• Ein Wochenendticket (Freitag, Samstag und Sonntag) ermöglicht Ihnen den Zugang zum Veranstaltungsgelände während
des gesamten Rennwochenendes.
• Ein 1-Tages-Ticket (Freitag, Samstag oder Sonntag) ermöglicht Ihnen den Zugang zum Veranstaltungsgelände am jeweiligen Veranstaltungstag.
• Mit einem Wochenendticket, einem 1-Tages-Ticket oder
VIP-Ticket haben Sie Zutritt zum Fan Village und zum Rahmenprogramm am jeweiligen Tag. Weitere Informationen
finden Sie unter: www.projekt-spielberg.com sowie über die
Projekt Spielberg App.
• Bei Verlust oder Beschädigung Ihres Tickets wenden Sie sich
bitte an einen der Info-Points.
• Die Videoscreens sind von jedem Tribünenplatz und von den
Stehplätzen aus gut sichtbar.

Zum Red Bull Ring in Spielberg gelangen Sie über die S36
Murtal Schnellstraße mit Abfahrtsmöglichkeiten in KnittelfeldWest, Zeltweg-Ost oder Zeltweg-West. Bitte orientieren Sie sich
auf der S36 sowie entlang der Landstraßen am Verkehrsleitsystem vor Ort. Sollte es die vorherrschende Verkehrssituation
nicht zulassen, dass Sie die genannten Abfahrten nehmen, so
folgen Sie bitte den Anweisungen der Exekutive. Abhängig von
Ihrer Ticketfarbe werden Sie so zu den nächstgelegenen Parkplätzen geleitet. Bitte merken Sie sich Ihre Parkplatznummer,
die an der jeweiligen Parkplatzeinfahrt ausgewiesen ist.
TIPP: Der frühe Vogel fängt den Wurm: Bitte beachten Sie, dass

The more, the merrier! Although Marc Marquez & Co.
are bombing around the Red Bull Ring all alone on
their motorcycles, we urge you to take full advantage
of all the seats in your cars and on your bikes: this will
lighten the flow of arriving traffic and allow everyone
to get here more quickly. Please also bear in mind that
only limited areas (grassy areas) have been allocated
for those arriving by motorbike.

Use the S36 Murtal Schnellstraße motorway and take
either of the Knittelfeld-West, the Zeltweg-Ost or the Zeltweg-West exits for the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg. Please follow
the local traffic control system on the S36 and along the country
roads. Should the traffic conditions make it impossible for you
to take one of the listed exits, please follow the instructions given to you by the authorities. Depending on your ticket colour,
you will be directed to the nearest parking area. Please note the
number of your allocated parking area.
Traffic reports on Hitradio Ö3 radio station provide regular updates on the current traffic situation. The
Austrian motorway operator ASFINAG‘s free app, also,
offers comprehensive information regarding traffic jams,
accidents, roadworks, closed roads and service stations.
Early starts are recommended: unfortunately during
peak times there can be traffic restrictions around the
event site.
Details of parking place allocations will follow in good
time and will be communicated via the Projekt Spielberg
app and on the Projekt Spielberg homepage.
HINT: The early bird catches the worm: please note that you
should expect extremely high traffic volumes when you arrive.
We therefore recommend trying to arrive as early as possible.

PARK & BIKE (FAHRRAD)
Der Heliport Spielberg befindet sich ganz in der Nähe des
Red Bull Ring. Wucher Helicopter bietet sowohl die Koordination
der Hubschrauberflüge wie auch Flughafen- oder Hoteltransfers
während des gesamten Grand Prix Wochenendes an. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Hubschrauberlandungen vorab zu avisieren
sind! In Graz-Weinzödl 1 befindet sich ein Außenlande- und
Abflugplatz für direkte Hubschrauberflüge von Graz nach Spielberg. Gerne stellt Ihnen Wucher Helicopter die benötigten Informationen sowie Preise zur Verfügung.
Nimm’s Radl – weniger Stau, schneller am Ziel!
Über St. Lorenzen und Judenburg gelangen Sie zu den beiden
Park & Bike-Parkplätzen beim G’Schlössl Murtal in Großlobming
und in Weißkirchen. Parken Sie Ihr Auto und radeln Sie bequem
mit Ihrem mitgenommenen Fahrrad über gekennzeichnete Radwege direkt zum Veranstaltungsgelände. Für Ihre Fahrräder
stehen unmittelbar neben dem Konzertgelände Stellplätze zur
Verfügung. Beachten Sie bitte, dass für diese keine Haftung
übernommen wird!
Spielberg heliport is located a short distance from the Red Bull
Ring. Wucher Helicopter offers both the coordination for helicopter flights and airport or hotel transfer during the entire Grand
Prix weekend. Please note that helicopter landings must be
announced in advance. An exterior landing and take-off area in
Graz-Weinzödl 1 can be used for direct helicopter flights from
Graz to Spielberg. Wucher Helicopter will gladly provide you with
prices and all information needed.
Take your bike - walk less and leave traffic jams behind!
You can get to the two park & bike parking areas in Weißkirchen and at the G‘Schlössl Murtal in Großlobming via Judenburg
and St. Lorenzen. Park your car and use the bicycle you brought
along with you. Follow the signposted bicycle paths to ride directly to the event site in comfort. Bicycle parking is available
directly adjacent to the concert area. Please note that we do not
assume any liability for these spaces.

The Graz 3-day ticket is the perfect ticket for your stay in Graz
during the Austrian Grand Prix weekend, allowing you to travel on any public transportation within tariff zone 101 – including the Schlossbergbahn – for three days from the date of

Rollstuhlfahrer mit Tickets auf der Start-Ziel-Tribüne erhalten
Parkberechtigungen, die ihnen die Zufahrt bis zum Red Bull Ring
ermöglichen. Direkt beim Rollstuhl-Parkplatz befindet sich ein
zusätzlicher Info-Point, bei dem Ihnen speziell geschulte Mitarbeiter gerne bei Ihren Anliegen behilflich sind.
Die Tribüne ist mit einer Rollstuhlrampe sowie mit Toiletten auf
gleicher Ebene wie die Tribünenplätze ausgestattet.
Für all jene Personen, die ein Handicap-Ticket auf einer Tribüne
ihrer Wahl erworben haben, stehen Sonderstellplätze auf allen
ausgeschilderten Parkplätzen zur Verfügung!

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
Wheelchair users who have purchased a ticket for the start-finish
grandstand are granted special parking privileges allowing them
to drive right up to the Red Bull Ring. An additional Info-Point
whose specially trained employees will help you with all your
requests and located directly in the parking area for wheelchair
users.
The grandstand is equipped with a wheelchair ramp as well as
toilets on the same level as the grandstand seats.
If you have purchased a ticket for disabled access to a stand
of your choice, special parking places will be available at all
signposted parking areas!

Genießen Sie die Freiheit auf zwei Rädern und erleben Sie die
Schönheit der Region Murtal. Erleben Sie die atemberaubende
Aussicht vom Alpengasthof Lanz auf 1.260 m Höhe sowie den
grandiosen Ausblick von der Kaiseraustraße auf den Dachstein.
Nach einer Rast in einem der Kaffeehäuser von Admont führt die
Tour weiter entlang der wild sprudelnden Enns mitten durchs Gesäuse. Am herrlichen Panorama der Gesäuseberge entlang geht
es weiter zum Leopoldsteinersee, wo das Seestüberl direkt am
Ufer zum Entspannen einlädt. Von dort aus geht es über die Bergmannsstadt Eisenerz auf den Präbichl – stets mit Blick auf den
Erzberg, dem Austragungsort eines der härtesten Enduro-Rennen
der Welt, des Erzbergrodeos. Vom Rastplatz „Erzbergblick“ – dem
Ziel der Tour – bietet sich Ihnen noch einmal eine spektakuläre
Aussicht, bevor es wieder zum Ausgangspunkt, dem Red Bull
Ring, zurückgeht.

Enjoy the freedom of two wheels and experience the beauty of
the Murtal region. Experience the breathtaking vista from the
Lanz Alpine Guest House – 1,260 m above sea level – and the
fantastic view of the Dachstein mountain from Kaiseraustrasse.
After a break in the coffee houses of Admont the tour carries on
along the bubbling Enns river through the Gesäuse National Park.
It continues along the magnificent panorama of the Gesäuse
Mountains to the Leopoldsteiner Lake, where you can unwind
directly on the waterfront at the Seestüberl cafe. From there the
tour passes the mining town Eisenerz on the Präbichl mountain
pass – with a view of Erzberg mountain, the venue for one of the
toughest endurance races in the world, the Erzberg Rodeo. From
the “Erzbergblick” rest stop – the tour’s destination – you can
savour one more spectacular view before heading back to the
starting point at the Red Bull Ring.

Tour t2: Gaberl, Pack, Obdacher Sattel
Erleben Sie die Weststeiermark von ihrer schönsten Seite. Ausgehend vom Red Bull Ring geht es über Zeltweg und Möbersdorf
auf der Gaberl Bundesstraße zum beliebten Bikertreff „Gaberlhaus“. Nach einem Imbiss am höchsten Punkt des Gaberls bietet
Ihnen der weitere Tourenverlauf ein herrliches Panorama über
die gesamte Weststeiermark bis in die Pannonische Tiefebene.
Wer nach diesem Ausblick noch fest im Sattel sitzt, für den geht
es durch den Sallagraben über Köflach, Stampf und Edelschrott
weiter auf die kurvenreiche Bergstraße zur Pack. Direkt auf der
Pack angekommen, laden einige urige Gasthäuser zur Rast ein.
Von dort geht es weiter über Twimberg auf die Obdacher Bundesstraße, welche Sie über den Obdacher Sattel wieder zurück ins
Aichfeld führt – und damit auch wieder zum Ausgangspunkt der
Tour, dem Red Bull Ring.
Tour t2: Gaberl, Pack, Obdacher Saddle
Experience West Styria at its most beautiful. Starting from the
Red Bull Ring, this tour goes through Zeltweg and Möbersdorf on
the Gaberl highway to the popular biker hangout “Gasthaus am
Gaberl”. After a quick snack at the highest point of the Gaberl
Pass, the tour offers you a magnificent panorama of the whole of
West Styria, right up to the Pannonian Basin. Anyone still in their
seats after seeing that view can continue on the winding mountain
roads of the Sallagraben through the towns of Köflach, Stampf and
Edelschrott and on to the “Pack”, where you will be tempted to take
a break by several quaint taverns. From there the tour continues
through Twimberg on the Obdach highway, which leads you over
the Obdach Saddle and back to Aichfeld – and from then on back
to the starting point of the tour, the Red Bull Ring.

Tour t3: Möderbrugg, Schöder, Sölkpass,
Ennstal, Triebener Tauern
Starten Sie vom Red Bull Ring aus auf eine Tour, die jedes Bikerherz höherschlagen lässt. Den Triebener Tauern folgend geht es
über die Anhöhe Gellsee/Lachtal direkt durch das mittelalterliche Ortszentrum von Oberwölz. Anschließend führt Sie die Tour
durch die naturbelassene Gegend am Fuße des Greims weiter auf
die Erzherzog-Johann-Straße – schon vor 3.000 Jahren eine der
wichtigsten Gebirgsübergänge zwischen Enns- und Murtal. Die
Sölkpass-Straße mit ihren faszinierenden Kurven im Einklang mit
der prachtvollen Bergkulisse zu erleben – ein Muss für jeden Biker. Von dort führt eine abwechslungsreiche Strecke nach Stein an
der Enns. Die Südseite des Ennstales entlang geht es vorbei am
imposanten Grimming mit 2.351 m Höhe und weiter über Lassing
nach Rottenmann. Über die Triebener Passstraße geht es retour ins
Aichfeld und damit zurück zum Ausgangspunkt, dem Red Bull Ring.
Tour t3: Moederbrugg, Schoeder, Soelkpass,
Ennstal, Triebener Tauern
Set off from the Red Bull Ring on a tour which gets every biker’s
heart beating faster. Following the Triebener Tauern Pass, the tour
goes over the Gellsee/Lachtal elevation directly through the medieval village centre of Oberwölz. From there, the tour takes you
through the unspoiled natural environment at the foot of the Greim
mountain and on to Erzherzog Johann Straße – which has been one
of the most important mountain passes between the Ennstal and
Murtal regions for 3000 years. Experiencing the Sölkpass Straße,
with its fascinating curves so in harmony with the splendid mountain backdrop, is a must for every biker. From there a varied route
leads to the village of Stein an der Enns. It carries on along the
south side of the Ennstal, and past the imposing, 2,351 m-high
mountain Grimming, on to Lassing and Rottenmann. Via the Triebener Tauern Pass the tour heads back to Aichfeld and from there
circles on back to its starting point, the Red Bull Ring.

einer Rast an der Anhöhe Gellsee/Lachtal geht es durch das mittelalterliche Oberwölz mitten hinein in die naturbelassene Gegend
am Fuße des Greims. Über den Sölkpass geht es vor der grandiosen Kulisse der steirischen Tauern auf der gut ausgebauten Straße
mit ihren faszinierenden Kurven weiter zur Kapelle an der höchsten
Stelle des Passes. Nach einer Rast treten Sie von hier aus auf einer
abwechslungsreichen Strecke die Reise ins Ennstal an. Über Pruggern und Weißenbach führt Sie die Tour bis nach Schladming und
Ramsau, von wo aus sich Ihnen ein wunderbarer Ausblick auf den
höchsten Berg der Steiermark, den Dachstein, bietet. Von dort aus
geht es auf der Passstraße weiter nach Obertauern. Zurück im Murtal ist ein Besuch der weithin bekannten „Bikerbar“ zum Abschluss
der Tour absolut empfehlenswert.
Tour t4: Schoeder, Soelkpass, upper Ennstal,
Schladming, Obertauern, Tamsweg
Enjoy an unforgettable experience on two wheels: after a break
on the Gellsee/Lachtal elevation, the tour leads through medieval
Oberwölz and right into the thick of the unspoiled natural environment at the foot of the Greim mountain. It continues along the
Sölkpass on the well-made roads with their fascinating curves,
with the backdrop of the Styrian Tauern mountains, to the chapel
on the highest point of the pass. After a rest, you set off on a varied
route towards Ennstal. The tour leads you through Pruggern and
Weißenbach and on to Schladming and Ramsau, where you will get
a wonderful view of the highest mountain in Styria, the Dachstein.
From there it continues along the Passstraße to Obertauern. Back
in Murtal, a visit to the well-known “Bikerbar” to finish off the tour
is highly recommended.

aufzuzeichnen oder zu übertragen. Es ist untersagt, Geräte an den Veranstaltungsort
mitzunehmen, die Ihnen die vorgenannten Tätigkeiten ermöglichen könnten. Persönliche elektrische Geräte (einschließlich Fotoapparate, Handys und andere handgeführte persönliche Kommunikationsgeräte) sind am Veranstaltungsort erlaubt,

Promotionsprospekten, -kampagnen oder –material) in beliebigen, von DORNA gebilligten Medien weltweit durch DORNA (bzw. durch einen von DORNA von Zeit zu Zeit

bevollmächtigten Dritten) zustimmen, soweit ein derartiges Bild ein Bild von Ihnen
enthält, und Sie verzichten in dem Maße auf jegliche und sämtliche Persönlichkeitsund Privatsphärenrechte, als dies für die Genehmigung einer derartigen Verwendung
erforderlich ist.
5. Hiermit bestätigen Sie, dass Motorsport, die Veranstaltung und gewisse Aktivitäten, die mit ihr in Zusammenhang stehen (einschließlich – und ohne Beschränkung
– Rahmenveranstaltungen) gefährlich sind. Für Verluste oder Schäden, die Ihnen oder
an Ihrem Eigentum aufgrund welcher Ursache auch immer entstehen, ist eine Haftung
seitens der Projekt Spielberg GmbH & Co KG, der Bewilligungsorgane, der Fédération
Internationale de Motocyclisme, der DORNA, der IRTA und deren Konzernfirmen, seitens der an der Organisation der Veranstaltung beteiligten Personen (einschließlich
Funktionäre, Streckenposten, Rettungs- und medizinisches Personal), seitens der
Wettkämpfer und Rennfahrer (wobei diese Parteien, wo dies von Belang ist, sämtliche Leiter, Angestellten, Mitarbeiter, Erfüllungsgehilfen, Auftragnehmer und verbundenen Unternehmen mit einschließen) im maximalen, nach österreichischen Recht
zulässigen Ausmaß ausgeschlossen (es sei aber hinzugefügt, dass keine Aussage in
diesen Bedingungen (i) die Haftung für Tod oder körperliche Verletzung als Folge von
Nachlässigkeit seitens einer beliebigen oberhalb genannten Partei oder (ii) die Haftung für Schäden, die betrügerisch oder mittels einer betrügerischen Fehldarstellung
seitens einer beliebigen oberhalb genannten Partei verursacht wurden, einschränkt
oder ausschließt).
6. Es ist untersagt, ohne vorheriges schriftliches Einverständnis der DORNA den
Namen der Veranstaltung oder Teile davon (einschließlich Abkürzungen oder Übersetzungen) oder irgendein Logo bzw. grafisches Element, das zu der Veranstaltung
gehört oder damit in Verbindung steht, zu kommerziellen Zwecken nutzen.
7. Der Besucher des Veranstaltungsareals unterwirft sich mit dem Erhalt der Eintrittskarte der Betriebsordnung.
8. Den Anweisungen der Sicherheitskräfte und des Ordnerdienstes sowie der Exekutive ist stets Folge zu leisten.
9. Der Zutritt bzw. Aufenthalt im Veranstaltungsgelände ist ausnahmslos zu den vom
Veranstalter vorgegebenen Zeiten erlaubt. Das Übernachten oder Campen im Veranstaltungsgelände ist nicht erlaubt.
10. Bleiben Sie auf den vorgezeichneten Wegen. Der Aufenthalt auf den Stiegen und
Fluchtwegen, das Übersteigen und Sitzen auf den Umzäunungen bzw. Barrieren ist
verboten. Das Mitführen von Fahrzeugen und Ähnlichem ist verboten.
11. Motorsportveranstaltungen sind laut. Sie sind angehalten, während der Veranstaltung einen Gehörschutz zu tragen, um das Risiko von Gehörschäden zu mindern.
Der Veranstalter übernimmt diesbezüglich keine Haftung. Es wird empfohlen, Kinder
unter sechs Jahren nicht zur Veranstaltung mitzunehmen.
12. Die Mitnahme von kaltem Essen (Snacks) ausschließlich zum persönlich Gebrauch ist erlaubt. Griller, Kocher und andere Geräte zum Zubereiten von Speisen
sind nicht erlaubt.
13. Das Einbringen von Feuerwerkskörpern, bengalischen Feuern, Brandsätzen, Stöcken, Stangen, Sonnenschirmen, Flaschen, Steinen, Stich-, Schneid- und Hiebgegenständen sowie Waffen aller Art ist verboten. Sicherheitsorgane und Ordner sind
berechtigt, bei Zutritt auf das Veranstaltungsgelände durch Sichtkontrolle in die mitgeführten Behältnisse oder Kleidungsstücke solche Gegenstände abzunehmen.
14. Personen, die augenscheinlich unter Alkohol- oder Drogeneinfluss stehen, wird
der Zutritt auf das Veranstaltungsareal nicht gestattet bzw. können vom Gelände verwiesen werden und haben keinen Anspruch auf Rückerstattung des Eintrittspreises.
15. Personen, welche die Betriebsordnung des Eigentümers nicht einhalten oder sich
durch Störungen auffällig benehmen, können jederzeit dem Veranstaltungsgelände
verwiesen werden.
16. Den Besuchern wird zur Kenntnis gebracht, dass das Veranstaltungsgelände mittels Videoaufnahmen überwacht wird.
17. Das Aufstellen und Anbringen von Plakaten im gesamten Areal, auch am Vorplatz,
ist nur nach ausdrücklicher schriftlicher Genehmigung des Eigentümers bzw. Veranstalters möglich.

18. Das Verteilen von Werbemitteln ist untersagt.
19. Offizielle Merchandising Artikel werden innerhalb des Veranstaltungsgeländes
verkauft. Es ist nicht gestattet, Waren von nicht offiziellen Händlern zu kaufen. Des
Weiteren dürfen keinerlei Waren entgeltlich oder kostenlos innerhalb des Veranstaltungsgeländes oder auf den Parkplätzen vertrieben werden.
20. Aus Sicherheitsgründen kann es sein, dass Ihnen der Zutritt zum Veranstaltungsort verwehrt wird bzw. dass Sie des Veranstaltungsorts verwiesen werden, dass Sie
von Mitarbeitern des Veranstalters durchsucht werden und/oder dass Sie von Überwachungskameras gefilmt werden.
21. Tiere sowie Gegenstände, die eine Gefährdung der öffentlichen Sicherheit darstellen, dürfen nicht mitgeführt werden. (Ausnahme: Blindenhunde)
22. LISTE DER VERBOTENEN GEGENSTÄNDE
Den Zuschauern ist die Mitnahme von Gegenständen aller Art, die geworfen oder geschossen werden können oder mit denen auf andere Art und Weise die Ruhe, Ordnung
und Sicherheit am Veranstaltungsgelände gestört oder gefährdet werden könnte, verboten. Dies betrifft insbesondere, aber nicht ausschließlich, die im Folgenden angeführten Gegenstände:
a) Professionelle Fernseh- oder Videokameras sowie Geräte zum professionellen Tonmitschnitt
b) Getränkebehältnisse aller Art (ausgenommen unzerbrechliche Plastikflaschen und
handelsübliche Dosen)
c) Waffen jeder Art und Gegenstände mit waffenähnlicher Wirkung, wie Messer, Dartpfeile usw.
d) Sachen und Gegenstände, die als Waffen oder Wurfgeschoße Verwendung finden
können, insbesondere Metallgegenstände wie abnehmbare Ketten, Eisenstangen und
Eisenstücke
e) Laserpointer aller Art
f) Pyrotechnische Artikel aller Art
g) Sonnenschirme
h) Gashupen und Tröten aller Art
i) Drogen und Stimulanzen
j) Rassistisches, fremdenfeindliches, rechtsradikales, nationalsozialistisches, sexistisches oder politisches Propagandamaterial
k) Jegliche werbende, kommerzielle Gegenstände, einschließlich Transparente, Fahnen, Schilder, Symbole, Flugblätter und Ähnliches; Objekte und Materialien aller Art
l) Gassprühdosen, ätzende, brennbare, färbende Substanzen oder Gefäße mit Substanzen, die die Gesundheit beeinträchtigen können oder leicht entzündbar sind
m) Sperrige Gegenstände wie Baugerüste, Leitern, Fahrräder, Skateboards, Tische
n) Für den Tribünenzutritt sind sperrige, große Taschen, große Rucksäcke, Reisekoffer,
Sporttaschen untersagt. Als sperrig im Sinne dieser Bestimmung gelten alle Gepäckstücke, die nicht im Bereich des Ticketplatzes verstaubar sind
o) Sturmhauben
23. LISTE DER ERLAUBTEN GEGENSTÄNDE
a) Handies/Mobiltelefone
b) Fotoapparate, Film- und Videokameras mit Batterien zum privaten Gebrauch und
NICHT für kommerzielle Zwecke (z.B. KEINE fernsehtauglichen Videokameras)
c) Blindenstöcke, Gehbehelfe
d) Schlüsselanhänger, Geldbörsenketten
e) Medikamente (bei Krankheitsnachweis auch Spritzen und Glasbehälter)
f) Fahnenstangen bis 1,3 m und weniger als 2 cm Durchmesser
g) Handelsübliche Taschenfeuerzeuge
h) Ferngläser
i) Plastikflaschen und Getränkedosen (in Mengen, die für den persönlichen Gebrauch
üblich sind)
24. WICHTIGER HINWEIS
Wird bei der Zutritts-Kontrolle das Mitführen von Leuchtstiften, Raketen und/oder
Knallkörper der Klasse II mit über 100 dB (z.B. Supercobra 1-5, Donnerschläge etc.)
oder Knallkörpern der Klassen III und IV festgestellt, wird diesen Personen sofort der
Zutritt auf das Areal verwehrt.
25. Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen unterliegen österreichischem Recht
unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts sowie der Verweisungsnormen des österreichischen internationalen Privatrechts.

TERMS & CONDITIONS –
MotoGP™
It is a condition of public admission to the event MotoGP ™ 2016 (“Event”) that all
ticketholders comply with the following rules:
1. The ticket is purchased for the Event. The date of the Event and/or the support
program may be subject to change without refund of monies or exchange of ticket. No
refunds or exchanges are available in respect of tickets unless the Event is cancelled.
No booking charge will be refunded if the Event is cancelled. No tickets are transferable
to other events. Tickets to the Event are strictly nontransferable and not for resale. No
ticket for the Event shall be sold or offered for sale for any form of fee or reward without
the prior written consent of the Promoter first being obtained and without complying
with these terms and conditions in all respects. No ticket for the Event shall be used
by any person for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes including without
limitation, prizes, competitions, contests, sweepstakes or packaged with hospitality
or other products without the prior written consent of the Promoter and Dorna Sports
S.L. (“DORNA”) first being obtained. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission
to (or eject from) the Venue to any person (a) not complying with these terms and
conditions or (b) who is in possession of a ticket which has been sold or used other than
in compliance with these terms and conditions.
2. For good and valuable consideration, which receipt is acknowledged, the ticket
holder grants DORNA and the Circuit and their designees the right to use his/her image
and/or likeness in any live or recorded display or other transmission or reproduction
of the event, including without limitation his/her rights to publicity and/or commercial
exploitation.
3. You must not make, create, store, record or transmit any kind of sound recording, visual
footage or audio-visual footage (Recording), or store, record or transmit any information
or other data, including official timing results, performance, telemetry, weather or race
control data (Data) of, at, or in relation to the Event. It is forbidden to take into the Venue
any equipment that may enable you to do the aforementioned acts. Personal electronic
devices (Including still image cameras, mobile telephones and other handheld personal
communications devices) are permitted within the Venue unless otherwise advised,
provided that any Recording, Data and any Image, including photographic Images and
any still pictures derived or capable of being derived from a Recording (Image) of the
Event that is recorded, stored and/or created thereon is used for personal, private and
non-commercial purposes only.
4. As a condition of entry to the Venue you agree that (a) the use of any such Recording,
Data or Image for any form of public advertisement display, commercial gain or for any
other purpose (except for your private enjoyment) without the prior written consent of
DORNA is strictly forbidden and will constitute a breach of these terms and conditions
for which you may be liable; and (b) on request by the Promoter or DORNA, you shall
assign to DORNA in writing the copyright and all other intellectual property in any Image
or Recording that you create, make, store or record of, at or in relation to the Event; and
(c) you consent to the use by DORNA (and by any third party authorized by DORNA from
time to time) for the purposes of or in connection with any publication, exhibition or
broadcast (including any advertising or promotional literature, campaign or material)
in any media worldwide and approved by DORNA at any still or moving picture images
taken at the Event where such Image includes any image of you and you waive any and all
of your personality and privacy rights to the extent necessary to permit such use.
5. You hereby acknowledge that motor racing the Event and certain activities associated
therewith (including without limitation, support events) are dangerous. The Promoter,
sanctioning bodies, Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme, DORNA, IRTA and its
affiliates, persons involved in the organization of the Event (including officials, marshals,
rescue and medical staff ), the competitors and drivers (such parties to include where
relevant all directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and affiliated companies),
are not responsible for any loss or damage howsoever caused to you or your property to
the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law (save that nothing in these conditions
limits or excludes (i) liability for death or personal injury arising out of the negligence
of any at the above mentioned parties, or (ii) any damage incurred by way of fraud or
fraudulent misrepresentation by any of the above mentioned parties).

6. It’s forbidden to use the name of the Event or part thereof (nor any abbreviation or
foreign language version thereof) nor any logo or graphic device of or relating to the
Event for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of DORNA.
7. At accepting the ticket, the visitor of the venue submits to the site rules.
8. Instructions of security staff and stewarding staff and the executive authorities must
be complied with at all times.
9. Access to and staying in the venue is allowed only at the times defined by the organizer
without any exception. Staying overnight or camping in the venue is not allowed.
10. Please keep to the marked paths. Standing on the stairs and emergency escape
routes, climbing over and sitting on enclosures and barriers is prohibited. Taking along
vehicles and similar is prohibited.
11. Motor sport events are loud. We urge you to wear ear protectors to minimize the
risk of hearing damage. The organizer does not accept any liability in this regard. It is
recommended not to bring children below the age of six to the event.
12. Bringing along cold food (snacks), exclusively for your own personal use, is allowed.
Grills, cookers and other devices for preparing food are not allowed.
13. Bringing along fireworks, Bengal lights, incendiary compositions, sticks, poles,
parasols, bottles, rocks, objects that may be used as cut and thrust weapons and
weapons of any kind is prohibited. Security staff and stewards are entitled to take away
any such items at entry to the venue by inspecting containers you brought along or
clothes.
14. Persons obviously under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to enter
the venue or can be removed from the premises and are not entitled to the ticket price
being reimbursed.
15. Persons not complying with the owner’s site rules or acting suspicious by creating a
disturbance can be removed from the venue at any time.
j)Racist, xenophobic, right-wing extremist, Nazi, sexist or political propaganda
materials
k) Any and all promotional, commercial items, including banners, flags, signs,
symbols, flyers and similar, objects and materials of any kind
l) Gas spray cans, caustic, inflammable, coloring substances or substances that are
threatening a person’s health or are highly flammable
m) Bulky objects such as scaffolding, ladders, bicycles, skateboards, tables
n) For access to the stands, bulky big bags, big backpacks, suitcases, sports bags
are prohibited. Pursuant to this provision, all baggage is deemed bulky that could
not be stowed away in the area of the purchased seat
o) Balaclava helmets
23. LIST OF ALLOWED OBJECTS
a) cell phones/mobile phones
b) Cameras, film and video cameras with batteries for private use and NOT for commercial
use (e.g. NO video cameras suitable for TV)
c) White canes, walking aids
d) Key ring pendants, wallet chains
e) Medications (if proof of illness is provided, also including syringes and glass
containers)
f) Flagpoles of up to 1.3m and less than 2cm diameter
g) Customary pocket lighters
h) Binoculars
i) Plastic bottles and cans (in amounts which are conventional for personal use)
24. IMPORTANT NOTE
If light guns, rockets and/or firecrackers class II with more than 100 dB (e.g. “Supercobra
1-5”, “Donnerschlag”, etc.) or firecrackers class III and IV are found at access control,
the persons bringing along such items are immediately prohibited from entering the
premises.
25. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Austrian law excluding the UN
Sales Convention and the referral rules of Austrian private international law.
16. The visitors are made aware that the venue is monitored by CCTV.
17. Setting up and hanging up posters in the whole area including the courtyard is only
possible upon express written approval by the owner or organizer.
18. Distributing promotional material is forbidden.
19. Official merchandising items are sold within the venue. It is not allowed to buy goods
from unofficial merchants. Furthermore, no goods of any kind may be distributed against
payment or free of charge within the venue or in the parking lots.
20. For security measures, you may be refused admission to/removed from the Venue/
searched by officials/ filmed by CCTV.
21. Animals/articles that compromise public safety are not permitted. (Exception: Guide
dogs)
22. LIST OF PROHIBITED ITEMS
The audience is prohibited from bringing along objects of any kind that may be thrown
or fired or which may be used to disturb or threaten the peace, order and security in the
venue in any other way. This includes but is not limited to the items of the following list:
a) Professional TV or video cameras and devices for professional audio recordings
b) Drink containers of any kind (except for unbreakable plastic bottles and customary
cans)
c) Weapons of any kind and objects that have a weapon-like effect, such as knives,
darts, etc.
d) Objects and items that could be used as weapons or projectiles, including metal
objects such as removable chains, iron bars and iron pieces
e) Laser pointers of any kind
f ) Pyrotechnical items of any kind
g) Parasols
h) Gas-operated horns and other horns of any kind
i) Drugs and stimulants
