2016 OTTAWA HOME + REMODELLING SHOW
Tens of thousands of homeowners converged at the EY Centre for four
days of the ALL NEW Ottawa Home + Remodelling Show, kicking off the
new year as a must see-event. With ideas in mind and money to spend,
visitors eagerly walked the show to gain inspiration and meet with more
than 160 exhibitors and experts to discuss their projects. Here’s a recap
of the exciting marketplace these visitors experienced.

3. THE ULTIMATE UPCYLE CHALLENGE

Participants sourced a pre-loved door from Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore
and ‘upcycled’ it using Rust-Oleum Consumer Brands Canada products to present a brand new piece ready for a second chance at love. The creations were
displayed as part of a silent auction that raised $1,600 for Habitat for Humanity Greater Ottawa.
