Girls High School Lacrosse Announcing Fellowship of Christian Athletes Womens’ Varsity Lacrosse registration and information meeting on Monday January 26th, 7pm at Beachmont Christian Camp located at 6433 Mount Vista Road in Kingsville, Md. The meeting will be held in the Akehurst Room off of the lower level of the gymnasium. Returning and new players are required to attend meeting along with a parent. All required forms can be found on our website at www.fcaladyfalcons.com. All forms should be handed in at the meeting along with player team fee which is $350. The meeting is very important to ALL parents as we will provide information on the upcoming season concerning practice times, game schedule, upcoming fundraiser at Applebees’ on 2/28, our March team trip etc.. There will be a question and answer time and parents will be able to meet, mingle and hopefully establish some carpool situations. Below is a flyer announcing the team and the meeting. If you are a home schooled student, attend a private school that does not offer lacrosse or cannot participate in your schools’ lacrosse program, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes has a team opportunity for you. The Lady Falcons Varsity Girls Lacrosse team is entering their sixth year as a varsity high school program. The team is a part of the Capital Area Lacrosse League and plays many private schools from the IAAM league. We will hold our team information and registration meeting on Monday January 26th, 7pm at Beachmont, 6433 Mount Vista Road, Kingsville, Md. Practices and home games are held at Beachmont Christian Camp. Practices begin on February 16th at Beachmont. It is a yearbook for Christian homeschoolers throughout the area From Rita Mazziott Hello all, We are having a make-up day for pictures on Tuesday, January 20 from 11:30-2:30. If Harford County schools close for inclement weather, then our SNOW DAY make-up would be the following Tuesday. Come out and get your pictures taken for the yearbook (no charge). Picture packages will be available for purchase also. Small Town Images photographer, Sarah Northwood, will be taking yearbook, Senior and school pictures. Senior pictures will be taken with cap and gown as well. The location is the Bel Air Church of the Nazarene, 2430 Conowingo Road, Bel Air, MD 21015. YEARBOOKS: For those of you haven't heard, we have a new company doing our yearbooks! You will be doing the family pages from the comfort of your own home. You will design them on your computer and send them off to be included in our homeschool yearbook. It's much quicker and less costly too! Yearbooks will be mailed directly to YOUR home in July/August. February 21, 2015 at 10 AM SALEM UNITED METHODIST CHURCH .Salem Christian School is pleased to offer local homeschoolers in grades 1- 8, the opportunity to participate in our Spelling Bee! The top two spellers will advance to the Local Baltimore Bee and hopefully on to the Scripp's National Spelling Bee. Last year, our two top spellers took second and third place in the Baltimore Bee. In 2013, our top speller went to the National Bee! Sign your children up for our seventh annual SPELLING BEE now and get your study words! Register early to have more time to study! The Bee is for students in grades 1-8. Two winners from this group will move on to the Baltimore Bee. Encyclopedia Britannica will award two students from our spelling bee a FREE one-year subscription to Britannica Online for Kids (a $69.95 value). All participants will receive recognition awards.
