Ayr Minor Ringette and/or its members sometimes take photographs or video footage for
publicity purposes. These images may appear in our printed publications, on our
website, or both. We may also send them to the news media. Players names will not be
attached to photos used on the website or in publicity materials.
Ayr Minor Ringette Association requires parental consent for the use of photos and or
images of all players under the age of 18. Please answer the questions below and sign
the form where indicated.
