Meeting called to order ( 31 in Attendance ).
Secretary’s minutes read and approved.
Old Business:
Anna ordered additional club flags, along with kits for club badges.
Endless Summer Vineyard on Father’s Day was attended by 15 club cars and 3 additional cars of
family members; good time had by all.
Pancake Breakfast @ Valkaria Airport 6/21/14.
Surfdawgs attended evening of 6/21/14.
New Business:
Discussed possibility of Sunday buffet @ Michael Angelo’s on Malabar Rd. in Palm Bay.
Smokin Ice House 6/27/14 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
2nd Annual Space Coast Harley Summer Heat Car & Bike Show 6/28/14 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

15+ Mustangs traveled down to Fort Pierce to join 30
other great cars for a cozy little show by the vineyards.
It was a really nice setting to enjoy an afternoon of cars,
food, live music, and some neat little games. Definitely
a show that we will go to again next year.

ready to enjoy the day.

Good things happen when
you clean your wheels
Here’s an idea - Meet in Daytona Beach and cruise across
Florida. Catch the sun rising on the east coast, cruise across
to Crystal River on the west coast, and watch the sun set in
the Gulf of Mexico. Cool !!!
TJ Schanz, Lynn White, and Don Stehle joined 85 other cars for a
“Reliability Run”. We gathered at the Quality Inn on Friday evening for a “Welcome Party”. DJ Don, assisted by Tara, provided
great music to get our adventure off to a festive start. Dinner at
Hooters next door made for an early night.

We gathered at Halifax Harbor Park at 6:30 AM for
the sunrise. Mother Nature, however, did not get
the memo, and provided clouds instead of sun. So
much for rise and SHINE !!! Undeterred, we found
some Krispy Kreme donuts and chocolate milk to
sooth us and off we went across Route 44 , with a
stop at Catfish Johnny’s for lunch (very good).
From there, it was a short hop to
Crystal River, where we had an
early dinner at Cracker’s (very
good).
Unfortunately, Mother Nature provided us with
some liquid sunshine just before sunset, denying
us most of the sunset.
But it was still a great road trip, with the weather
clear when we were driving, covering 430+ miles.
As expected, my “old” Mustang handled it
flawlessly !!!

The Space Coast Mustang Club is a proud member of the Mustang Club of America (MCA). The MCA
maintains a liaison with the Ford Motor Company, promotes national activities, and encourages
close relationships between all Regional Groups.
Membership is open to all persons 16 years old or older, who either own or are interested in Mustang automobiles. Annual dues are $20.00.
A national MCA membership is not required to join our club, but it is strongly encouraged. Annual
dues for the MCA are $50.00 (http://www.mustang.org)
Monthly dinner meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of the month at various restaurants announced
in the newsletter or on our website (www.spacecoastmustang.com). Dinner starts at 6:00 PM and
the meeting starts at 7:00 PM. Dinner will continue into the meeting and on occasion there will be
presentations from members or advertisers. Members receive a monthly newsletter, a schedule of
Mustang and other events, with free ads for members to sell cars / parts, along with other pertinent
information. The club holds an annual picnic, a Christmas party, road rallies, and an annual car show
sponsored by Palm Bay Ford, our great sponsor. MCA members receive a national magazine, “MUSTANG TIMES”, an informative source for restoring, preserving, modifying and enjoying Mustangs of
all years, interesting news stories, and free classified ads plus member discounts.
