CareAdvantage (HMO SNP)
This is a Medicare Advantage health plan for
adults who qualify for both Medicare and
Medi-Cal. Residence in San Mateo County
is required.

Healthy Families
This program is for children in families with
low income who do not qualify for the state
Medi-Cal health program. Families must live
in San Mateo County.

Healthy Kids
This is a low-cost health plan for uninsured
children in San Mateo County who do not
qualify for Medi-Cal and Healthy Families.
Immigration status does not affect eligibility.
