We hope this change will enhance your customer service experience with Surry Telephone. The following is a few changes that you need to know about. E-Bill Changes Our new system will feature a website allowing you real time access to your account information. As a part of our new system requirements, you will be asked to set up a new e-bill account even if you have an existing account currently. Customers already setup and using E-Bill will receive an email with your new login information. The new site will be very user-friendly, allowing you to easily manage your account 24 hours a day. If you do not have an on-line E-Bill account, please ask a customer service representative for more information. E-Bill provides you with: Immediate access to your invoices Enhanced Security View and print your bill at any time Make one-time payments or set up automatic payments New statement alerts WORRY-FREE WIFI CONNECTING MULTIPLE DEVICES Let Surry set up a wireless home network and you can connect to multiple WiFi devices to the Internet. Connect laptops, iPads, handhelds, Scanners, Printers and much much more. A must have for your home. Reach the Internet from anywhere in your home using Surry’s new Worry Free WiFi.
