Foreldrerådet velger et arbeidsutvalg (FAU) som er foreldrestemmen overfor skolen. FAU skal blant annet sikre reell medvirkning fra foreldre og ha medansvar for at elevenes læringsmiljø er trygt og godt. FAU skal representere alle foreldre ved skolen og bidra til at samarbeidet mellom hjem og skole er godt. FAU består av en representant fra hver klasse.
