We organize a collection of on-campus career recruitment
events in Switzerland. Held in 8 university campuses (Basel,
Bern, Fribourg, Geneva, Lausanne, Lugano, St. Gallen and
Zurich). During these events, students have the opportunity to interact with potential employers and find out more
about their potential careers.
AIESEC is the largest youth-led organization in the world. Present
in over 100 countries, AIESEC provides a platform for youth leadership development. Through their international network, AIESEC provides Companies, Non Governmental Organizations and
International Organizations with the opportunity to recruit global
talent.
Career Fairs are week-long events that bring together
between 60 and 100 employers. During these forums employers have the opportunity to hold a stand at the fair and/
or have their own customized event, such as presentations,
workshops, knowledge café, one-to- one meetings and recruitment speed dating.
Before becoming an association,“Career Days”was a project of AIESEC in Switzerland. Today the Career Days Association is a proud
partner of AIESEC in Switzerland.

Come and meet the human resources teams from some of Switzerland’s top employers! The fair is the ideal time to go and ask
any questions about your career perspectives and possibilities,
or just to discover new opportunities for your future.
WORKSHOPS
Workshops are all about companies wanting to interact with
you and involve you in the session by giving you tasks to work
on or by guiding you through the company’s structure. You will
have the opportunity to interact directly and personally with
the human resources team of the company during the session
and at the networking apéro.

This year, we will have a special event called a Get together
where you will come by little groups and meet several collaborators of a firm. This will be an informal meeting where
you have the opportunity to have direct answers from specialists, and it can also lead you to a traineeship with them!
PRESENTATION
During a presentation you will have the opportunity to not
only learn about a company’s recruitment process, but also
about its values and what a typical day in the office looks
like ! You will also have the possibility to directly ask your
questions to the speakers after the presentation during the
networking apéro.

The Swiss National Bank (SNB) takes on some 40 interns each year. The internships are located in all three departments of the SNB. The activities of
these departments are as follows: Department I prepares monetary policy decisions and handles the area of international monetary cooperation.
Department II is responsible for issuing banknotes and the stability of the
