Belle La Donna . . .
B
orn in East Germany as the 1,111
child at the hospital on Nov 22 at 11:11,
everyone should have known then
that she was something special. She
grew up in Southland and decided to
spread her wings along with her career
in what she now calls her hometown of
Hamburg, Germany.
Belle La Donna is an over all mesmerizing performer from singing, dancing, and
playing with fire, to showing off her acrobatic
side. She has been thrown into this gorgeous
world of burlesque for 8 years now. Embodying
the style of old fashioned glamour, a bit of fantasy,
and Rock n Roll, it’s no wonder her audience keeps
coming back for more.“I love to dive into fantasy
worlds and take the audience with me, to a
place out of their regular life and scheduled
day, to show them a tiny part of an “Alice in
Wonderland World“ It`s great to show and
enjoy the different female sides of myself.
In this genre, I have soooo many options
to be a creative artist.”
My inspiration has so
many influences. I definitely
get ideas from the great old
burlesque style, but I prefer
to mix it with a modern flair.
Belle La Donna is enchanting to watch. A
gorgeous sight influenced by the 40’s &
50’s era of glamour, her hair styled to perfection along with her makeup. Her gowns
and costumes are stunning to see in all their
glitz and creation. She has an array of performances she has created from the “Belle
Fatale” which includes a breathtaking ostrich
fan dance, “Queen of Peacocks” where she’s
dressed in a floor length, peacock feathered
dress, “Splish Splash” her sensual bath tub
routine, to many other amazingly sexy performances.
“My inspiration has so many influences.
I definitely get ideas from the great old
Burlesque style, but I prefer to mix it
with a modern flair. One of my inspirations are Quentin Tarentino
movies. He has an awesome
style and I love his work! I often
try to do a short Quentin Tarentino; style show. In addition,
I have great people around
me: musicians, artists, costume designer, many Burlesque
performers, photographer, hairdresser…all of them are an
inspiration for me. Some
of them are good advisors, and help develop
new shows or ideas for
photo shoots or songs.”

The German Goddess!
When she takes you on a journey through her dance,
songs and performances, one thing is for sure...she’s
an original. Even though she’s been very inspired by
other burlesque dancers such as Dirty Martini, Eden,
and Tempest Storm as well as 40’s & 50’s movie divas Marlene Dietrich, Marilyn Monroe, Bettie Page,
and many others, she‘s still been able to create her
own identity in burlesque. It’s very important for Belle
La Donna to create her own style and never be a
copycat.
“My advice for newcomers is to perform on-stage what
they really feel, to be authentic, to enjoy their female
side, play with all your skills, take the audience in your
world and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy! Never try to be a clone
of someone, find out who you are and live for that!”
Belle La Donna has graced the stages for 8 awe
inspiring years and has loved every second of it;
yet the most important time of her life and most
meaningful, is now. Just this year, one of her
dreams came true when she and her friends
created a band, The Sinderellas. With her
friends, Eden, Lily of the Valley, Nathalie
Tineo, and herself, her band has a very upbeat and sexy feel. The sensuousness is
sure to knock guys’ socks off and make
any girl envious. They have also created
a live show named Secret & Sins, where
they make soundtracks to their amazing performances. Just recently, on Oct
27th, they all had the amazing accomplishment by releasing their first album:
Secret & Sins.

From stunning costumes to amazing talents, Belle La Donna is a one-of-a-kind burlesque performer. Whether
it’s singing, dancing or performing with fire, she will surely command your attention. Through the years she
has pushed herself to keep creating and developing herself through her artistic ways. She is the German
Goddess who has grown and flourished in
this industry and continues to accomplish
more dreams along the way.
