UNFORGETTABLE ROOTS & RITUALS PILGRIMAGE TO FRANCE & IRELAND - OCTOBER 1 –13, 2016. Family Rosary is planning their annual pilgrimage: from Lourdes for a visit to Notre Dame de Garrison, onto Le Mans where we will take in St. Julien’s Cathedral and the Blessed Basil Moreau Shrine; continuing on to Mont St. Michel and Normandy. Then we are on to Paris, Montparnasse Tower, and Versailles Palace and Garden. We continue our pilgrimage heading to Ireland where we have a Day of Reflection at the Father Peyton Centre and visit Galway and the Knock Shrine and these are just the highlights! We will celebrate Mass and pray the Rosary daily. Trip includes hotel accommodations for 11 nights, 11 breakfasts, 7 table d’hôte dinners, lunch and tasting at a winery, guided tours, and much more. For complete details go to www.FamilyRosary.org/Events or contact Ann Melanson at [email protected] or via phone at 508-2384095 x2023. JUNE 26, 2016 MEDICAL EMERGENCY PROCEDURES In the event of a medical emergency in the church, please 1) alert any staff member of the emergency, OR if no staff member is available, 2) go to one of the phones in the parish office (secretary’s office, telephone booth located down the hall from the office, or first floor conference room) and dial 911. Calls made from a cell phone do not give the emergency responder an address. Calls made from a land line in the building will alert the Winchester Fire Department located just around the corner on Lockeland Road and provide a faster response. LET US PRAY Keep us, O Lord, from pettiness. Let us be large in thought, in word, in deed. Let us be done with faultfinding and leave off self-seeking. May we put away all pretense and meet each other face to face without selfpity and without prejudice. May we never be hasty in judgment and always generous. Teach us to put into action our better impulses, straightforward and unafraid. Let us take time for all things. Make us grow calm, serene and gentle. Grant that we may realize that it is the little things that create differences; that in the big things of life, we are as one, and may we strive to touch and know the great common human heart of us all. And, O Lord God, let us not forget to be kind. Summer Program at Northeast Catholic College Room is still available for the Summer Program at Northeast Catholic College in Warner, NH!
