If you have a PAL (pre-approved loan) you can take it to any dealership in the USA. If you are in the market for a used car, you will want to check out our newest service AutoSmart©. Dividends Declared For the first quarter of 2015, the Board of Directors has declared a .15% APY (Annual Percentage Yield) on savings; and a .05% APY on checking accounts. Dividend rates are declared by the Board of Directors at the end of each quarter from available earnings.
