CPS wins a prime seat on the VA ADVISOR IDIQ
Fairfax, VA - CPS Professional Services, LLC, was awarded a multi-million dollar contract with the
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), called the Agile Delivery of VA Imminent Strategic and
Operational Requirements (ADVISOR) IDIQ. CPS was one of twelve companies to win a prime seat
on this contract.
“CPS is focused on the very critical mission of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and we
want to optimize this contract vehicle in support of that mission. To care for him who shall have
borne the battle, and for his widow, and his orphan; by serving and honoring the men and women
who are America's Veterans”, said Phil Panzarella, President of CPS.
This contract provides a department-wide vehicle for a broad range of general management and
business support services and solutions. These services are divided into four groups and CPS is
one of the teams to win all four groups. They include:

o Performance Measurement
 Group 2 – Improvement
o Business Process Reengineering, Improvement and Management
o Change Management and Transition
o Quality Measurement
 Group 3 – Data and Analyses
o Studies and Analyses
