the provincial government
spent some P17-million to ensure that the new DHVTSU satellite campus will operate next school year.
Governor Lilia Pineda, along with mayor Jun
Tetangco and board member Fritzie Olga DizonDavid on Tuesday inspected the buildings with at
least 19 classrooms and administrative facilities.
DHVTSU Sto. Tomas campus is envisioned by
the provincial government to provide more educational opportunities to indigents coming the neighboring towns of Apalit, San Simon, Macababe and
even the City of San Fernando.
It will offer courses under the Ladderized Education Program (LEP) and short-term courses duly
registered under Technical Education and Skills
Development Authority (TESDA). ● (PNA)

leadership training event was
highlighted by workshops, wherein participants were grouped according to their municipalities
and tasked to come up with relevant outputs and plans. Various
questions regarding leadership
were thrown to the young leaders,
who responded with deep insights
of various issues facing their communities.
Addressing the group, Mayor
Oscar S. Rodriguez emphasized the
power of the youth, reciting a message to the youth written by national hero Jose Rizal: “Where are the
youth who will pour out so much
blood in order to ward off so much
crime, so much shame, so much
abomination. Where are you youth?”
“We are still searching for those
youth, but today, we have found
that youth in you,” Rodriguez told
the MTY members.
MTY officers Jay-R Hipolito
and Kelvin Vistan later conducted
an orientation and open forum on
leadership which covered issues
such as qualities and perspectives
of a good leader, good governance,
and actions.
MTY Pampanga plans future
replications of the leadership
training that will be conducted
in different municipalities in the
province to increase awareness
and involvement of the youth in
nation building, the officers said.

BATAAN from Page 2
According to Gordon, the PRC has implemented a
six-month relief operation in New Bataan which includes food items, sleeping kits, and water distribution.
“Besides relief operations, we are also setting up
health and medical stations to address the basic
medical needs of the people as well as implementing a shelter and housing program so that those
who have lost their homes can move into new ones
and rebuild their lives with dignity,” Gordon said.
“We are grateful for the support of the people of
Bataan, who have been invaluable partners of the
PRC over the last few years in many of our disaster
efforts, such as during Typhoons Ondoy and Sendong,” he added. ●

dates’ accomplishments if they are

these are extant, the next question
would lie then on whether they are
applicable or helpful to the general
public.
***
Candidates have their rights to
run for a public office as enshrined
in our Constitution but have to satisfy the requirements to become a
candidate. Some ask now whether
they have the right to rule based
on their qualifications and track
record. They should have the back-
9
ground not only on governance,
but on good governance, to be precise.
***
Good governance, to lay it simple, means bringing to people the
quality services of the government
they deserve. Good governance is
doing good for the people whom
our political leaders took an oath
to serve.
***
There are hardened politicos
who always offer good governance
to people. There are some meanwhile who tag the phrase in their
political battle cries without actually knowing the real meaning of it.
***
During election seasons, we
can’t help but compare the ideals
of candidates and their capacities to have them realized. There
is no candidate who doesn’t want
something or anything good for his
targeted constituents. All of those
who aspire for a position definitely
wanted something better for his
people. ●
To make it a point that
Candaba is a good destination for tourists, Pelayo
established a restaurant
that serves Kapampangan
food and delicacies. He also
thought of taking advantage
of the beauty of the Pampanga River by setting-up a
river cruise which provides
employment to many locals. The river, which swells
regularly to flood low-lying
areas, is now giving back
benefits in exchange for
its occasional damages
wrought against the residents. That’s nature’s own
balancing act and Pelayo
recognizes this.
Politically, Pelayo’s trustworthiness is reaping good
results as well for his town.
Many political figures in the
national scene are pouring
funds for Candaba in hopes to
establish a good relation with
the mayor who was never
known as a political turncoat.
Pelayo,
admittedly,
earned the ire of many highranking officials because of
his loyalty to former President Gloria Arroyo, who,
anyway, did not waiver in allocating development funds
for Candaba. The mayor expected it but cannot simply
turn his back on a person
who was never remiss in her
duties to the Candabenos.
This, however, did not mean
losses for Candaba because
there are always more personalities who would do
anything to earn the loyalty
that Pelayo has for his real
friends.
The congressional race
will not be an easy one for
Pelayo considering that he
is running against a family
who has held the position
for a long time, a clan whose
fabled resources would intimidate anyone who wishes
to wrest the post, but not
Kuyang Jerry.
Pelayo’s achievement for
Candaba is worth emulating
in other towns and the district he wishes to serve as
congressman badly needs
the kind of political will he
exemplified. The people
who have been saddled by
the floods for too long will
surely appreciate if Kuyang
Jerry can help them overcome the disaster and overturn it into a cash cow.
His slogan “Ingat” better be a warning for his opponents because Pelayo will
not come leaping, but flying
high for the win. ●

Taken for granted also for the longest time are the calendars carrying symbols and times at which the cycle of the
moon change. I am very particular about having this calendar in the house and in the garden shed because for all
the schooling we may have in the universities under Ph.D
holders, I am a firm believer in sustaining the oral traditions never found in books.
It is a few days to the new moon cycle. You may want to
have fish or crabs for lunch or dinner after the long holidays
feasting with ham, pork, beef, chicken, among other fatty
foods.
This moon talk is far from over. There is bulan-bulanan, too, among farmers on the next installment. ●
TOWARDS THE LIGHT from Page 5
the balance lie? We need
authority, of course, and
authority---to have authority--needs power. We all
belong to something bigger
than we are. It’s in the nature of that belonging that
we stand to lose the part of
ourselves that must never be
given away. The only thing
we have that is peculiar to
us--our own truth, our own
special experience of life-stands to be lost, if not suppressed, in the interest of
and organization that exists
for its own members. Then
our own insights become
lost to the accumulation of
human wisdom. To be truly
and totally human, to be accountable for our own humanity; we must struggle
with the question of balance
to the end.
***
Somewhere along the
way I had discovered the
spirituality of powerlessness. This is power “for.”
In the end, power does
not lie in wealth and authority; it lies in having nothing to lose. When we have
nothing to lose or to gain in
a situation, we are finally
free. Then, the only things
that stand between us and
integrity are consciousness
and truth. We are the only
ones on the battlefields of
life with an eye on the questions alone. Everybody else
is too busy calculating the
effect of the loss of the situation on their reputations
and their careers and their
images and their positions.
The powerless go naked
into combat and cannot be
scarred. They alone have the
power to endure it all.
***
When all the money, all
the power, and all the force
are on one side, it is hard to
imagine what could finally
transform it except the psychological needs of people
themselves. What will motivate the powerful to give up
their social harems except
the great gaping emptiness
that must come from having
to pretend forever that you
are more than you are. ●

Tuksuhang katakut-takot ang
inabot ni Chard Gutierrez nang
humarap sa presscon ng Seduction.
Maraming nakakikiliting tanong
ang press especially yung tungkol
sa kanila ni Sarah Lahbati. Sayang
nga, bawal tanungin si Richard
tungkol sa kasalukuyang kontrobersya ni Sarah.
“I’m committed to Sarah,” pahayag ni Richard Gutierrez, karugtong
ng sagot niya sa tanong kung ’di ba
nag-selos ang GF sa maiinit na eksena nila ni Solenn
Heussaff sa Regal Entertainment movie.
“But as an actor, if you need to portray a role, you
have to do it, hindi naman siya nagselos, medyo lang,”
wika ni Richard.
Inamin din ni Richard na nagpapa-seduce siya
dati.
comedy and do something that I will
totally challenge myself and finally, ito
na ’yon. And I think it came sa right
time na I’m prepared. I’m willing to
just go on all out.
“You know, as an actor,
you look for projects like this, eh. You look for projects
that will challenge you as an artist. It makes you
fulfilled as an artist and this is the kind of project na
masasabi kong gusto ko pang gumawa ulit ng ganito.
This won’t be the last. I wanna do more of this.
“And if I expected the movie to come out like that...
coming from this movie, I have no expectations. I
came in with an open mind and coming in na I’m
gonna do my best.
“Kasi ngayon, nauuso ang love triangle movies. Nauuso ’yung bantering ng
mga lines! Na quotable quotes. We did
something totally away from that.
We did a love triangle away from the
uso.
We did it our own
way and I am
very happy it
came
out like this!” paliwanag ni Richard sa presscon ng
movie.
Umiwas nga lang si Richard na sagutin kung may
butt exposure siya sa movie.
“I think we should be more excited about the story.
About the love story. Not with the flesh scenes. But I
think ang masasabi ko, this is my most daring movie.
We did a couple of love scenes. Intense love scenes.
So, you’ll be… yes, you’ll be seeing some flesh that
will excite some people!” paniniyak ng aktor.
Take note na hindi lang isa kundi tatlong
butt exposures ang ipinakita ni Chard ayon na
rin sa nagbabalik-direktor na si Peque Gallaga kung saan tinortyur niya ang aktor sa
maiinit at matitinding eksena.
Kris Aquino makes it
with Daniel Matsunaga?
Magme-mayor na ang
kabit ng action star
Tuloy-tuloy pala ang relasyon
ng isang noo’y trying hard na starlet sa isang action star. They met sa
isang taping sked at simula noon silang dalawa na.
Medyo obscure yung starlet
pero kahit paano may claim to
fame din naman siya noong kanyang panahon. She became the
lover of a very important actor
several years ago.
Ayun na nga, nang makilala
niya ang action star, agad si-
yang naanakan nito.
The latest we heard
about the starlet, kandidato na siyang mayor
sa isang northern town.
You see, galing din siya
sa pamilya ng mga pulitiko kaya ayan, baka sa
Mayo, mayor na rin siya.
Aba, tamang-tama, makatutulong
siya sa kanyang lover na isang top politician aside from being a has-been action
star. ●
anak nito. Isang Hillsong (Christian)
Chiz Escudero. Bagama’t bukas naman siya sa panibagong
relasyon, hindi na raw niya tinitingnan ang pisikal na katangian ng isang babae more than what is inside. Hindi ba parang tama ito kay Kris?
