SENIOR SCHEDULE – FINAL WEEKS
Thursday, Friday April

and Wednesday May 6th
Cap and Gown pick-up
Cap and gown distribution in front of the library at lunch – BRING STUDENT
I.D. Jostens will be here to resolve problems with caps and gowns and to sell
gowns to those who have not previously purchased them. Rings may also be
purchased
Monday, May 18th
Senior Clearance Sheets – (yellow) are available for pick up from Cheryl
Schneider in the Records Office. (picture id required)
Friday, May 22nd
List of Seniors Receiving an Award at Senior Awards Night
The list of students receiving awards on Senior Awards Night will be posted in
the Main Office, the Career Center and the Library. If your name is on the list
and you will not be attending Senior Awards Night on Thursday, May 28, you
must contact Ms. McDonough in the College and Career Center, 361-6522, by
Wednesday, May 20th.
Tuesday, May 26th
The SIGNED Graduation Behaviour Contract (which you have already
received in the mail) must be turned in, as soon as possible, to Cheryl
Schneider, Records Office, no later than 2:30 p.m. on this day, May 26th.
Wednesday, May 27th
Senior Final Exams – Periods 1, 3 and 5
Regular classes – Periods 2, 4 and 6
Thursday, May 28th
Senior Final Exams – Periods 2, 4 and 6
Regular Classes – Periods 1, 3 and 5
3rd Period
Senior Awards Practice in Gym (participating seniors only)
6:30 p.m.
Senior Awards Night in Gym. All parents, family and friends are invited. No
tickets needed. Seniors report to the foyer of the gym at 6:00 p.m., by the weight
room (wearing graduation gown).
Friday, May 29th
Senior Check-Out
Completed Senior Graduation Clearance Sheets must be turned in to the Registrar
no later than 2:30 p.m. Students who do not turn in a completed Clearance
Sheet by 2:30 will not participate in graduation activities.
Seniors who do not have a P.E. class do not have to clear through P.E.
All seniors (whether graduating or not) must turn in a completed Clearance
Sheet.

All seniors must attend graduation practice on Monday and Tuesday in order to
participate in the graduation ceremony.

Graduation Practice
All seniors report for Graduation practice at 10:30 a.m. in the gym at Patriot High
School, after the Senior Breakfast.
Graduation Practice
All seniors report for Graduation practice – meet in the gym (Patriot).
Graduation tickets (4 for each graduate) will be handed out at the end of practice
to each participating senior. Each senior must have turned in a signed
Graduation Behavior Contract Form. Tickets will not be given to you if this
form is not on file. ANYONE WHO HAS NOT TURNED IN A FORM WILL
NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE GRADUATION CEREMONY.
Up to two (2) extra graduation tickets may be purchased in the main office at a
cost of $10 each, from May 4st, thru May 29th, cash only.
5:30 p.m.
Seniors report to Rubidoux High School’s Gym.
6:30 p.m.
Graduation Ceremony
Diplomas and Certificates of Completion may be picked up at the concession
stand window after graduation. You must have picture I.D. and sign for your
diploma/certificate. These will be distributed alphabetically (by last name) so
please make sure you are in the correct line.
Friday, June 5th
10:00 a.m.
Grad Nite at Disneyland
Report to the Gym Foyer at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 5th for check in.
College/Military Acceptance Banners
Patriot High School wants to congratulate and celebrate with the Class of 2015. This year you have the
opportunity to purchase a vinyl banner that will be on display at graduation that features your college or military
plans. Each banner is customized to include your name, the name and logo (if available) of your school or
branch of the military.
The 2’ x 3’ FULL COLOR banners are currently on sale for $40 and MUST BE PURCHASED BY MAY 1,
2015. Payment needs to by cash visa, master card or discover. YOU CAN PICK UP YOUR BANNERS
AFTER GRADUATION WITH YOUR ID.
