TICKET INFORMATION
• Ein Wochenendticket (gültig für die Tage Freitag, Samstag
und Sonntag) ermöglicht Ihnen den Zugang zum Veranstaltungsgelände während des gesamten Rennwochenendes
sowie zum Public Pit Lane Walk am Donnerstag.
• 1-Tages-Tickets (Freitag, Samstag oder Sonntag) ermöglichen Ihnen den Zugang zum Veranstaltungsgelände
am jeweiligen Veranstaltungstag. Nicht inkludiert ist bei
1-Tages-Tickets hingegen der Zutritt zum Public Pit Lane
Walk am Donnerstag.
• Mit Wochenend- und 1-Tages-Tickets sowie VIP-, Family &
Corner Tickets haben Sie Zutritt zu den Konzerten am
jeweiligen Tag unter Berücksichtigung der verfügbaren Kapazitäten. Weitere Informationen finden Sie unter www.projekt-spielberg.com sowie über die Projekt
Spielberg App.
• Bei Verlust oder Beschädigung Ihres Tickets wenden Sie
sich bitte an einen der Info-Points.
• Die Videoscreens sind von jedem Tribünenplatz aus gut
sichtbar.
• With a weekend ticket (valid for Friday, Saturday and Sunday),
you will have access to the event site throughout the race
weekend, as well as the Public Pit Lane Walk on Thursday.
• With a 1 day ticket (either for Friday, Saturday or Sunday),
you will have access to the event site on one specific day.
However, access to Thursday's Public Pit Lane Walk is not
included in a 1 day ticket.
• With a weekend, 1 day, VIP, Family or Corner ticket, you will
also have access to the concerts on the relevant day, provided there is sufficient capacity. Further information can be

• If you lose or damage your ticket please refer to one of the
Info-Points.
• All grandstand seats offer good views of the video screens.

Zum Ring in Spielberg gelangen Sie über die S36 Murtal
Schnellstraße mit Abfahrtsmöglichkeiten in Knittelfeld- West,
Zeltweg-Ost oder Zeltweg-West. Bitte orientieren Sie sich auf
der S36 sowie entlang der Landstraßen am Verkehrsleitsystem
vor Ort. Sollte es die vorherrschende Verkehrssituation nicht
zulassen, dass Sie die genannten Abfahrten nehmen, so folgen
Sie bitte den Anweisungen der Exekutive. Abhängig von Ihrer
Ticketfarbe werden Sie so zu den nächstgelegenen Parkplätzen
geleitet. Bitte merken Sie sich Ihre Parkplatznummer, die an
der jeweiligen Parkplatzeinfahrt ausgewiesen ist.
TIPP: Der frühe Vogel fängt den Wurm: Bitte beachten Sie, dass
bei der Anreise mit erhöhter Verkehrsbelastung zu rechnen ist.
Wir empfehlen daher, so früh wie möglich anzureisen.
Use the S36 Murtal Schnellstraße motorway and take
either of the Knittelfeld-West, the Zeltweg-Ost or the
Zeltweg-West exits for the track in Spielberg. Please follow the local traffic control system on the S36 and along
the country roads. Should the traffic conditions make it
impossible for you to take one of the listed exits, please
follow the instructions given to you by the authorities.
Depending on your ticket colour, you will be directed to
the nearest parking area. Please note the number of your
allocated parking area.
HINT: The early bird catches the worm: please note that
you should expect extremely high traffic volumes when
you arrive. We therefore recommend trying to arrive as
early as possible.

Nimm’s Radl – weniger Stau, schneller am Ziel!
Über St. Lorenzen und Judenburg gelangen Sie zu den beiden
Park & Bike-Parkplätzen beim G’Schlössl Murtal in Großlobming
und in Weißkirchen. Parken Sie Ihr Auto und radeln Sie bequem
mit Ihrem mitgenommenen Fahrrad über gekennzeichnete Radwege direkt zum Veranstaltungsgelände. Für Ihre Fahrräder
stehen unmittelbar neben dem Konzertgelände Stellplätze zur
Verfügung. Beachten Sie bitte, dass für diese keine Haftung
übernommen wird!
Take your bike - walk less and leave traffic jams behind!
You can get to the two park & bike parking areas in Weißkirchen and at the G‘Schlössl Murtal in Großlobming via Judenburg
and St. Lorenzen. Park your car and use the bicycle you brought
along with you. Follow the signposted bicycle paths to ride directly to the event site in comfort. Bicycle parking is available
directly adjacent to the concert area. Please note that we do not
assume any liability for these spaces.

Spielberg heliport is located a short distance from the track.
Wucher Helicopter offers both the coordination for helicopter flights and airport or hotel transfer during the entire Grand
Prix weekend. Please note that helicopter landings must be
announced in advance. An exterior landing and take-off area in
Graz-Weinzödl 1 can be used for direct helicopter flights from

Rollstuhlfahrer mit Tickets auf der Start-Ziel-Tribüne erhalten
Parkberechtigungen, die ihnen die Zufahrt bis zum Ring ermöglichen. Direkt beim Rollstuhl-Parkplatz befindet sich ein zusätzlicher Info-Point, bei dem Ihnen speziell geschulte Mitarbeiter
gerne bei Ihren Anliegen behilflich sind.
Wheelchair users who have purchased a ticket for the start-finish
grandstand are granted special parking privileges allowing them
to drive right up to the track. An additional Info-Point whose specially trained employees will help you with all your requests and
located directly in the parking area for wheelchair users.
Die Tribüne ist mit einer Rollstuhlrampe sowie mit Toiletten auf
gleicher Ebene wie die Tribünenplätze ausgestattet.
The grandstand is equipped with a wheelchair ramp as well as
toilets on the same level as the grandstand seats.
Für all jene Personen, die ein Handicap-Ticket auf einer Tribüne

kommentiert. Auf der Radio-Frequenz 101,2 Megahertz
(MHz) wird die Audiodeskription übertragen, der Platzsprecher auf Frequenz 97,2 MHz. Alle Trainings und
Rennen werden live kommentiert, zu empfangen ist
das Programm im gesamten Bereich der Haupttribüne
und darüber hinaus.

are described by experienced moderators. The audio
description is broadcast on the radio frequency 101.2

LEGENDS PARADE
Die Legends Parade ist auch 2016 ein Highlight im Rahmenprogramm des FORMULA 1 GROSSER PREIS VON ÖSTERREICH.
Das Wiedersehen mit internationalen Rennfahrer-Legenden in
den Rennautos ihrer Zeit sorgt jedes Jahr für große Emotionen am
Red Bull Ring. Bei der dritten Auflage brettern nicht weniger als 14
Motorsport-Idole mit Geschoßen der BMW Procar Serie über die
Rennstrecke im Herzen der Steiermark. Legenden wie Niki Lauda, Gerhard Berger, Hans-Joachim „Strietzel“ Stuck oder Jochen
Mass rufen Motorsport-Geschichte aus den Jahren 1979 und
1980 in Erinnerung. Damals bestritten jeweils die fünf trainingsschnellsten Formel-1-Piloten mit Tourenwagen-Spezialisten und
hochkarätigen Privatiers eine eigene Meisterschaft – eine höchst
interessante Mischung, die zu unvergesslichen Rennen und grandioser Show führte. 1979 holte sich der österreichische Motorsport-Held Niki Lauda den Titel vor Hans-Joachim Stuck, 1980
dominierte Nelson Piquet die BMW Procar Serie.
The Legends Parade is also a 2016 highlight in the accompanying
programme of the FORMULA 1 GROSSER PREIS VON ÖSTERREICH.
Seeing international F1 legends once more in the cars from their
heydays always evokes intense emotions at the Red Bull Ring. Now
for the third time, no fewer than 14 motorsport idols will speed
around the race track in the heart of Styria in the BMW Procar Series. Legends such as Niki Lauda, Gerhard Berger, Hans-Joachim
"Strietzel" Stuck or Jochen Mass bring back memories of motorsport
history from 1979 to 1980. Back then, these five fastest-in-practice Formula 1 drivers competed for a separate championship with
touring-car specialists and high calibre sportsmen – this made for a
very interesting mix that inevitably led to unforgettable racing and a
great show. In 1979, the Austrian motorsport hero Niki Lauda beat
Hans-Joachim Stuck for the title, and in 1980 Nelson Piquet won the
BMW Procar Series.
Jochen Mass (GER)
Vom Tourenwagensport über die Formel 1 zu Langstreckenrennen spannt
sich der Karrierebogen von Jochen Mass. Der gelernte Seemann debütierte
1973 in der Königsklasse beim GP von Großbritannien, 1975 siegte er bei
einem dramatischen GP von Spanien. Mit 71 Weltmeisterschaftspunkten
aus 105 GPs war er bis zur Ära Michael Schumacher neben Wolfgang von
Trips der erfolgreichste deutsche Formel-1-Pilot.
Jochen Mass' career spans touring car racing, Formula 1 and endurance
racing. The trained sailor made his debut in 1973 in the elite class at the
Great British Grand Prix, and in 1975 he triumphed at the dramatic Spanish
Grand Prix. With 71 world championship points from 105 Grand Prix, until
the Michael Schumacher era he was the most successful Formula 1 driver
after Wolfgang von Trips.

Niki Lauda (AUT)
1968 fuhr Niki Lauda sein erstes Rennen (Bergrennen Bad Mühllacken)
in einem Mini Cooper S 1300, 1985 beendete er seine Karriere als dreifacher Formel-1-Weltmeister. Und das trotz seines schweren Unfalls 1976
am Nürburgring. Der damals 27-Jährige ging nur 42 Tage später beim
GP von Italien wieder an den Start, die rote Kappe ist seither sein Markenzeichen. In Spielberg begann Niki Lauda seine F1-Karriere beim GP
von Österreich 1971. Später gewann er hier einmal (1984), einmal war
er Zweiter (1977) und drei Mal startete er in Poleposition (1974, 1975,
1977). 1984 konnte er auf heimischem Boden die schnellste Runde für
sich verbuchen. Die Zusammenfassung seiner Karriere: 1.590 Führungsrunden, 54 Podestplätze und 171 Starts.
Niki Lauda's first race (Bad Mühllacken mountain race) was in 1968 in a
Mini Cooper S 1300, and by 1985 he had ended his career as three-time
Formula 1 world champion. And this was despite his serious accident at
the Nürburgring in 1976. Only 42 days later, the then 27 year old was on
the grid again at the Italian Grand Prix, and ever since then his red cap has
been his trademark. In Spielberg, Niki Lauda began his F1 career at the
Austrian Grand Prix in 1971. Later, he won here once (in 1984), came second once (in 1977) and started in pole position three times (in 1974, 1975
and 1977). In 1984, he was able to complete his fastest lap on home soil.
A summary of his career: 1590 laps, 54 podium places and 171 starts.
Gerhard Berger (AUT)
Als Sohn eines Speditionsunternehmers wurde Gerhard Berger das
Interesse für Motoren und Autos in die Wiege gelegt. Schon als Mechaniker-Lehrling wollte er nur eines: Rennfahrer werden. 1978 fuhr
er dann auf dem damaligen Österreichring in Spielberg mit einem Ford
Escort Gruppe 5 sein erstes Rennen. Zwischen 1984 und 1997 startete
er in der Formel 1 bei 210 Rennen. Und gewann für Benetton, Ferrari
und McLaren zehn Mal. 1986 schaffte Gerhard Berger in Spielberg die
schnellste Rundenzeit.
As the son of a truck driver, an interest in engines and cars was something Gerhard Berger was born with. As a mechanics apprentice, he
wanted just one thing: to become a racing driver. In 1978, he had his
first race on the former Österreichring in Spielberg in a Ford Escort Group
5. Between 1984 and 1997, he started 210 Formula 1 races. And he won
ten times for Benetton, Ferrari and McLaren. In 1986, Gerhard Berger
completed the fastest lap time in Spielberg.

Dieter Quester (AUT)
Seine Karriere begann Dieter Quester 1957 mit Motorbootrennen, 1962
holte er sich den Europameistertitel in der 500-cm³-Rennbootklasse (Außenbordmotor) und wechselte 1965 in den Automobilrennsport. 1974
startete er in Spielberg bei seinem einzigen F1-Rennen und fuhr von
Startposition 25 auf Platz 9. Erfolgreich unterwegs war Dieter Quester
bei Tourenwagen- und Procar-Rennen sowie in verschiedenen US-Rennserien. Auch mit heute 77 Jahren ist Dieter Quester immer noch aktiv im
Rennsport unterwegs und fährt Rennen mit historischen Fahrzeugen.
Dieter Quester began his career in 1957 in motorboat racing, and in 1962
he became European champion in the 500 cm3 racing boat class (outboard motor), and made the change to car racing in 1965. In 1974, he
started his only F1 race, and from a starting position of 25 finished in 9th
place. Along the way, Dieter Quester was successful in touring car racing
and Procar racing, and in various US racing series. Even at 77 years old,
Dieter Quester is still active in racing and races in historical vehicles.
Jos Verstappen (NED)
Der Name Verstappen ist mehreren Generationen von Motorsportfans ein
Begriff, denn Jos ist der Vater von Max Verstappen, dem jüngsten F1-Sieger
aller Zeiten (Spanien-GP 2016). Jos Verstappen (Spitzname „Jos the Boss“)
fuhr zwischen 1994 und 2003 bei 107 Formel-1-GPs mit – in den Niederlanden ist kein Rennfahrer so viele Rennen gefahren wie er. Darüber hinaus
nahm er am 15. Juni 2008 zum ersten Mal am 24-Stunden-Rennen von Le
Mans teil und beendete das Rennen zusammen mit Peter van Merksteijn
und Jeroen Bleekemolen auf dem 10. Gesamtrang und als Klassensieger
der LMP2.
The name Verstappen is familiar to generations of motorsport fans, since
Jos is the father of Max Verstappen, the youngest F1 champion of all time
(Spanish Grand Prix 2016). Jos Verstappen (nicknamed "Jos the Boss")
drove in 107 Formula 1 Grand Prix between 1994 and 2003 – in the Netherlands, no racing driver has driven as many races as him. On 15 June
2008, he also took part in the 24-hour Le Mans race for the first time, and
finished the race in 10th place and as class champion of LMP2 with Peter
van Merksteijn and Jeroen Bleekemolen.
Hans-Joachim „Strietzel“ Stuck (GER)
Aufgewachsen auf dem Nürburgring (sein Vater hielt dort Fahrerlehrgänge ab),
gewann Hans-Joachim Stuck mit nur 19 Jahren das erste 24-Stunden-Rennen
auf seiner Heimstrecke. Zwischen 1974 und 1979 startete „Strietzel“ in der
Formel 1, in den Jahren 1986 und 1987 gewann er das 24-Stunden-Rennen
von Le Mans und wurde 1990 Deutscher Tourenwagen-Meister. Erst 2011 verabschiedete sich der damals 60-Jährige in die Motorsport-Pension.
Brought up around the Nürburgring (his father gave driver training there),
Hans-Joachim Stuck won the first 24-hour race on his home track at just
19 years old. Between 1974 and 1979, "Strietzel" started Formula 1 races,
in 1986 and 1987 he won the 24-hour Le Mans race and was the German
touring car champion in 1990. Only in 2011 did the then 60 year old start
drawing his motorsport pension.
Sepp Manhalter (AUT)
BMW und Sepp Manhalter: Das ist eine Freundschaft fürs Leben. Der
Niederösterreicher wurde 1973 im BMW 2002 österreichischer Tourenwagen-Staatsmeister, 1976 und 1977 in einem BMW 3.0 CSL österreichischer Staatsmeister im Rundstreckensport. Seine Karriere krönte Sepp
Manhalter 1987 als österreichischer Staatsmeister im BMW M1.
BMW and Sepp Manhalter: a friendship for life. Manhalter, from Lower
Austria, was the Austrian touring car state champion in 1973 in the BMW
2002, and in 1976 and 1977 was Austrian state champion in circuit racing in a BMW 3.0 CSL. In 1987, Sepp Manhalter capped off his career by
being named the Austrian state champion in the BMW M1.
Leopold Prinz von Bayern (GER)
In einem privaten Opel Kadett bestritt Leopold Prinz von Bayern 1963 sein
erstes Rennen und seitdem fuhr er mehr als 120 Siege ein. Sein Repertoire
reicht von Bergrennen bis zur Formel Super V. Berühmt wurde er nicht nur
als Rennfahrer, sondern auch als Mitglied des „Trio Infernale“: Gemeinsam mit „Strietzel“ Stuck und Dieter Quester war das Trio bekannt für seine „Streiche“ in anderen Fahrerlagern. Heute ist Leopold Markenbotschafter von BMW und hat mit „Poldi“ ein eigenes Modelabel.
In his own Opel Kadett, Prince Leopold of Bavaria drove his first race in
1963, and from then on had over 120 victories. His repertoire stretched
from mountain racing to Formula Super V. He wasn't only famous as a
racing driver, but also as a member of the "Trio Infernale": together with
"Strietzel" Stuck and Dieter Quester, the Trio was known for its "hijinks"
in other drivers' paddocks. Today, Leopold is a brand ambassador for
BMW, and has his own fashion label with "Poldi".

Christian Danner (GER)
Christian Danner startete in den 1980er-Jahren bei 36 Rennen in der Formel-1-Weltmeisterschaft, wechselte in den 90ern in die DTM und die US
IndyCar World Series und ist heute F1-Kommentator eines Fernsehsenders. Er wurde der erste deutsche Fahrer der Geschichte, der sowohl in der
Formel 1 als auch bei den IndyCars Meisterschaftspunkte erringen konnte.
In the 1980s, Christian Danner started in 36 races in the Formula 1 world
championship, and in the 1990s moved into DTM and the US IndyCar
World Series, and he is an F1 commentator on german television. Incidentally, his father Max was an accident researcher. He was the first German
driver in history who was able to gain championship points both in Formula 1 and in the IndyCars Series.
Marc Surer (CH)
Der gelernte Schlosser Marc Surer blickt auf eine lange Rennsport-Karriere zurück: 1972 und 1973 wurde er Schweizer Kartmeister, in den
Jahren danach war er erfolgreich in den verschiedenen europäischen
Formel- und Tourenwagen-Rennserien und von 1979 bis 1986 auch in
der Formel 1 unterwegs. Heute ist die F1-Berichterstattung im deutschen Fernsehen die Hauptbeschäftigung des Schweizers.
The trained locksmith, Marc Surer, can look back on a long racing career: in
1972 and 1973 he was the Swiss karting champion, and in the years following this he found great success in the various European formula and touring car racing series, and he participated in Formula 1 from 1979 to 1986.
Today, Surer's main occupation is as an F1 reporter on german television.
Jan Lammers (NED)
23 Formel-1-Rennen, ein Sieg beim 24-Stunden-Rennen von Le Mans und
ein Sieg beim 24-Stunden-Rennen von Daytona gehen auf das Konto von
Jan Lammers. 1999 gründete er mit „Racing for Holland“ seinen eigenen
Rennstall und seit 2005 ist er auch Besitzer des holländischen A1-Teams.
Jan Lammers has been in an impressive 23 Formula 1 races, and won
both the 24-hour Le Mans race and the 24-hour Daytona race. In 1999 he
founded his own racing team with "Racing for Holland" and since 2005
he has also been the owner of the Dutch A1 team.

Johnny Cecotto (VEN)
Auf zwei Rädern begann 1972 die Motorsport-Karriere des Venezolaners
Johnny Cecotto und auf vier Rädern beendete er sie 2003. Er war Formel-750-Weltmeister, gewann einmal die Motorrad-Weltmeisterschaft in
der 350er-Klasse und mehrere Tourenwagentitel. In der Formel 1 war er in
den Jahren 1983 und 1984 unterwegs. Ihm zu Ehren baute BMW die mit
505 Stück limitierte Sonderedition des E30, den „M3 Cecotto“ mit 215 PS.
The motorsport career of Venezuelan Johnny Cecotto began on two
wheels in 1972, and ended on four in 2003. He was the 750 Formula
world champion, he won the motorbike world championship in the 350
class, and won several touring car titles. He participated in Formula 1 in
1983 and 1984. In his honour, BMW built the special edition of the E30,
the "M3 Cecotto" with 215 HP, of which only 505 were made.
Harald Grohs (GER)
Weder der Kart- noch der Formelsport waren der Einstieg für den 1944 in
Essen geborenen Deutschen – der Zufall führte Harald Grohs zu einem
Porsche 911 T. In seiner Debütsaison 1973 gewann Grohs zur Überraschung vieler Insider mehrere Rennen und bekam dadurch die Chance,
mit einem BMW CSL zwei Rennen zu fahren – bei beiden Rennen ging er
als Sieger über die Ziellinie. 1984 gewann Grohs das erste Rennen in der
neu gegründeten Deutschen Tourenwagen-Meisterschaft.
It wasn't karting or formula racing that got the German born in Essen
in 1944 involved – chance led Harald Grohs to a Porsche 911 T. In his
debut season in 1973, Grohs won several races, to the surprise of many
insiders, and so got the chance to drive two races in a BMW CSL – at the
end of both, he crossed the finish line as the winner. In 1984, Grohs won
the first race in the newly founded German Touring Car Championship.
Markus Hotz (CH)
Bereits in den späten 1960er-Jahren war Markus Hotz erfolgreich als Rennwagen-Konstrukteur tätig. Insgesamt hat Hotz 46 Rennfahrzeuge gebaut:
sechs Formel V, 33 Super V, einen Formel 2 und sechs Can-Am-Fahrzeuge.
Zudem bewies Hotz auch fahrerisches Talent: In den Jahren 1976, 1980 und
1982 gewann er drei Mal den ADAC-Bergrekord Freiburg-Schauinsland.
In the late 1960s, Markus Hotz was already successfully working as a
racing car engineer. In total, Hotz built 46 racing cars: six Formula V, 33
Super V, one Formula 2 and six Can-Am cars. But Hotz also showed a
talent for driving: In 1976, 1980 and 1982, he won the ADAC hillclimb
record race at Freiburg-Schauinsland three times.

Holders of a weekend ticket are granted access to the Public Pit
Lane Walk on Thursday, 30 June 2016. This event allows you
to watch the teams make their final preparations to get their
cars ready for the race weekend – a unique way to experience
Formula 1 up close!
• Der Public Pit Lane Walk führt von der Start-Ziel-Tribüne über
die Boxengasse in das F1 Village.
• Sie werden von der Start-Ziel-Tribüne sektorenweise zum
Boxengassenbesuch aufgerufen. Wir bitten Sie daher, sich
zeitgerecht dort einzufinden. Bitte beachten Sie unbedingt
die laufenden Durchsagen des Platzsprechers.
• Um unnötiges Gedränge während eventueller Wartezeiten zu
vermeiden, können Sie bequem auf Ihrem Sitzplatz verweilen
und von der Start-Ziel-Tribüne aus einen uneingeschränkten
Blick auf die Boxengasse genießen.
• Speisen und Getränke können sowohl auf der Start-Ziel-Tribüne als auch im F1 Village erworben werden.
• In der Boxengasse selbst sind außer Wasser keine Speisen
und Getränke erlaubt.
• Aufgrund der Nähe zu leicht entzündlichen Flüssigkeiten und
Treibstoffen ist das Rauchen in der Boxengasse strengstens
untersagt.

grandstand through the pit lane to the F1 Village.
• From the start-finish grandstand, you will be called sector
by sector to begin your visit to the pit lane. We therefore
ask you to be there on time. Please listen to the on-going
loudspeaker announcements.
• In the event of waiting times, you can remain in the comfort
of your seat in the grandstand. This will avoid unnecessary
crowding and from there you can enjoy an unrestricted view of
the pit lane.
• You can purchase food and drink both on the start-finish
grandstand and in the F1 Village.
• However, no food or drink, except water, are allowed in the
pit lane itself.
• Because of your proximity to highly flammable liquids and
fuels, smoking is strictly prohibited in the pit lane.

We want you to be able to enjoy the Pit Lane Walk in a relaxed atmosphere
but, since only a restricted number of visitors are permitted in the pit lane
at any one time, there may be some waiting periods. We would ask you to
please assist children and the infirm, and recommend that you arrive at the

certainly kept the crowds happy by performing more than 100 concerts. But
if you thought they were finally about to lose their mojo, you'd be way off the

GROSSER PREIS VON ÖSTERREICH 2016 die Königsklasse des
Motorsports für das heißeste Rennwochenende des Jahres
sorgt, treten bei der Fußball EM 2016 in Frankreich die besten Kicker des Kontinents gegen den Ball. Die ÖFB-Männer
sind dabei mittendrin und Sie beim großen Public Viewing am
Red Bull Ring live dabei! Als (Motor-)Sportfan verpassen Sie
in Spielberg also nichts. Beim Public Viewing gibt's von Donnerstag bis Samstag drei Viertelfinalspiele zu sehen. Anpfiff
ist jeweils um 21.00 Uhr. Am Freitag und Samstag direkt im
Anschluss an die Hitradio Ö3 Konzerte.

2016 at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg will host the hottest
racing-weekend of the year, the best European football-teams
will go at it at the European Championship. At the big public
viewing you can make sure not to miss any of the action from
France in the evenings while you'll be thrilled by motorsports
in Spielberg during the day. At the public viewing all three of
the quarterfinals happening during the racing-weekend will be
shown on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Kick-off for all the

(in weiterer Folge als „die Daten“ bezeichnet) mit ein – zu speichern, aufzuzeichnen oder
zu übertragen. Es ist untersagt, Geräte an den Veranstaltungsort mitzunehmen, die Ihnen die vorgenannten Tätigkeiten ermöglichen könnten. Persönliche elektrische Geräte
(einschließlich Fotoapparate, Handys und andere handgeführte persönliche Kommunikationsgeräte) sind am Veranstaltungsort erlaubt, sofern nicht Gegenteiliges angewiesen wird, allerdings unter der Voraussetzung, dass alle Aufnahmen, Daten und anderen
Bilder – einschließlich photographischer Bilder und Standbilder, die aus einer auf diesen
aufgezeichneten, mit diesen gespeichertem und/oder mit diesen erstellten Aufnahme
(Image) der Veranstaltung hergeleitet werden oder hergeleitet werden können – ausschließlich für persönliche, private und nicht-kommerzielle Zwecke verwendet werden.
3. Als Vorabbedingung für den Zutritt zum Veranstaltungsort erklären Sie Ihr Einverständnis, (a) dass die Verwendung solcher Aufzeichnungen, Daten oder Bilder für jegliche Art

für jeglichen anderen Zweck (mit Ausnahme Ihres eigenen, privaten Vergnügens) ohne

dieser Bedingungen darstellt, für den Sie unter Umständen haftbar sind; und (b) dass
Sie auf Aufforderung des Promoters oder von FOWC das Urheberrecht und alle anderen
intellektuellen Eigentumsrechte an jeglichem Bild oder jeglicher Aufzeichnung, das/die
Sie von, bei oder in Bezug auf die Veranstaltung herstellen, anfertigen, speichern oder
aufzeichnen, schriftlich auf FOWC übertragen; und (c) dass Sie der Verwendung von jeglichen, bei der Veranstaltung angefertigten Standbildern oder bewegten Bildern zum Zwecke oder in Zusammenhang mit der Veröffentlichung, Zurschaustellung oder Ausstrahlung (einschließlich Werbe- oder Promotionsprospekten, -kampagnen oder –material) in
beliebigen, von FOWC gebilligten Medien weltweit durch FOWC (bzw. durch einen von
FOWC von Zeit zu Zeit bevollmächtigten Dritten) zustimmen, soweit ein derartiges Bild
ein Bild von Ihnen enthält, und Sie verzichten in dem Maße auf jegliche und sämtliche
Persönlichkeits- und Privatsphärenrechte, als dies für die Genehmigung einer derartigen
Verwendung erforderlich ist.
4. Hiermit bestätigen Sie, dass Autorennen, die Veranstaltung und gewisse Aktivitäten, die mit ihr in Zusammenhang stehen (einschließlich – und ohne Beschränkung
– Rahmenveranstaltungen) gefährlich sind. Für Verluste oder Schäden, die Ihnen oder
an Ihrem Eigentum aufgrund welcher Ursache auch immer entstehen, ist eine Haftung
seitens der Projekt Spielberg GmbH & Co KG, der Bewilligungsorgane, FIA, FOWC und
deren Konzernfirmen, einschließlich Formula One Management Limited, Formula One
Licensing B.V., Formula One Asset Management Limited, FIA, Formula One Hospitality
and Event Services Limited, Formula One Marketing Limited seitens der an der Organi-

sation der Veranstaltung beteiligten Personen (einschließlich Funktionäre, Streckenposten, Rettungs- und medizinisches Personal), seitens der Wettkämpfer und Rennfahrer
(wobei diese Parteien, wo dies von Belang ist, sämtliche Leiter, Angestellten, Mitarbeiter,
Erfüllungsgehilfen, Auftragnehmer und verbundenen Unternehmen mit einschließen)
im maximalen, nach österreichischen Recht zulässigen Ausmaß ausgeschlossen (es sei
aber hinzugefügt, dass keine Aussage in diesen Bedingungen (i) die Haftung für Tod oder
körperliche Verletzung als Folge von Nachlässigkeit seitens einer beliebigen oberhalb
genannten Partei oder (ii) die Haftung für Schäden, die betrügerisch oder mittels einer
betrügerischen Fehldarstellung seitens einer beliebigen oberhalb genannten Partei verursacht wurden, einschränkt oder ausschließt).
5. Es ist untersagt, ohne vorheriges schriftliches Einverständnis der FOWC den Namen
der Veranstaltung oder Teile davon (einschließlich Abkürzungen oder Übersetzungen)
oder irgendein Logo bzw. grafisches Element, das zu der Veranstaltung gehört oder damit
in Verbindung steht, zu kommerziellen Zwecken nutzen.
6. Der Besucher des Veranstaltungsareals unterwirft sich mit dem Erhalt der Eintrittskarte
der Betriebsordnung.
7. Den Anweisungen der Sicherheitskräfte und des Ordnerdienstes sowie der Exekutive
ist stets Folge zu leisten.
8. Der Zutritt bzw. Aufenthalt im Veranstaltungsgelände ist ausnahmslos zu den vom
Veranstalter vorgegebenen Zeiten erlaubt. Das Übernachten oder Campen im Veranstaltungsgelände ist nicht erlaubt.
9. Bleiben Sie auf den vorgezeichneten Wegen. Der Aufenthalt auf den Stiegen und
Fluchtwegen, das Übersteigen und Sitzen auf den Umzäunungen bzw. Barrieren ist verboten. Das Mitführen von Fahrzeugen, Kinderwagen und Ähnlichem ist verboten.
10. Motorsportveranstaltungen sind laut. Sie sind angehalten, während der Veranstaltung einen Gehörschutz zu tragen, um das Risiko von Gehörschäden zu mindern. Der
Veranstalter übernimmt diesbezüglich keine Haftung. Es wird empfohlen, Kinder unter
sechs Jahren nicht zur Veranstaltung mitzunehmen.
11. Die Mitnahme von kaltem Essen (Snacks) ausschließlich zum persönlich Gebrauch
ist erlaubt. Griller, Kocher und andere Geräte zum Zubereiten von Speisen sind nicht erlaubt.
12. Das Einbringen von Feuerwerkskörpern, bengalischen Feuern, Brandsätzen, Stöcken,
Stangen, Sonnenschirmen, Flaschen, Steinen, Stich-, Schneid- und Hiebgegenständen
sowie Waffen aller Art ist verboten. Sicherheitsorgane und Ordner sind berechtigt, bei Zutritt auf das Veranstaltungsgelände durch Sichtkontrolle in die mitgeführten Behältnisse
oder Kleidungsstücke solche Gegenstände abzunehmen.
13. Personen, die augenscheinlich unter Alkohol- oder Drogeneinfluss stehen, wird der
Zutritt auf das Veranstaltungsareal nicht gestattet bzw. können vom Gelände verwiesen
werden und haben keinen Anspruch auf Rückerstattung des Eintrittspreises.
14. Personen, welche die Betriebsordnung des Eigentümers nicht einhalten oder sich
durch Störungen auffällig benehmen, können jederzeit dem Veranstaltungsgelände verwiesen werden.
15. Den Besuchern wird zur Kenntnis gebracht, dass das Veranstaltungsgelände mittels
Videoaufnahmen überwacht wird.
16. Das Aufstellen und Anbringen von Plakaten im gesamten Areal, auch am Vorplatz, ist
nur nach ausdrücklicher schriftlicher Genehmigung des Eigentümers bzw. Veranstalters
bzw. der FOWC möglich.
17. Das Verteilen von Werbemitteln ist untersagt.
18. Offizielle Merchandising Artikel werden innerhalb des Veranstaltungsgeländes verkauft. Es ist nicht gestattet, Waren von nicht offiziellen Händlern zu kaufen. Des Weiteren
dürfen keinerlei Waren entgeltlich oder kostenlos innerhalb des Veranstaltungsgeländes
oder auf den Parkplätzen vertrieben werden.
19. Aus Sicherheitsgründen kann es sein, dass Ihnen der Zutritt zum Veranstaltungsort
verwehrt wird bzw. dass Sie des Veranstaltungsorts verwiesen werden, dass Sie von Mitarbeitern des Veranstalters durchsucht werden und/oder dass Sie von Überwachungskameras gefilmt werden.

20. Tiere sowie Gegenstände, die eine Gefährdung der öffentlichen Sicherheit darstellen,
dürfen nicht mitgeführt werden. (Ausnahme: Blindenhunde)
21. LISTE DER VERBOTENEN GEGENSTÄNDE
Den Zuschauern ist die Mitnahme von Gegenständen aller Art, die geworfen oder geschossen werden können oder mit denen auf andere Art und Weise die Ruhe, Ordnung
und Sicherheit am Veranstaltungsgelände gestört oder gefährdet werden könnte, verboten. Dies betrifft insbesondere, aber nicht ausschließlich, die im Folgenden angeführten
Gegenstände:
a) Professionelle Fernseh- oder Videokameras sowie Geräte zum professionellen Tonmitschnitt
b) Getränkebehältnisse aller Art (ausgenommen unzerbrechliche Plastikflaschen und
handelsübliche Dosen)
c) Waffen jeder Art und Gegenstände mit waffenähnlicher Wirkung, wie Messer, Dartpfeile usw.
d) Sachen und Gegenstände, die als Waffen oder Wurfgeschoße Verwendung finden
können, insbesondere Metallgegenstände wie abnehmbare Ketten, Eisenstangen und
Eisenstücke
e) Laserpointer aller Art
f) Pyrotechnische Artikel aller Art
g) Sonnenschirme
h) Gashupen und Tröten aller Art
i) Drogen und Stimulanzen
j) Rassistisches, fremdenfeindliches, rechtsradikales, nationalsozialistisches, sexistisches oder politisches Propagandamaterial
k) Jegliche werbende, kommerzielle Gegenstände, einschließlich Transparente, Fahnen,
Schilder, Symbole, Flugblätter und Ähnliches; Objekte und Materialien aller Art
l) Gassprühdosen, ätzende, brennbare, färbende Substanzen oder Gefäße mit Substanzen, die die Gesundheit beeinträchtigen können oder leicht entzündbar sind
m) Sperrige Gegenstände wie Baugerüste, Leitern, Fahrräder, Skateboards, Tische
n) Für den Tribünenzutritt sind sperrige, große Taschen, große Rucksäcke, Reisekoffer,
Sporttaschen untersagt. Als sperrig im Sinne dieser Bestimmung gelten alle Gepäckstücke, die nicht im Bereich des Ticketplatzes verstaubar sind
o) Sturmhauben
22. LISTE DER ERLAUBTEN GEGENSTÄNDE
a) Handies/Mobiltelefone
b) Fotoapparate, Film- und Videokameras mit Batterien zum privaten Gebrauch und
NICHT für kommerzielle Zwecke (z.B. KEINE fernsehtauglichen Videokameras)
c) Blindenstöcke, Gehbehelfe
d) Schlüsselanhänger, Geldbörsenketten
e) Medikamente (bei Krankheitsnachweis auch Spritzen und Glasbehälter)
f) Fahnenstangen bis 1,3 m und weniger als 2 cm Durchmesser
g) Handelsübliche Taschenfeuerzeuge
h) Ferngläser
i) Plastikflaschen und Getränkedosen (in Mengen, die für den persönlichen Gebrauch
üblich sind)
23. WICHTIGER HINWEIS
Wird bei der Zutritts-Kontrolle das Mitführen von Leuchtstiften, Raketen und/oder Knallkörper der Klasse II mit über 100 dB (z.B. Supercobra 1-5, Donnerschläge etc.) oder
Knallkörpern der Klassen III und IV festgestellt, wird diesen Personen sofort der Zutritt
auf das Areal verwehrt.
24. MARKENHINWEIS
Das FORMULA 1 Logo, F1, FORMULA 1, FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP,
GRAND PRIX, GROSSE PREIS VON ÖSTERREICH und verwandte Marken sind Markenzeichen von Formula One Licensing BV, einem Unternehmen des Formula One Konzerns.

25. ANZUWENDENDES RECHT
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen unterliegen österreichischem Recht unter
Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts sowie der Verweisungsnormen des österreichischen internationalen Privatrechts.
TERMS & CONDITIONS – FORMULA 1®
It is a condition of public admission to the FORMULA 1 GROSSER PREIS VON
ÖSTERREICH 2016 (“event”) that all ticketholders comply with the following rules:
1. The ticket is purchased for the Event. The date of the Event and/or the support program
may be subject to change without refund of monies or exchange of ticket. No refunds or
exchanges are available in respect of tickets unless the Event is cancelled. No booking
charge will be refunded if the Event is cancelled. No tickets are transferable to other
events. Tickets to the Event are strictly nontransferable and not for resale. No ticket for
the Event shall be sold or offered for sale for any form of fee or reward without the prior
written consent of the Promoter first being obtained and without complying with these
terms and conditions in all respects. No ticket for the Event shall be used by any person
for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes including without limitation, prizes,
competitions, contests, sweepstakes or packaged with hospitality or other products
without the prior written consent of the Promoter and FOWC first being obtained. The
Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to (or eject from) the Venue to any person
(a) not complying with these terms and conditions or (b) who is in possession of a ticket
which has been sold or used other than in compliance with these terms and conditions.
2. You must not make, create, store, record or transmit any kind of sound recording, visual
footage or audio-visual footage (Recording), or store, record or transmit any information
or other data, including official timing results, performance, telemetry, weather or race
control data (Data) of, at, or in relation to the Event. It is forbidden to take into the Venue
any equipment that may enable you to do the aforementioned acts. Personal electronic
devices (Including still image cameras, mobile telephones and other handheld personal
communications devices) are permitted within the Venue unless otherwise advised,
provided that any Recording, Data and any Image, including photographic Images and
any still pictures derived or capable of being derived from a Recording (Image) of the Event
that is recorded, stored and/or created thereon is used for personal, private and noncommercial purposes only.
3. As a condition of entry to the Venue you agree that (a) the use of any such Recording,
Data or Image for any form of public advertisement display, commercial gain or for any
other purpose (except for your private enjoyment) without the prior written consent of
FOWC is strictly forbidden and will constitute a breach of these terms and conditions for
which you may be liable; and (b) on request by the Promoter or FOWC, you shall assign to
FOWC in writing the copyright and all other intellectual property in any Image or Recording
that you create, make, store or record of, at or in relation to the Event; and (c) you consent
to the use by FOWC (and by any third party authorized by FOWC from time to time) for the
purposes of or in connection with any publication, exhibition or broadcast (including any
advertising or promotional literature, campaign or material) in any media worldwide and
approved by FOWC at any still or moving picture images taken at the Event where such
Image includes any image of you and you waive any and all of your personality and privacy
rights to the extent necessary to permit such use.
4. You hereby acknowledge that motor racing the Event and certain activities associated
therewith (including without limitation, support events) are dangerous. The Promoter,
sanctioning bodies, FIA, FOWC and its affiliates, including Formula One Management
Limited, Formula One Licensing B.V., Formula One Asset Management Limited, FIA,
Formula One Hospitality and Event Services Limited, Formula One Marketing Limited,
persons involved in the organization of the Event (including officials, marshals, rescue
and medical staff ), the competitors and drivers (such parties to include where relevant
all directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and affiliated companies), are not
responsible for any loss or damage howsoever caused to you or your property to the
maximum extent permitted by Austrian law (save that nothing in these conditions limits
or excludes (i) liability for death or personal injury arising out of the negligence of any at
the above mentioned parties, or (ii) any damage incurred by way of fraud or fraudulent
misrepresentation by any of the above mentioned parties).
5. It’s forbidden to use the name of the Event or part thereof (nor any abbreviation or
foreign language version thereof) nor any logo or graphic device of or relating to the Event
for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of FOWC
6. By accepting the ticket, the visitor of the venue submits to the site rules.
7. Instructions of security staff and stewarding staff and the executive authorities must
be complied with at all times.

8. Access to and staying in the venue is allowed only at the times defined by the organizer
without any exception. Staying overnight or camping in the venue is not allowed.
9. Please keep to the marked paths. Standing on the stairs and emergency escape routes,
climbing over and sitting on enclosures and barriers is prohibited. Taking along vehicles,
baby strollers and similar is prohibited.
10. Motor sport events are loud. We urge you to wear ear protectors to minimize the
risk of hearing damage. The organizer does not accept any liability in this regard. It is
recommended not to bring children below the age of six to the event.
11. Bringing along cold food (snacks), exclusively for your own personal use, is allowed.
Grills, cookers and other devices for preparing food are not allowed.
12. Bringing along fireworks, Bengal lights, incendiary compositions, sticks, poles,
parasols, bottles, rocks, objects that may be used as cut and thrust weapons and weapons
of any kind is prohibited. Security staff and stewards are entitled to take away any such
items at entry to the venue by inspecting containers you brought along or clothes.
13. Persons obviously under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to enter
the venue or can be removed from the premises and are not entitled to the ticket price
being reimbursed.
14. Persons not complying with the owner’s site rules or acting suspicious by creating a
disturbance can be removed from the venue at any time.
22. LIST OF ALLOWED OBJECTS
a) cell phones/mobile phones
b) Cameras, film and video cameras with batteries for private use and NOT for commercial
use (e.g. NO video cameras suitable for TV)
c) White canes, walking aids
d) Key ring pendants, wallet chains
e) Medications (if proof of illness is provided, also including syringes and glass containers)
f) Flagpoles of up to 1.3m and less than 2cm diameter
g) Customary pocket lighters
h) Binoculars
i) Plastic bottles and cans (in amounts which are conventional for personal use)
23. IMPORTANT NOTE
If light guns, rockets and/or firecrackers class II with more than 100 dB (e.g. “Supercobra
1-5”, “Donnerschlag”, etc.) or firecrackers class III and IV are found at access control,
the persons bringing along such items are immediately prohibited from entering the
premises.
24. TRADEMARK HINT
The F1 FORMULA 1 logo, F1, FORMULA 1, FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP,
GRAND PRIX, GROSSE PREIS VON ÖSTERREICH and related marks are trademarks of
Formula One Licensing BV, a Formula One group company. All rights reserved.
25. GOVERNED LAW
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Austrian law excluding the UN Sales
Convention and the referral rules of Austrian private international law.
15. The visitors are made aware that the venue is monitored by CCTV.
16. Setting up and hanging up posters in the whole area including the courtyard is only
possible upon express written approval by the owner or organizer and FOWC.
17. Distributing promotional material is forbidden.
18. Official merchandising items are sold within the venue. It is not allowed to buy goods
from unofficial merchants. Furthermore, no goods of any kind may be distributed against
payment or free of charge within the venue or in the parking lots.
19. For security measures, you may be refused admission to/removed from the Venue/
searched by officials/ filmed by CCTV.
20. Animals/articles that compromise public safety are not permitted. (Exception: Guide
dogs)
21. LIST OF PROHIBITED ITEMS
The audience is prohibited from bringing along objects of any kind that may be thrown
or fired or which may be used to disturb or threaten the peace, order and security in the
venue in any other way. This includes but is not limited to the items of the following list:
a) Professional TV or video cameras and devices for professional audio recordings
b) Drink containers of any kind (except for unbreakable plastic bottles and customary
cans)
c) Weapons of any kind and objects that have a weapon-like effect, such as knives, darts,
etc.
d) Objects and items that could be used as weapons or projectiles, including metal
objects such as removable chains, iron bars and iron pieces
e) Laser pointers of any kind
f) Pyrotechnical items of any kind
g) Parasols
h) Gas-operated horns and other horns of any kind
i) Drugs and stimulants
j) Racist, xenophobic, right-wing extremist, Nazi, sexist or political propaganda materials
k) Any and all promotional, commercial items, including banners, flags, signs, symbols,
flyers and similar, objects and materials of any kind
l) Gas spray cans, caustic, inflammable, coloring substances or substances that are
threatening a person’s health or are highly flammable
m) Bulky objects such as scaffolding, ladders, bicycles, skateboards, tables
n) For access to the stands, bulky big bags, big backpacks, suitcases, sports bags are
prohibited. Pursuant to this provision, all baggage is deemed bulky that could not be
stowed away in the area of the purchased seat
