CATEGORY INFORMATION
Most Patriotic - Hooray for the Red, White & Blue in this
category. We are looking for the most patriotic pooches
around!
Best Pooch Smooch - Pucker Up, it’s PDA time! Show us
your doggie kisses. Here’s your chance to smooch your
pooch for all to see.
Sound Off - This should “speak” for itself. The judges will
be looking for that special bark, howl or musical number.
Look-A-Like - Do you and your pet look similar? If the answer is Yes, then sign-up for this category.
Silver Whisker - Do you have a senior citizen canine? This
category is for you!
My Little Pony - This category is for the largest dogs entering the contest.
Ankle Biter - If your pooch can fit in a hand bag, then this
category is for you!
All Decked Out- Here’s your chance to “work the catwalk”
with your pup. Be creative!
Best Trick (Adult 18 & up) or Best Trick (Child 17 & under) Does your pooch have talent? Show us!
Plus - First, second & third places will be awarded, along
with Best of Show.

IS ALWAYS OUR FIRST PRIORITY!
IN THE INTEREST OF ALL PARTICIPANTS, PLEASE ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING RULES:
ALL DOGS MUST REMAIN LEASHED
RABIES SHOTS & VACCINATIONS MUST BE CURRENT
MAXIMUM OF 2 DOGS PER HANDLER
MUST WEAR I.D. TAGS AT ALL TIMES (DOGS, NOT PEOPLE)
NO DOGS IN HEAT
NO AGGRESSING DOGS
COSTUMES MUST BE SAFE, COOL & COMFORTABLE FOR DOGS
COMPLY WITH ANY HEALTH/MEDICAL/SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS MADE BY EVENT OFFICIALS
FOLLOW ALL FESTIVAL RULES
NO PUPPIES UNDER 4 MONTHS OR WITHOUT VACCINATIONS
Event officials may disqualify or remove any entry
for violating any of these rules.

PLUS A BEST OF SHOW PRIZE PACKAGE WILL BE AWARDED.
YOU CAN ONLY ENTER ONE CATEGORY PER POOCH. OWNERS WITH MORE
THAN ONE DOG MAY PICK SEPARATE CATEGORIES FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL PET
OR PICK THE SAME CATEGORY FOR BOTH ENTRIES. ONLY ONE WINNER PER
CATEGORY WILL BE AWARDED. EVERY DOG ENTERED MUST PAY AN ENTRY
FEE - HUMAN ENTRIES ARE FREE.
Entries MUST register by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 4th to be
entered in the contest. No applicants will be accepted after that time.
