REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR EMPANELMENT OF THIRD
PARTY QUALITY CONTROL CONSULTANTS FOR SIGNATURE BUILDINGS

UPPWD intends to invite applications in sealed cover for “Expression of Interest” for
EMPANELMENT AS THIRD PARTY QUALITY CONTROL CONSULTANTS FOR
SIGNATURE BUILDINGS CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE STATE OF UTTAR
PRADESH from reputed Quality Control Consultants, who are well experienced & fully conversant
with the latest trends in Quality Assurance/Control of Construction activities in Building Construction
Projects, including internal and external services etc. required for completion of Signature Buildings
Construction works.
Third Party Quality Control Consulting firms/organizations interested in empanelment can
obtain the application format from Office of the Chief Engineer (Buildings)- UPPWD, 96, M.G. Road,
Lucknow – 226001 / Superintending Engineer, 39th Circle, UPPWD, Jawahar Bahawan, Ashok
Marg, Lucknow-226001 / Executive Engineer, Maintenance Division-1(civil), UPPWD,
MG Road, Hazaratganj, Lucknow-226001 on payment of application fee of Rs 5000/-(nonrefundable) in the form of DD/Pay order of any scheduled bank dr awn in favour of “Executive
Engineer Maintenance Division-1(civil), UPPWD, Lucknow” payable at “Lucknow”.
The application format can also be downloaded from UPPWD's Website: http://uppwd.up.nic.in/
and the application fee can be deposited along with the application form at the time of submission to
the office of Chief Engineer (Buildings), UPPWD, 96, M.G. Road, Lucknow. An application form
without application fee shall not be considered.
