The CCFCC/SYSCO Great Canadian Cook-Off is a two-hour competition
taking place during an annual National Conference trade show,
intended to maximize promotion of provincial winning competing
chefs and partners.
Register in your province at any one of ten authorized culinary
challenge events – winners move on to the national championship.
Provincial finalists must be CCFCC members at time of provincial
competition; winners identified to the National Culinary Competition
Director no later than April 15, 2016 to qualify for national final.

Do you have what it takes to compete with Canada's up
and coming culinary leaders to earn your place as one of
our country’s top aspiring chefs?
If the answer is YES, then join the Canadian Culinary Federation
to compete with your peers at the 2016 SAPUTO National Junior
Culinary Challenge.
First, be selected to compete at one of ten provincial culinary
challenges. If you win your provincial competition, you will move on to
the national championships.

Le Grand Tournoi Culinaire Canadien CCFCC/SYSCO est une compétition d’une
durée de deux heures qui aura lieu au salon commercial du Congrès National
annuel, afin de maximiser la promotion des chefs gagnants provinciaux et
des partenaires.
Inscrivez-vous dans votre province à n’importe quel des dix défis culinaires
sanctionnés – les gagnants passeront au championnat national.
Les finalistes provinciaux doivent être membres de la CCFCC lors de la
compétition provinciale; les gagnants doivent être identifiés au plus tard le 15
avril 2016 au Directeur National de Compétition Culinaire afin de se qualifier
