A hearty thank you to the many parents who volunteered their time during December’s Book Fair! Without your help, this event would not have been possible. Another thank you goes out to Amber Coultas, Maureen Province and Fred Eng for their book donations. If you plan to do some spring cleaning, think of the library when you clear off those bookshelves. We accept elementary/middle grade hardbacks and paperbacks that are new or in good condition. Book donations are added to the library collection and used as incentives for good behavior. Spirit Wear Days Spirit Wear Days are the last Friday of each month. Classes compete for the most participation among their grade levels to receive bragging rights and a banner hung outside their classroom. This month the theme is "Mix Match" on Friday, February 28th. Please help your classroom show their WSES spirit! Silver Saves Lives Please remember to keep on collecting dimes for The Relay For Life Team's Silver Saves Lives campaign. Each Class that fills a 20oz. bottle full of dimes to help raise funds for the American Cancer Society will receive "Classroom Rewards” each time they fill the bottle. Congratulations to Mrs. Pyrtle's 5th grade class for sending in the first dime filled bottle! They received a popcorn party for their support. So keep collecting your dimes and bring them to school to support Relay For Life!
