It has been a good summer for the lodge and with the return
of the "Snowbirds" and the events scheduled the winter will be more of
the same. Our new Activity Director Herschel Goodman has been very
aggressive in his pursuit of entertainment for our lodge since his
appointment. He is well known throughout the area and has worked
closely with a variety of entertainers.
Things have been moving along in all areas on a positive note with
traditional events such as Bingo, the monthly Chicken Fry and our
Friday night Karaoke leading the way. Many other things like Dinners,
Dances, Horse Races, The Shoots, and the Halloween Party to
mention a few have all been a lot of fun with a lot of good people, come
out and see, you won’t be disappointed. Be sure and check your
calendars in the Seabreeze for all of the events.
Fraternally,
Bill Hopkins,
Administrator
All Moose Legionnaires are reminded of, and urged to attend, the Winter Moose
Legion Celebration at Sebastian River Lodge, US 1 in Micco on “Pearl Harbor Day”,
Sunday December 7th 2014. It’s planned to be an outstanding Celebration promising
to be loads of fun and frolic.
Our next Moose Legion meeting is Wednesday November 5th at 6 PM. Don’t
forget to ask what you can do to help make functions successful.
Fraternally,
Fred Collins Chairman, Moose Legion Committee
