1. CORVARA – CASCATE DEL PISCIADÚ

Il sentiero parte nei pressi del campeggio, sale
leggermente e si immette nel bosco proseguendo
pianeggiante fino alle cascate del Pisciadú.

Der Weg beginnt bei dem Campingplatz, steigt leicht
an und führt ebenläufig durch den Wald bis am Fuße
der Pisciadú-Wasserfälle.

Dal centro di Corvara si scende lungo la strada principale
in direzione Pescosta e proseguendo in salita si raggiunge
la strada Merscia che porta su di un sentiero soleggiato
fino alla chiesa di Colfosco.

Vom Zentrum von Corvara aus geht man ab bis
Pescosta und setzt auf dieser ansteigender Straße fort
bis zur Kreuzung mit der Str. Merscia. Man schlägt
diese Straße ein und erreicht dann auf einem sonnigen
Weg das Dorf Colfosco.
3. CORVARA – LA VILLA

Dal centro di Corvara si scende lungo la strada
principale in direzione Pescosta. Dopo il ponte si imbocca
la stradina a destra e si arriva ad un sottopassaggio
che porta direttamente sul sentiero che costeggia il
torrente fino a La Villa.

Vom Zentrum von Corvara aus geht man ab bis
Pescosta. Nach der Brücke schlägt man den Weg rechts
ein, kommt zu einer Straßenunterführung, die direkt
zum Weg führt, der entlang des Flusses nach La Villa
führt.

From the centre of Corvara follow the main street to
Pescosta and continue uphill to the crossroad of
Merscia street which leads on a sunny path to the
church of Colfosco.

From the centre of Corvara follow the main street to
Pescosta. After the bridge the road turns to the right
and reaches an underpass that leads directly to the
path along the riverside to La Villa.

1. COLFOSCO – VAL STELLA ALPINA

Dopo la chiesa di Colfosco si sale in direzione della
cabinovia Col Pradat e si prosegue lungo il sentiero che
costeggia la pista da sci e che porta direttamente al
rifugio Edelweiss.

Von der Kirche von Colfosco steigt man in Richtung
Talstation der Kabinenbahn Col Pradat hoch und setzt
auf dem Weg entlang der Skipiste bis zur Hütte Edelweiss
fort.

From the church of Colfosco ascend towards the cable
way Col Pradat, following the path along the right edge
of the ski slope you’ll reach the Edelweiss mountain
hut.
2. COLFOSCO – CASCATE DEL PISCIADÚ

Dal centro di Colfosco si scende fino alla stazione a
valle della cabinovia Colfosco, si attraversa la pista
(fare attenzione!) e si raggiunge il sentiero che si immette nel bosco e prosegue pianeggiante fino alle cascate del Pisciadú.
2. COLFOSCO – PISCIADÚ WASSERFÄLLE

Vom Zentrum von Colfosco geht man bis zur Kabinenbahn
Colfosco, überquert hier die Piste (mit Vorsicht!) und
setzt dann fort bis zu den Pisciadú Wasserfällen.

Colfosco, cross the slope (with caution!) and continue
along the path to the Pisciadú waterfalls.
Als Alternative (30 Min.) kann man vom Hotel Luianta
(Bushaltestelle) starten und den Weg einschlagen, der
zur Kabinenbahn Plans-Frara führt. Hier geht man
rechts weiter, überquert die Piste (mit Vorsicht!) und
erreicht dann die Wasserfälle.

(bus stop) and take the path towards the cable way
Plans-Frara, keep right, cross the slope (with caution!)
and continue on the path to the waterfalls.

direzione della cabinovia Plans-Frara. Si prosegue
sulla destra, si attraversa la pista (fare attenzione!) e
si prosegue sul sentiero pianeggiante fino alle cascate
del Pisciadú.

Dalla chiesa di Colfosco si imbocca la Str. Sorá fino all’incrocio con la Str. Costa dove sulla destra prosegue il
sentiero in direzione della strada Merscia fino a Corvara.

bis zur Str. Costa, von hier den Weg rechts einschlagen
bis zur Str. Merscia und weiter nach Corvara.

1. LA VILLA – LECH DA SOMPUNT

Partendo dalla chiesa si imbocca la strada Rottonara
e si segue il sentiero pianeggiante, attraversando la
pista Gardenaccia e proseguendo verso il maso Sotsas
si giunge al lago Lech da Sompunt.

Der Weg startet bei der Kirche von La Villa und führt
auf der ebenen Str. Rottonara, nach Überquerung der
Skipiste Gardenaccia, am Hof Sotsas vorbei bis zum
See Lech da Sompunt.

The path starts at the church in La Villa and continues
on the Rottonara street, crossing the ski slope Gardenaccia,
to the Sotsas farm and the lake Lech da Sompunt.
2. LA VILLA – CIANINS – BADIA – LA VILLA
2 ORE CA.
Dal centro del paese si scende verso Altin, e si risale
in direzione Cianins proseguendo verso i masi Craciurara
e Fistí fino ad arrivare a Badia. Scendendo al torrente
e costeggiandolo si ritorna a La Villa.

Vom Dorfzentrum steigt man in Richtung Altin ab, und
setzt auf der Str. Cianins in Richtung Craciurara und
Fistí fort. Von hier erreicht man das Dorf Badia. Man
steigt bis zum Bach hinab und kommt dem entlang
wieder nach La Villa.
3. LA VILLA – “TRU DI ARTISĆ” – ARMENTAROLA
1 ORA CA.
Dal centro del paese si scende verso Altin, si attraversa
il ponte e si prosegue sul sentiero degli artisti “Tru di
artisć” che costeggia il torrente verso San Cassiano.
Raggiunto il paese, si può proseguire fino all’Armentarola.
3. LA VILLA – „TRU DI ARTISĆ“ – ARMENTAROLA

Vom Dorfzentrum steigt man in Richtung Altin ab,
überquert die kleine Brücke und setzt auf dem
Künstlerweg „Tru di artisć“ Richtung San Cassiano fort.
Von San Cassiano aus kann man dann auf demselben
Weg Armentarola erreichen.

From the village centre walk down towards Altin, and
ascend the Cianins road towards Craciurara and Fistí.
Continuing along the road you reach Badia. From here
walk down to the river and coast it to the village of La
Villa.
3. LA VILLA – “TRU DI ARTISĆ” – ARMENTAROLA

From the village centre walk down towards Altin, cross
the little bridge and continue towards San Cassiano on
the artists’ path “Tru di artisć”. From the village San
Cassiano you can continue on the same way toward
Armentarola.

1. SAN CASSIANO – MALGA VALPAROLA
1 ORA CA.
Dall’Hotel Armentarola (fermata bus) si imbocca il
sentiero in direzione Str. Pre de Costa e si prosegue
fino a giungere ai margini del bosco. Da qui si raggiunge,
sempre seguendo il sentiero nr. 18, la Malga Valparola
(chiusa durante l’inverno).
1. SAN CASSIANO – MALGA VALPAROLA ALM
CA. 1 STD.
Vom Hotel Armentarola (Bushaltestelle) aus schlägt
man den Weg in Richtung Str. Pre de Costa ein und setzt
bis zum Waldrand fort. Von hier erreicht man, den Weg
Nr. 18 folgend, die Malga Valparola Alm (im Winter nicht
bewirtschaftet).

From the Hotel Armentarola (bus stop) take the path
towards Str. Pre de Costa and continue up to the edge
of the wood. From here you reach, walking along the
path nr.18, the Malga Valparola - pasture (closed in
winter).
2. SAN CASSIANO – PIZ SOREGA – PRALONGIÁ
1,5 ORE CA.
Dal paese di San Cassiano si raggiunge il Piz Sorega in
cabinovia. Da qui si prosegue a sinistra, attraversando
la pista da sci e imboccando poi il sentiero nr. 23 che,
rimanendo sempre in quota, porta verso Bioch e Pralongiá.

Man startet vom Dorfzentrum und erreicht Piz Sorega
mit der Kabinenbahn. Von hier aus folgt man links, die
Skipiste überquerend, den Weg Nr. 23 Richtung Bioch
und Pralongiá.

Starting from the village ascend by cable car to the Piz
Sorega. From here follow on the left, crossing the ski
slope, the path nr. 23 towards Bioch and Pralongiá.
3. SAN CASSIANO – “TRU DO L’EGA” – LA VILLA
1 ORA CA.
Dal centro di San Cassiano si scende verso la strada
principale, si attraversa il ponte e si prosegue a destra
seguendo il sentiero degli artisti “Tru di artisć”. Raggiunto
il paese di La Villa, si può proseguire a destra verso
Badia oppure a sinistra verso Corvara.

Hauptstraße ab, überquert die kleine Brücke und setzt
auf dem Künstlerweg “Tru di artisć” Richtung La Villa
fort. Von La Villa kann man auf demselben Weg (rechts)
Badia oder (links) Corvara erreichen.

1. BADIA – LECH DA SOMPUNT
1,5 ORE CA.
Dal municipio si imbocca la strada Pedraces - Runcac
e si prosegue verso i masi Ciaminades e Paracia,
sboccando nella conca del lago Lech da Sompunt. Sul
laghetto ghiacciato c’è la possibilità di pattinare. Da qui
si scende sulla sinistra verso il parco cervi Paraciora
e si rientra al paese seguendo il sentiero lungo il torrente.

Vom Gemeindehaus aus startet man entlang der Str.
Pedraces - Runcac Richtung Höfe Ciaminades und
Paracia. In Kürze erreicht man den See Lech da Sompunt,
der zum Schlittschuhlaufen beliebt ist. Von hier steigt
man links zum Hirschgehege Paraciora hinunter und
kehrt längs des Flussufers nach Badia zurück.

From the municipality of Badia take the Pedraces - Runcac
street and continue on the left direction of the Ciaminades
and Paracia farms, opening out into the basin of the lake
Lech da Sompunt (possibility of ice skating). From here
descend on the left toward the deer park Paraciora, walk
down to the river and coast it to the village of Badia.
2. BADIA – OIES
1,5 ORE CA.
Dalla chiesa di San Linert si sale verso la località Anví
proseguendo fino al bivio, dove si imbocca a sinistra la
strada Sotrú in direzione del santuario di Oies. Da qui,
proseguendo verso la pista da sci ed il maso Rainé, si
ritorna in paese.
2. BADIA – OIES
CA. 1,5 STD.
Bei der San Linert Kirche schlägt man die Str. Anví ein
bis zur Kreuzung, dann auf der Str. Sotrú weiter bis
man die Heiligenstätte Oies erreicht. Man setzt in Richtung
Rainé Hof fort und kommt nach Badia zurück.
2. BADIA – OIES
CA. 1,5 HOURS
From the San Linert church follow the Anví road to the
crossroads, turning left along the Sotrú road towards
the Oies sanctuary. Then continue direction the ski slope
and the Rainé farm on the path coming back to the
village.
3. BADIA – LA VILLA
1 ORA CA.
Dalla fermata dell’autobus, si segue la strada principale
in direzione La Villa, si attraversa il ponte e si imbocca
il sentiero “Tru do l’ega”. Da La Villa si può proseguire
a sinistra verso San Cassiano oppure a destra verso
Corvara.

Von der Bushaltestelle begibt man sich auf der Straße
Richtung La Villa, überquert die kleine Brücke und setzt
auf dem Weg „Tru do l’ega“ dem Fluss entlang fort. Von
La Villa kann man auf demselben Weg (links) San Cassiano
oder (rechts) Corvara erreichen.

LA VAL – HIKING VILLAGE

Partendo dalla chiesa di La Val si sale lungo la strada
in direzione Cians. Da questo gruppo di case parte un
sentiero che porta fino alla chiesetta di Santa Barbara.
1. LA VAL – CIANS – ST. BARBARA KIRCHE
CA. 1 STD.
Von der Dorfkirche aus steigt man entlang der Straße
in Richtung der Fraktion Cians hoch. Von hier aus startet
ein ebener Weg bis zur kleinen St. Barbara Kirche.
2. PEDEROA – CORCELA/BADIA
2 ORE CA.
Dalla zona artigianale parte una passeggiata pianeggiante
che costeggia il torrente fino all’incrocio con la strada
che porta alla località Corcela/Badia.

Der Spaziergang startet von der Handwerkerzone Pederoa
aus und setzt eben entlang des Flusses bis zur Kreuzung
mit der Straße in Richtung Corcela/Badia, fort.

Starting from the La Val church, ascend along the road
towards Cians. From this group of houses there is a
level path which leads to the little church of Santa
Barbara.
3. PRATI DELL’ARMENTARA

Salendo dalle località Furnacia o Coz si raggiunge
l’altopiano dei prati dell’Armentara. Proseguendo sul
sentiero nr. 15A si giunge fino ai piedi del maestoso
monte Sas dla Crusc.
3. ARMENTARA WIESEN
1-3 STD.
Die Armentara Wiesen erreicht man, indem man entweder
von Furnacia oder von Coz hochsteigt. Auf dem Weg Nr.
15A kann man bis zum Fuße des imposanten Kreuzkofels
(Sas dla Crusc) spazieren.

From the artisan area begins a walk which follows the
river on the level up to the crossroads with the road
leading to Corcela/Badia.
3. ARMENTARA PASTURES
1-3 HOURS
Ascend either from Furnacia or Coz to reach the plateau
of the Armentara pastures. Continue along path nr. 15A
to arrive at the feet of the majestic mountain Sas dla
Crusc.
