CANTEEN OPEN AND CLOSE
Before Open
Open toilets and make sure they are clean and plenty of toilet paper
and hand wash is full.
Ensure bins are empty and relined. Place bins around the grounds.
Put out plastic chairs for spectators.
Ensure game balls are pumped and ready for games.
During Games
Maintain canteen. Serving people.
Fill chips and lollies on counter.
Stock fridges and rotate stock – grab from the left and fill on the right.
Back to front.
Bag lollies and chocolates (refer to list on wall for amounts per bag)
Bag ice for injuries.
Make frozies!
Closing
Turn off and clean coffee machine.
Ensure all scoreboards and chairs are all put away in the equipment
shed neatly. Lock shed.
Empty and reline all bins. Walk around grounds and ensure rubbish
picked up. Inside and outside.
Ensure toilets are filled with toilet paper and hand wash. Turn off lights
and close and lock toilets.
Ensure all stock is full and all fridges are stocked.
Collect all plastic chairs and return to the shed. Lock up shed once
completed.
Put all tables away.
Other jobs required
Neaten equipment shed.
Pump up all balls in equipment shed.
Do any stapling (of newsletters etc) that is required.
On Saturday mornings put down posts on all 5 courts and then after
Netta/10 and Under put posts back up.
Other jobs may arise and will be at the discretion of the committee.
