Dr. Craig T. Hadgis is a Michigan native who, in addition to his
multiple degrees, holds the distinguished status of Diplomate
with the American Board of Orthodontics, an honor bestowed
only on a numbered few in the country. The certification process
itself is a testament to Dr. Hadgis’ pursuit of continued proficiency
and excellence.
Dr. Hadgis has had extensive training and orthodontic experience
treating patients of all ages. Keeping up with technology, he utilizes:
impressionless 3D digital dental models, 3D SureSmile treatment,
and 3D Invisalign treatment. When additional advanced techinques
are necessary, he uses temporary bone anchors, and 3D stent
planning for surgical orthodontic cases. His past achievements
and engineering background have enhanced his abilities as an
orthodontist today.
Born and raised in Grosse Pointe, Dr. Hadgis is the son of local
dentist, Dr. Ted Hadgis. “I grew up understanding the role of good
dental health in the patient’s overall wellness and now I’m able to
offer patients the healing effects of a healthy and beautiful smile.”
Dr. Hadgis spent his first few years practicing in the sunny state
of Florida where he was named in the Tampa Tribune as “Best
Orthodontist.” However, once from Michigan, always from
Michigan, Dr. Hadgis and his wife Anne decided their home state
was where they wanted to build their life together.
When away from the office, he and Anne enjoy running, golfing,
tennis, and skiing. As a big sports fan, he’s also excited to be back in
Michigan cheering for all of his favorite hometown teams. He
confirms though, “My greatest passion is creating life-changing
smiles for my patients. A smile brings joy. A smile opens doors. A
healthy smile is the best gift I have to offer. I’m thrilled to be back
in Michigan, bringing the latest advanced digital and 3D technology
with me, and offering patients the utmost care.”
