International Standards Support Services Affiliate
(ISSSA) for IS-BAO & IS-BAH Program
Das Programm IBAC International Standards Support
Services Affiliate (ISSSA) wurde eingerichtet, um die
Qualität der Dienstleistungen von Firmen zu verbessern,
die Luftfahrzeugbetreiber bei der Implementierung von
IS-BAO und IS-BAH zu unterstützen. Der International
Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) und
der International Standard für Business Aircraft Handling
(IS-BAH) wurde vom International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) und seinen Mitgliedsverbänden erarbeitet. Er ist
ein Leitfaden für bewährte Verfahren (Code of best practices) und soll Flugbetriebsabteilungen zu mehr Sicherheit
und Professionalität verhelfen.
Diese Norm ist vom Europäischen Komitee für Normung
(European Committee for Standardization) als Industriestandard anerkannt. Nichtgewerbliche Betreiber komplexer
motorgetriebener Luftfahrzeuge können ihre Registrierung
nach IS-BAO/IS-BAH gegenüber den Zivilluftfahrtbehörden
verwenden, um die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen
und der zugehörigen Verantwortlichkeiten nachzuweisen.

The IBAC International Standards Support Services
Affiliate (ISSSA) Program was established to improve the
quality of support services provided by organizations
assisting operators in implementing the IS-BAO and
IS-BAH. The IS-BAO (International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations) and the IS-BAH (International
Standard for Business Aircraft Handling), developed by
the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) and
its member associations, is a code of best practices
designed to help flight departments and airports/ground
handlers to achieve high levels of safety and professionalism.
This norm is recognized as an industry standard by the
European Committee for Standardization. Non-commercial operators of complex motor-powered aircraft shall
be able to use their registration under IS-BAO/IS-BAH in
the declaration to the civil aviation authorities to show
compliance with regulatory requirements and their
associated responsibilities.

Die Audit-Software AMAS II
Die Audit-Software AMAS II (Aviation Management
Audit System) dient der Überwachung der Einhaltung
gesetzlicher Vorschriften (compliance monitoring) der
europäischen Luftfahrtbehörde EASA und internationaler
Normenforderungen (Industriestandards). Mit dieser
Software wird der gesamte Auditprozess, d.h. interne
und externe Audits, gesteuert und dokumentiert.
AMAS II ist die konsequente Weiterentwicklung von
AMAS I auf einer modernen Technologieplattform und
erweiterter Funktionalität. AMAS II unterstützt den
Compliance Manager und die Auditoren bei der Planung,
Vorbereitung, Durchführung, Dokumentation, Überwachung und Archivierung der geforderten Audits.
AMAS II wurde mit der tausendfach verwendeten
Portalsoftware Intrexx realisiert. Mit Intrexx können
unternehmensinterne Prozesse elektronisch abgebildet,
automatisiert und als Webanwendung im Portal bereit
gestellt werden. Außerdem ermöglicht Intrexx auf einfache Weise, mobile Anwendungen für Smartphones zu
generieren und erhöht so schlagartig Produktivität und
Benutzerzufriedenheit.

Audit software AMAS II
The AMAS II (Aviation Management Audit System) audit
software is used to monitor compliance with both legal
requirements of the European Aviation Safety Agency,
EASA, and international industry standards. The entire
audit process, i.e. internal and external audits, is controlled and documented by this software.
AMAS II is the result of consistent refinement of AMAS I,
using a modern technology platform and featuring additional functionality. AMAS II supports the compliance
manager and the auditors in the planning, preparation,
performance, documentation, monitoring and archiving
of the required audits.
AMAS II was developed using the tried and tested Intrexx
portal software. Intrexx allows enterprises to map inhouse processes electronically, to automate them and to
make them available through the portal as web application. Intrexx also enables fast and easy generation of
mobile applications for smartphones, thus increasing
efficiency and user satisfaction signiifcantly.
