Schedule of Events:
Check In will begin at
8:30a. Opening Flag
ceremony at 9:00a. Station rotations will be from 9:10a-11:30a. Lunch 11:30anoon. Lunch Time Guest at noon. Station rotations resume at 12:30p. Closing
Flag ceremony at 3:00p.

Parking: Please plan on carpooling as much as possible as parking is limited.

Lunch: No meal service will be provided. Participants and Volunteers must
bring their own lunches or plan on something as a Pack.
What to Bring:
 Raingutter Regatta boats—New Scouts should bring their built regatta boat
New Scouts should have received one when they registered. These will be
used at a station. Premade boats will be available for others to race.
 Water Bottle
 A Bag Lunch (or whatever you decide as a unit)
 Rain gear—This event will go on RAIN or SHINE
 Current Health form Part A & B for each participant (youth and adults). Will
be reviewed at check in and carried on your person during the event.
What to Wear:
 Class A—Please dress according to weather. Be Proud of your uniform.
 Comfortable closed toed shoes. We will be walking.
To help you plan: Remember that we are here for the boys to have fun while
keeping them safe. Range officers have a heavy responsibility for keeping your
child safe. They can and will ask anyone not following their safety guidelines to
leave the range area. No riding in the back of trucks. No alcoholic beverages.
