Sheriff’s Office in conjunction with the
FBI, US Attorney’s Office and the UT

County will recognize Tuesday, March
29th, as Vietnam Veterans Day. County
Mayor, Brent Greer, will preside over
the ceremony with a special proclamation to veterans and their families of the

Downtown Paris. All Vietnam Veterans,
their families and the general public are
invited to this special occasion of recognition and remembrance.

Grilled Chicken
Original recipe makes 4 servings
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon steak sauce
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasthalves
Preheat the grill for medium heat. In a shallow bowl, mix the mustard, honey,
mayonnaise, and steak sauce. Set aside a small amount of the honey mustard
sauce for basting, and dip the chicken into the remaining sauce to coat. Lightly
oil the grill grate. Grill chicken over indirect heat for 18 to 20 minutes, turning
occasionally, or until juices run clear. Baste occasionally with the reserved
sauce during the last 10 minutes.
Peanut Butter Pie
original recipe makes 1 pie
1 (9 in.) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 (16 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
15 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped
Mix the cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar and peanut butter together until smooth. Fold
in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust. Place the
remaining whipped topping over the top of the peanut butter mixture and garnish with the
peanut butter cups. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
