My Account is a fast, secure and convenient way to access your pension information online.
My Account has your personalized pension estimator, account history and more!
Person Id
Registration is easy!
First thing’s first: find your PID
Your Person Id, or PID, is an eight digit number assigned to your pension record. It is unique
to you and the same for the rest of your life.
Where to find your PID
• Your enrolment confirmation letter from when you joined the Plan
• Previous years’ Member’s Benefit Statements
• Any official correspondence from the Plan

Registration
Let’s get registered!
1. Visit mpp.pensionsbc.ca
2. On the left side click on My Account Logon
3. This is the Logon page. To register, click on the link in New to My Account?
4. Review the Terms of Use and decline or accept (You need to accept to access
My Account).
5. Enter your preferred email address. Please make sure it is an email address that you do
not share with other family members. This helps to protect your privacy. Next, enter your
last name, PID, date of birth and last three digits of your Social Insurance Number.
6. Choose a personal verification question. Make sure the question and answer is
something you will be able to recall if you ever need to reset your password. Type your
answer and click continue.
7. Your information will be verified and you will receive an email with a link to complete
registration. The link will work for 48 hours. If you do not use it you will need to start
the registration process again.
8. Once you click on the email link, type in your PID, answer your verification question,
and click next.
9. Now you can create a new username and password. Passwords are case sensitive and
cannot contain spaces or special characters. Choose a mix of upper and lowercase letters
to help enhance security.
Check over your information on the confirmation screen. If everything is correct, you are
ready to use My Account!
