Bonjour, je me présente: je m’appelle Ilse
Scheffer. Je suis née en 1960 et j’habite dans la
Zaanstreek. J’ai deux gentilles filles, Amber et
Shanou, et je suis mariée avec Erwin. Je travaille trois jours par semaine dans une entreprise
de bricolage en gros et pendant le temps qui
me reste (souvent trop court, mais enfin…) je
m’éclate dans différents hobbies créatifs. Je
suis une fondue de tout ce qui peut être fait
avec les mains: du dessin au modelage et tout
ce qui se trouve entre les deux.
Au fil des années j’ai signé de nombreux bouquins et je pense bien qu’il y en aura encore
quelques-uns. Je vous souhaite beaucoup
d’heures de bricolage créatif et convivial avec
ce nouveau livre.

geboren und wohne nördlich von Amsterdam.
Mein Mann Erwin und ich haben zwei liebe
Töchter, Amber und Shanou. Ich arbeite drei
Tage pro Woche in einer Großhandlung für
Hobbymaterialien und in der restlichen Zeit
(die leider immer zu kurz ist ...) übe ich viele
kreative Hobbys aus. Ich liebe es, mit den
Händen zu arbeiten: von Zeichnen bis
Tonarbeiten und vieles mehr.
In meinen Büchern arbeite ich meistens mit
der 3D-Technik, aber manchmal widme ich
mich auch Malerei- oder Dekorationsarbeiten.
Für mich ist es sehr wichtig, dass die
Materialien, mit denen ich arbeite, eine schöne, liebliche Ausstrahlung haben.

1960 en woonachtig in

Dans mes bouquins je travaille la plupart du
temps avec la technique 3D, mais de temps à
autre je m’en écarte pour par exemple la
peinture et la décoration. Pour moi il est très
important que la matière que j’utilise ait un
bel aspect ou soit doux.

In mijn boekjes werk ik meestal met de 3Dtechniek, maar af en toe maak ik een uitstapje
naar bijvoorbeeld schilderen en decoreren.
Heel belangrijk vind ik dat het materiaal waarmee ik werk een mooie of lieve uitstraling
heeft.

Hello, let me introduce myself. My name is Ilse
Scheffer and I was born in the Zaan area of
the Netherlands in 1960. I am the mother of
two adorable daughters, Amber and Shanou,
and I am married to Erwin. I work three days
a week for a Hobby Warehouse and I spend
the rest of my time (which is usually not
enough, a familiar story…) on my various creative hobbies. I have a passion for everything
you can do by hand: from drawing to clay
modelling and all that fits in between.
I usually work with 3-D techniques in my
books, but occasionally I will venture into
painting or embellishing, for example.What I
personally find very important is that the
material I work with radiates a beautiful or
sublime effect.
