PRESCHOOL/YOUTH ENRICHMENT
NEW! Amazing Minds (Ages 6 – 8)
Discovery Kids Puterbugs (Ages 3 – 7)
Introduction to STEM Learning (Science, Technology,
Engineering and Math). Our mission is to teach young
children how to respect technology as a tool for learning,
rather than a toy in isolation. Each student works
individually on their own mini laptop. Early keyboarding,
reading readiness, problem solving and teamwork are all
part of this program. Children will not have access to the
internet, but will begin to learn about internet safety as
well. Min/Max: 5/10, (8 wks)
Come and exercise your brain with us. Explore a variety of
topics such as rocks and minerals, countries far and near,
learn to use tools that help you solve problems such as
magnifying glasses, microscopes and geology kits. Engage
in science experiments. Plus there are topic-related prizes
like Australian bommerangs and shark teeth.
Min/Max: 6/12, (8 wks)

This program is centered on exploring the concepts of
building and construction through hands-on exploration
and design. Students look at the engineering behind sky
scrapers, bridges, and roads. So how can we build a house
to withstand the Big Bad Wolf? Let the fun begin.
